    An operation management system in a radio communication system including a plurality of wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c), wherein each of said plurality of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) defines an associated cell, said operation management system having:an operational situation acquiring means for acquiring an operational situation said cell by said cell, based upon operational information in each said cell, a displaying means (3) for making a display of each cell in a display aspect responding to the operational situation obtained by said operational situation acquiring means, wherein said operation management system furthermore comprises a cell determining means for determining the boundaries of each cell corresponding to the coverage range of the associated wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c), wherein said displaying means (3) is controlled such as to partition and display a service area of said radio communication system cell by cell, characterized in that said cell determining means includes a computer simulation means which is designed such as to simulate the boundaries of each cell based on transmission power and an antenna gain of each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c), said computer simulation means including means designed such as to carry out the following steps: - a step (S11) of collecting the transmission power and the antenna gain of each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c);- a step (S12) of computing a pass loss from each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) at an arbitrary observation point (A) within said service area;- a step (S13) of computing the power received from each of the positions of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) at said observation point (A) based on the transmitted power and the antenna gain obtained in step (S11);- a step (S14) of deciding that the wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) obtaining maximum received power at said point (A) is a connection wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) at said point (A);and - a step (S15) of determining a space between points in which connection wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) differ as said cell boundaries.

    The operation management system according to claims 1 to 3, wherein said operational situation is an average interference amount of a wireless appliance belonging to each said cell.

    The operation management system according to claims 1 to 4, wherein said operational situation is an average signal-to-interference wave ratio Sl of a wireless appliance belonging to each said cell.

    The operation management system according to claims 1 to 5, wherein said operational situation is a load status of a wireless appliance belonging to each said cell.

    The operation management system according to claims 1 to 6, wherein said operational situation is a throughput of a wireless appliance belonging to each said cell.

    An operation management method in a radio communication system including a plurality of wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c), wherein each of said plurality of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) defines an associated cell, said operation management method having:an operational situation acquiring step (S2) of acquiring an operational situation said cell by said cell, based upon operational information in each said cell, and a step of displaying each cell on a displaying means (3) in a display aspect corresponding to the operational situation obtained in said operational situation acquiring step (S2), wherein said operation management method furthermore comprises a cell determining step (S1) of determining the boundaries of each cell corresponding to the coverage range of the associated wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c), and a step (S3) of partitioning and displaying a service area of said radio communication system cell by cell on said displaying means (3), characterized in that said cell determining step (S1) includes the following steps for simulating the boundaries of each cell based on transmission power and an antenna gain of each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c): - a step (S11) of collecting the transmission power and the antenna gain of each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c);- a step (S12) of computing a pass loss from each of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) at an arbitrary, observation point (A) within said service area;- a step (S13) of computing the power received from each of the positions of said wireless base stations (4a, 4b, 4c) at said observation point (A) based on the transmitted power and the antenna gain obtained in step (S11);- a step (S14) of deciding that the wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) obtaining maximum received power at said point (A) is a connection wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) at said point (A);and - a step (S15) of determining a space between points in which connection wireless base station (4a, 4b, 4c) differ as said cell boundaries.
