Process for validating thermocyclers

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for validating or referencing thermocyclers, in particular in PCR apparatus, the method comprising at least two reactions in which the annealing temperature and the denaturation temperature of, for example, a sequencing reaction or amplification reactions are checked, the invention also relates to a kit and its use for the validation of thermocyclers.
