The invention relates to a motor vehicle with an electronically controlled automatic transmission having a disposed inside the transmission gearbox control device and with an anti-theft system with an immobilizer function, comprising a barrier and Entsperrsystem with a system control device, with a vehicle side control unit, which as part of the immobilizer function of the system control unit is blocked, communicated.
For motor vehicles, a newer type - a motor vehicle of the type mentioned, for example, from <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="EP1118515A2"><text>EP 1118515 A2</text></patcit> known - an anti-theft system is provided with an immobilizer function normally default. The anti-theft system includes an outsize Entsperrsystem with a system controller. From the control panel device is firstly detects whether the inserted into the ignition key "right" is to initiate the operation of the vehicle. Such key feature usually via a transponder, which is read via a zündschlossnah arranged suitable reading device. In the system control unit, a corresponding comparison code is stored, on the right of the ignition key can be recognized. If the ignition key verified, the system controller communicates with known theft systems with an engine control unit, the first relative to the system controller via an ECU-specific coding also identifies, for which purpose a corresponding comparison code is stored in the system controller. After appropriate identification of engine control unit that prompts the system controller for a start permission, which is then added by the system controller when the correct key has been verified. Then, the motor can be started and the operation are recorded.
Although known antitheft devices offer a high standard of safety against unauthorized vehicle operation, there is nevertheless the possibility to circumvent the anti-theft system and to operate the vehicle, even though the operator is not in possession of the O-riginalschlüssels. To this end, for example, the possibility of exchanging the original engine control unit against a modified engine control unit, which is no longer communicating with the system controller, or for permission to start no signal from the system control unit required, in which it is rather sufficient if only one signal is given from the main switch that introduced a key and if the start command. It is also possible to set to bypass the anti-theft system on the original engine control unit on-top board and corresponding to contact, which also does not respond to any incoming from System Controller Information and engine operation enables despite actually existing immobilizer. Again, it is therefore possible to operate using any ignition key, the motor vehicle. After the engine control unit is very good and easy to access, a relatively simple manipulation is possible.
The invention is thus based on the problem of specifying a motor vehicle, which has a higher level of security against unauthorized use.
To solve this problem is provided according to the invention in a motor vehicle of the type mentioned that the system controller communicates with the arranged inside the transmission gearbox control unit and operation of the transmission controller and this the connected via the transmission control unit functions locks depending on demand or unlock.
When the motor vehicle according to the invention Wegfahrsperrenfunktionalität is implemented in a transmission control unit which is arranged inside the transmission. This transmission control unit is very difficult to access from the outside, this would be necessary to drain the transmission fluid, then open the gearbox and expand the transmission control unit, in order to subsequently carry out the manipulation. Herewith a considerable mounting and time is connected, which prevents unauthorized Commissioning usually. The function of the provided in the motor vehicle inventive theft protection system now sees first, before the verification of the "legitimate" ignition key on the system control unit, after the identification of the gearbox control unit and then its activation takes place when the correct key has been supplied. For the case that a wrong key is supplied to the transmission control unit remains blocked, that is, the system controller is no enable signal, which would allow the operation of the transmission control unit and via this, the switched via the transmission control unit functions. With the motor vehicle according to the invention, therefore, the level of safety can be significantly increased. Because it is nearly impossible to make the elaborate work on the gear in the usually short time available to carry out the manipulation.
A particularly advantageous development of the invention provides that the system controller communicates with at least one other vehicle side and gear external control unit, which can be blocked or reset by using the system control unit, wherein said further control device expediently to the engine control unit, which is already part of a known anti-theft systems, concerns. In this invention embodiment of safety is increased even further since in the Wegfahrsperrenfunktionalität two separate control units are involved, which would need to manipulate in order to operate the vehicle without authorization. If only one control unit manipulated, the second remains locked in any case, since this does not receive a release signal from the system controller. For example, as in the past sometimes the case manipulated the engine control unit, for example by using the on-top board and attempting to operate the motor vehicle with any key, so Although it is possible to start the engine after due to the manipulation of the engine control module, the fact that the system control unit has recognized the "non-permission" of ignition key, not important for starting the engine. If one tries but to select a gear, the gearbox control unit asks the system controller, which still communicates with it, to because of the start permission. After the system controller has indeed identified the original engine control unit, however, the "unauthorized" ignition key has been recognized, the system control device are not permitted to participate to the transmission control device that remains blocked as before. It is then, for example, no gear is engaged, or remain the wheels blocked etc.
To further increase the safety standard can be provided that the system controller communicates with at least one further is arranged in the gearbox control unit, each control unit via the system control unit is separately lockable or unlockable. According to this invention, refinement, a third separate control unit is integrated into the anti-theft system, whereby the safety is maximized as a manipulation of three control units on the fly on the spot is nearly impossible to carry out.
As described, it is possible to realize the immobilizer for blocking of or arranged in the gearbox control unit to prevent a gear is engaged, which can be prevented, for example, in that the frictional connection is interrupted in the transmission. It is also possible to interrupt the frictional connection to the drive wheels or to block the drive wheels directly. In any event, is blocked on the or the locked transmission control device, the operation of the transmission, so that the vehicle can not be moved.
It is particularly expedient if the or arranged in the gearbox control unit is disposed on or in a valve assembly of the transmission. The executed as a hybrid device in this case control unit is located at one mechatronic component, comprising the electrically controlled valve apparatus, the transmission control module. About this valve assembly of the fluid flow is controlled to the downstream transmission of a continuously variable transmission. Here over the power circuit in the transmission is realized which is when the controller is inhibited, interrupted. As part of a manipulation takes the complete valve assembly, when it is a relatively large mechatronic component to be removed, which is described as very complex, and requires in addition to the lifting of the vehicle also draining the engine oil.
Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the hereinafter described embodiment and from the drawings. They show:<dl id="dl0001"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>a schematic diagram of a motor vehicle according to the invention with a first embodiment, and</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>a schematic view of another embodiment of an antitheft system.</dd></dl>
<figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shows an inventive motor vehicle 1 with a drive unit 2 consisting of a motor 3 and a transmission 4. The motor 3 is associated with its operation be controlled engine control unit. 5 In the interior of the transmission 4, a transmission control unit 6 is arranged, which is arranged on a mechatronic valve assembly 7 of the continuously variable automatic transmission is preferably embodied as the fourth The control units 5, 6 are integrated into an anti-theft system 8 which comprises a system control unit 9, which is arranged for example in the dashboard and generally also handles other tasks. The system control unit 9 communicates as described with the two control units 5 and 6 and the ignition switch 10 into which an ignition key to start the vehicle is to put 11th
If the motor vehicle 1 are put into operation, as described initially, the ignition key 11 inserted into the ignition 10th On the ignition key 11 is a transponder 12, which emits a magnetic field that is detected by a suitable detecting means 13 on the ignition switch and the corresponding information is given in the form of an identification signal to the system controller. 9 This now checks the given identification signal having a permanently stored in it compared identification to detect function of the comparison, if it is the ignition key 11 is the original, legitimate key or another, unauthorized ignition key. If it is in the ignition key 11 to the original key, in the second step (but this can also temporally before or run in parallel) the identification of the engine control unit 5, which, if appropriate, transmits an identification signal on request from the system controller 9 to the system controller. 9 The system controller 9 compares the identification signal with a further permanently stored comparison identification. If the original engine control unit 5 is detected, the request will be answered permission to take off in that - after the permissible ignition key has been detected - the start signal is given and can be started via the control unit 5 of the motor. 3
Preferably, parallel in time to the system control unit 9 communicates with the transmission control unit 6. Also, it is first identified thereby, that an identification signal is given from the transmission control unit 6 to the system control unit 9, which compares the identification signal with a there permanently stored comparison identification. If they match, is also here - after the original key has been detected - given to the request of the transmission control unit 6 to a start permission signal the same. Thus also the transmission control unit 6 is activated, the driver can select a gear or a gear with the usual selector lever, the one or more then, controlled by the transmission control unit 6, can be inserted positively on the valve assembly. 7
In the event, however, that the engine control unit 5 has been in any form whatsoever manipulated to take the vehicle even in operation, if it is the ignition key 11 is an illegal, counterfeit key, can the motor vehicle according to the invention nevertheless commissioning be prevented. Although it is due to the manipulation of the control unit 5 (for example, by replacement of the entire control device or by attaching an additional board or the like) possible to bridge the communication with the system control unit 9 to the extent that that the engine control unit 5 need not permitted to release from the system controller 9, but that it is sufficient if the illegal ignition key in the ignition switch 11, a rise signal (via the control unit 9 or optionally a separate line) is given. The motor can be started in this case. but nevertheless can not operate the vehicle when the transmission control unit 6 is blocked as before. Because this gets permission to start or activation only if the original key is detected 11th After this is not the case here, the system controller 9 to the start permission request of the Transmission Control Module 6 no enable signal, the transmission control unit 6 thus continues to be blocked, the power circuit, which would be realized through the valve assembly 7, is prevented and the vehicle can not be moved.
<figref idrefs="f0001">FIG. 2</figref> shows the embodiment in <figref idrefs="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> corresponding embodiment, however, a further transmission control unit 14 is integrated into the anti-theft system 8 there in the gearbox. Also, the transmission control unit 14 communicates with the system control unit 9. In contrast to the transmission control unit 6, via which the operation of the valve assembly 7, and thus the frictional connection is controlled, the transmission control unit 14 has other control tasks, but which allow equally to interrupt the transmission operation. If now, as explained above, the correct ignition key is detected, as well as the transmission control unit 6, the transmission control device 14 unlocked when requesting permission to take off.
However, an invalid key 11 is detected, as well as the transmission control unit 14 receives (according to the transmission control unit 6) no enable signal, since the comparison has revealed regarding the Zündschlüsselidentifikation in the system control unit 9, that it is not to the original key and consequently the immobilizer to be should be above connected.
