Aerosol inhalation device and nebulizer

The device for delivering aerosol to a supine patient comprises:an aerosol generator (1);a downwardly projecting outlet sleeve (6) the lower outlet of which is set over a patient's nose and mouth;a cap (9) housing said bottom outlet (8) and suitable to house the patient's head, to reduce the ambient air movement in said region proximal to the mouth and nose of said patient under the cap (9) and to inhibit the dispersion of said aerosol around the patient's head;adjusting means suitable to adjust the position of said bottom outlet (8) under the cap (9).
