  1. 1
An electro-optical element, comprising:a light-emitting part (140;340) including a first mirror (102), an active layer (103) provided on the first mirror (102), and a second mirror (104) provided on the active layer (103);a light-receiving part (120;320) including a first contact layer (111), a light absorption layer (112) provided on the first contact layer (111), a second contact layer (113) provided on the light absorption layer (112), and an optical surface (108;308), which allows light to pass through, the light-receiving part (120;320) being provided on the light-emitting part (140;340), light being emitted at least in a direction in that the light-emitting part (140;340) and the light-receiving part (120;320) are stacked upon each other;and an optical member (160;360) having the function of changing an optical characteristic or the traveling direction of light, and provided at least on the optical surface (108;308), wherein the greatest diameter of the projection of the optical member (160;360) onto the upper surface of the light-receiving part (120;320) is larger than the greatest diameter of the upper surface of the light-receiving part (120;320), the upper surface of the light-receiving part being a face of the light-receiving part (120;320) containing the optical member, characterized in that the optical thickness d of the light-receiving part (120;320) is d = mλ/2, where A is the design wavelength of the light-emitting part (140;340) and m is a natural number greater than or equal to one.
  2. 4
The element according to any of Claims 1 to 3, wherein the optical member (160;360) is formed by a precursor of an UV curable resin or a thermosetting resin.
  3. 6
The element according to any of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the light-receiving part (120;320) is adapted to convert a part of the light emitted from the light-emitting part (140;340) to a current.
  4. 7
The element according to any of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the light-receiving part (120;320) is adapted to convert the light that is incident on the optical surface (108;308) from the optical member (160;360) to a current.
