    Claims of equivalent WO 03071355 A2 CLAIMS 1. A photosensitive composition characterized by comprising a phenol resin having a urea bond in the main chain.

    The photosensitive composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said phenol resin having a urea bond in the main chain has a structural unit represented by general formula (A) :wherein 1 = 1, 2, 3, or 4;m = 0, 1, 2, or 3;n = 0, 1, 2, or 3;1 + m + n = 1, 2, 3, or 4;k represents a repeating unit number;R represents an ether residue, an ester residue, a urethane residue, or a carbonate residue;and R' represents a monovalent organic group having not more than 20 carbon atoms, which may be substituted .

    The photosensitive composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising an o-quinone diazide compound.
