0001The invention relates to a device for connecting stump abutting rails for flooring with a connection profile, the guide groove for the positive reception of a profile in the longitudinal direction extending fastening web on the underside of the profiled rails having and depending in part on the fastening segments of the adjoining Rails can be pushed.
0002For fastening of soil profiles covering flooring seam and possibly compensate for height differences in the joint area, it is known (DE 200 15 244 U1), on the underside of the bottom profile in a provide profile longitudinally extending fastening web, which in a Receiving a fastened to the ground anchor rail into place. Since both of forming a pivot axis fastening web of the profile rail as the guide groove of the anchor channel results have a longitudinal ribbing between the rail and the rail anchor a catch, the not only a different depth of engagement of the fastening web into the Guide, but also a pivoting adjustment of the soil profile at the Securing web allowed. To the continuous effort to anchor rails avoid the anchor rails, by having spaced-apart Ground anchor to be replaced, for example in the form of knock-in anchors, either with her head in an undercut longitudinal groove on the underside the rails engage (EP 0484676 A1), or a head with a guide groove for the positive reception of a profile in the longitudinal direction having extending fastening web on the underside of the rail, so that similar adjustment as with continuous anchor channels arise. Unlike the continuous anchor channels can it due to the lack in the joint area guide for the fastening webs come to a lateral displacement of the rails in the joint area. These offsets can be inhibited when the joint area connecting profiles be used with a guide groove, the fixing webs which according to the underside of the adjoining profile rails the heads of the ground anchors take positive manner. This ever partly due to the fastening segments of the adjoining profile rails deferrable connection profiles do have difficulties when it is to be abutted truncated at an angle, the profile rails, which requires a miter of these rails. Although it is known (EP 0566134 A1), stop plates with engaging in splined covering profiles Fastening webs by extending transversely to the fastening webs Notch on the side of the fastening webs with a film hinge to provide that the formation of both an external and an Interior Eckes allowed, but can not be this known hinge at Apply Connection profiles for a flush, straight-line connection profile rails must be sufficiently rigid.
0003The invention is thus based on the object, a device for Connect blunt abutting rails for floor coverings kind mentioned above so that the connection profile both a straight and an angled connection of profile rails can be used with the same advantage.
0004The invention solves this problem in that the walls of the to guide the connection profile in the joint area of the profiled rails opposite groove sides by external notches each one forming a film hinge and that the bottom of the guide groove in the area of each a predetermined breaking point determining film hinges is interrupted.
0005As a film hinge by these measures in each groove wall is formed, determining the area of a respective predetermined breaking point Film hinges of the bottom of the guide groove is interrupted, to be formed by the cutting of the groove wall on the outer side of the Angle in the range of the intended film hinge connection profile to the remaining hinge required on the corner inside the be bent corner profile that the correspondingly mitred receives rails in co-angled guide and up to today specifies. Remain the predetermined separation points on the opposing unaffected groove sides, then lock the two opposite Film hinges each other, with the effect that the connecting profile a has sufficient flexural strength for connecting aligned rails.
0006Are the fastening segments of the rails about a longitudinal axis pivotally supported in the guide groove of the connection profile, so can despite the substantially rigid connection of the mutually angled portions of the connecting profile a height adjustment between reached different levels step edges on the rails are, because yes, the required compensation for this tilt adjustment of Rails by forming the fastening steps as in the guide groove ensures the connection profile rotatable pivot axes becomes.
0007In the drawing, the subject invention is illustrated, for example. Show it

Fig. 1

a connection profile of a device for connecting two blunt abutting rails for flooring in a simplified plan view,

FIG. 2

This connection profile in a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1,

Fig. 3

the connection profile in a partially-open side view deferred rails in a partially sectioned side view,

Fig. 4

the bent at a right angle corner joint connection profile in a schematic top view and

0008Fig. 5The bent to a corner piece connecting profile with the Height compensation schwenkverstellten rails in a longitudinal view a profile rail.
0009To connect two dot-dash lines in FIGS. 1 and 2, indicated Rails 1 and 2 is a connection profile 3, a fastening web 4 1 and 2 slid onto the underside of the profiled rails each part becomes. To this end, forms the connecting section 3 a continuous Guide groove 5, the cylindrical fastening web 4 of the rails 1 and 2 by means of a form-fitting edge lips 6 overlaps, as in particular FIG. 2 can be removed. Since the joint section 3 is made of plastic, the cylindrical fixing webs 4 of the can preferably consisting of a metal profile rails 1 and 2 within of the guide groove 5 is held under prestress and in case of need to the fastening web 4 as a pivot axis of a pivoting adjustment are subjected.
0010To profile rails 1 and 2 not only in a straight line, aligned Assignment to interconnect, but also in the form of a Corner joint, the walls 7 of the guide groove 5 in the joint area between two rails 1 and 2 on the outside of notches 8, the are designed so that through these notches 8 film hinges 9 arise. The bottom 10 is in the opposite hinges 9 interrupted. The thereby resulting bottom opening with 11 referred to. Although the bottom 10 of the guide groove 5, and outside the hinge areas perforations 12, but serve these perforations 12 only for weight saving, while the bottom opening 11 for bending the connecting profile 3 to one of the two film hinges 9 is mandatory if the respective other hinge 9 severed becomes. In FIG. 4, such a right-angled bend of the connecting profile 3 after the cutting through one of the two film hinges 9 shown. It is found that the remaining film hinge 9 a bend 1 of the connecting profile as part of the opening angle of the notch 8 permits, which can be selected according to size. The mitered Rails 1 and 2 with their fastening webs 4 in the guide groove 5 of the resultant by the angled leg of the Connecting profile 3 are inserted until the Gehrungsränder area juxtaposed, as is indicated by dashed lines in Fig. 4.
0011The fastening of the rails 1 and 2 on the bottom 13 via Ground anchor 14 that are 3 and 5 are formed as shown in FIGS. As a knock-in anchor, which are driven into predrilled holes in the bottom 10th The connection between the rails 1 and 2 and the ground anchors 14 takes place via Grooves 15 for fastening webs 4 in the heads 16 of the ground anchor 14. These grooves 15 correspond in their cross-sectional shape of the Guide groove 5 of the connecting profile 3, so that the fastening web 4 of the Rails 1 and 2 in the heads 16 of the ground anchor 14 form fit is held, under the authorization of a pivoting adjustment to the Securing web 4 as a pivot axis. This makes it possible, on the Rails 1 and 2 height compensation between different levels Joint edges to achieve, as shown in FIG. 5. The to required pivoting movement of the rails 1 and 2 is also in the area given the angled connecting section 3, so that in spite of the mutual Location assignment of butted rails 1 and 2 not dispensed through the joint section 3 to a height compensation must become.
