The invention relates to a cargo loading system for loading a Cargo deck in a cargo hold of an aircraft.
Such loading systems are necessary to pallets, containers or the like standardized cargo containers in an aircraft so stow that the accumulation process before quickly and safely is going on. With secure is this in particular that the cargo spaces in their final position within the cargo compartment are held fixed so that they do not can migrate. The system must be very easy to use, not to say, be "foolproof" as well-trained Cargo personnel often not available.
Another, in particular to be treated problem is that in spite of the above requirements the Cargo loading system not be of any complex , since air freight every gram counts. After all bring costly cargo loading systems also have the problem with that the number of parts, the likelihood of Accidents increases.
Transverse and longitudinal bars are for fixing the cargo container for example, from DE 198 54 189 or DE 198 08 659 known. mounted installation paths with it Roller drive units are, for example, from the DE 197 22 468.7 known.
From GB-A-2043584 is a loading system for a cargo hold known an aircraft, the support rollers for supporting the freight containers and for conveying along a longitudinal axis the cargo compartment of the aircraft and, roller drive units for driving the cargo container crossbar for fixing and locking the cargo container transverse to the longitudinal axis, the longitudinal bars for securing and locking of cargo in Along the longitudinal axis and mounting tracks for mounting the having support rolls and the longitudinal frame. Furthermore, a middle row of crossbeams and first and second rows provided of marginal cross latches, both at the outer edges of the cargo deck mounted. The order is made such that either bulk cargo container between the edge-side cross-bars or smaller Cargo container between the middle and one each marginal number of crossbars can be fixed. at this charging system, it is considered disadvantageous that in the areas in which a narrowing of the cargo hold present, separate locking devices for standardized container must be provided.
The invention is based on the object, a charging system for Loading a cargo deck in a cargo hold of an aircraft the effect show that a variable and safe Tuck in simple terms can be achieved.
This object is achieved by a charging system according to claim 1 dissolved.
An essential point of the invention is that with a minimum number of transport and fasteners in precisely defined series arrangements a maximum number of storage facilities also achievable is when the cargo space is limited or internals (Eg receiving areas for the chassis) at least is locally concentrated.
It is therefore the object stated by a Loading system for loading a Frachtecks in a cargo hold an aircraft with pallets, containers or the like dissolved standardized freight containers, which comprises:<sl>
Support rollers for supporting the cargo container and conveying along a longitudinal axis of the cargo hold and the aircraft; Roller drive units for driving the cargo container; Cross bar for fastening and locking the cargo container transverse to the longitudinal axis;

Longitudinal frame for securing and locking of cargo in the direction of the longitudinal axis;

two pairs of mounting tracks for mounting of at least Support rollers and transoms;

a middle row of cross latches and first and second Rows of marginal cross latches, the one at first and opposite second outer edge of the cargo deck are mounted, wherein the cargo container smaller Freight container (LD2) with a first, smaller cross-mounting distance and larger freight containers (LD3) with a second, larger cross-mounting distance include, wherein further each having a pair of mounting tracks between the middle row and the first or between the middle mounting rail and the second series of edge-side crossbar is mounted and each pair of Mounting tracks an outer mounting rail and an inner Assembly line includes; wherein the distance between the outer Mounting rail of each pair and the middle row and the each mounted there crossbars to the first, lower Mounting distance, and wherein the distance between the outer mounting rail of a pair and the inner Mounting rail of the other pair, and the respective there mounted crossbars to the second, larger cross-mounting distance equivalent. So you can with the so designed charging system the two usual attach types of standard containers in a variety of ways, therefore provided with not more than the said railways must be, whereby narrowing of the load compartment are surmountable.
</sl>
Preferably, the outer mounting tracks for mounting of peripheral crossbars formed. This is a maximum utilization of space guaranteed.
The distance between each row of marginal cross latches and respectively their closest inner mounting rail and the assembled there crossbars preferably corresponds to the first, lower mounting distance. Thus, in a wider portion of the load compartment one (or two) of narrower Freight containers are stowed on the very edge of the loading space.
Further, preferably the distance between each row of marginal cross latches and the average number of Crossbars to the second, larger attachment spacing trained. It may in a wider Portion of the cargo space, a larger freight containers to extreme loading edge reaching stowed or promoted there will.
The distance between each row of marginal cross latches the first and second series respectively and the inner mounting rail, the the second and the first outer edge of the cargo deck closer and there mounted crossbars is the second, larger attachment spacing corresponding educated. It can with this arrangement, in a narrower Area of the cargo hold, a larger freight containers as far as it possibly can be stowed on the edge.
In a preferred embodiment, the mounting webs formed for the installation of roller drive units as per se from DE 198 54 189 is known. Thereby, the Floor of the cargo compartment g particularly clear free ehalten of roller drive units, whereby injury and The risk of damage can be reduced. Furthermore, Brake roller or drainage systems for draining the Mounting tracks and / or the cargo deck can be provided.
In another preferred embodiment, which also additionally can be applied, are in the cargo deck Recesses for the installation of roller drive units provided, preferably between the mounting webs the couples. Such roller drive units with larger drive rollers for transporting heavier Freight containers are formed.
Finally, the mounting webs are preferably also to Mounting the longitudinal bars are formed so that all the Transport and necessary to fix the cargo container Bars and rollers are accommodated in the mounting tracks.

In the following description, for the same and identical parts the same reference numerals used.
As is apparent from Fig. 1, on or in a cargo deck 10 along a longitudinal axis X of the cargo deck 10 Gradient a middle row 40 of elements (in more detail below explained) (substantially in the exact middle of the Cargo deck 10), and on both sides thereof in each case a pair of mounting tracks, namely an outer mounting rail 30 or 30 'and an inner mounting rail 31 or 31' is arranged. In the mounting tracks 30, 30 '; 31, 31 'as well as in the middle Row 40 are support rollers 11 (see for example Fig. 2, 3, 10) is provided, so passive elements on which the to transported objects are shifted friction can. Furthermore, at a first edge 13 and a second edge 14 of the cargo deck 10 a number 50 or 51 (See FIG. 15) of transverse bars 25 and additional support rolls 10 attached. Such cross bar 25 are still in the Mounting tracks 30, 31; 30 ', 31' and in the middle row 40 (There essentially directly on the cargo deck, or the underlying support screwed) attached.
For conveying the objects are known per se Roller drive units 20 are used, some of which at the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 on the one side the middle row 40 to better articulate the Variability of the system in recesses in the cargo deck 10 between the outer mounting rail 30 and the inner mounted mounting rail 31st On the other side of the middle mounting rail 40, the roller drive units 20 within the outer mounting rail 30 'attached. they but may alternatively or additionally, within the inner mounting rail 31 or 31 'advantageously mounted be. It depends primarily depends on what kind of Containers and which weights or masses are promoted have to.
In FIG. 2 a section is now indicated by a plane, from which it appears that two major transport container 2 with a greater mounting distance b the cargo deck fill out completely, while peripheral of the Crossbars 25 and from the average in the range 40 mounted crossbars 25 are held. The Roller drive units 20 are in this case in each outer mounting tracks 30, 30 'attached.
In Fig. 3 is shown how a single smaller container 1 with its lower mounting pitch a against cross-slippage can be protected, namely by clamping between the transverse bars 25, which in an outer mounting rail 30, or mounted on its outer side, and cross-bars 25 in the middle row 40. The transport takes place by Roller drive units 20, which in both the outer and are also mounted to the inner mounting rail 30 and 31st Such an arrangement may for example be selected , when between the outer edge 13 or 14 and the outer mounting tracks 30, 30 'obstacles such. as airplanes mounted objects are present.
From Fig. 4 it is apparent that smaller containers 1 and between the bars 25 in the pair of peripheral transverse bolt-rows 50, 50 'and the cross bars 25 which in the inner are mounted mounting tracks 31, 31 ', can be held, since the distance between these bars 25 to the lower Fastening spacing a of the smaller container 1 corresponds.
Finally, FIG. 5, that a larger container 2 with its larger mounting distance b between the outer Mounting webs 30, 30 'and the bars 25 there assembled cross- and the opposite, on the other side of the middle row 40 lying inner mounting tracks 31 'and 31 and there mounted bars 25 can be secured. is Here it possible again (as in the arrangement according to FIG. 3) Containers and even the larger container 2 at one in Airplane passing out mounted obstacle.
The mounting tracks 30, 30 'which, in the cutout Figures 6-10 are shown, for receiving Roller drive units 20, crossbars 25 (not here shown) and longitudinal bars 27 is formed. In addition, Support rollers 11 mounted such that a moving holperfreies the container is made possible. The longitudinal bars 27 are In this case, so the entire length of the cargo deck 10 in the Mounting tracks 30, 31; 30 ', 31' are arranged distributed such that a maximum density loading is made possible. For this purpose are all mounted in the mounting tracks longitudinal frame 27, Cross bar 25 and roller drive units 20 and Support rollers 11 in a grid (according to known Seat rails) and can with a few simple steps fixable mounted.
From the figures 7 and 10 is particularly evident that the Support rollers 11 in side walls of the mounting tracks 30, 31 are attached. Latches 27 are bolts in 30, 31 fixed perforated rails of the roller tracks, they that easily moved to predetermined locations and there can be fixed.
In the figures 11-14 is again precisely that in the figures shown 2-5 facts described, wherein a in Fig. 11 Crossbars 27 a container 1 and locked in a inner mounting rail 31 is mounted, as in the cutout FIG. 8 is shown. Fig. 12 shows a section of from FIG. 2, wherein the local roller drive unit under the Bottom of a Kontainers 2 sitting and in the outer mounting rail 30 is mounted. Other such roller drive units 30 are mounted in the other mounting webs.
Figures 13 and 14 show areas of FIG. 4 to Representation as Container 1 on support rollers 11 with your rest floors and mounted in mounting tracks 30 'and 31' are.
In Fig. 15 is shown again in more detail how Container 1 to the cargo deck are arranged and how the mounting tracks 30, 31; 30 ', 31' pass under them, in which the previously shown components, thus supporting rollers, Roller drive units, longitudinal and transverse bars are mounted. The cross bar 25 of the center row 40 are not therefore in separate mounting tracks mounted but to the cargo deck 10 is mounted in such a way that underlying Stiffeners of the cargo deck are miteingebunden to as the Retaining stability of the cross bar to increase 25th
In Fig. 18 it is shown how smaller containers positioned can be. The detail views of FIG. 19 and show 20 as a longitudinal frame 27 between two Kontainern sitting, namely so that its forward and backward (in the X direction seen the cargo deck) projecting locking hook (in folded Fig. 19 down) detect two Kontainerränder can. The positioning of the longitudinal frame 27 takes place here in quite a simple manner by moving within the Perforated rails of the mounting tracks 30, 30 '; 31, 31 '.
Fig. 20 shows the section XX indicated in Fig. 15 in enlarged plan view showing the arrangement of Crossbars 25 and roller drive units 20 and the Mid crossbar 25 seated next to each Support rollers 11th
From the above it appears that proposed with the Arrangement for slight and variable mounting optimal Loading an aircraft is also possible if the Cargo space constrictions caused by installation comprises.
