Substrate for photoelectric conversion device, and photoelectric conversion device using the same

Abstract

On a glass sheet 55, undercoating layers 51 and 52 and a transparent conductive film 53 containing tin oxide as the main component are formed in this order. The surface of the transparent conductive film 53 is provided with roughness including convex portions and concave portions. The convex portions have a mean diameter in a range between 0.05µm and 0.3µm and include five convex portions or less with diameters of at least 0.5µm per 100µm2 of the surface. On the transparent conductive film 53, a photovoltaic unit 57 and a back electrode 59 are formed, thus obtaining a photoelectric conversion device.

  1. 1
A substrate for a photoelectric conversion device, comprising:a glass sheet (5);an undercoating film (1) formed on the glass sheet (5);and a transparent conductive film (2) containing tin oxide as a main component, which is formed on the undercoating film (1) and has a surface provided with convex portions and concave portions, wherein the convex portions have a mean diameter in a range between 0.05 µm and 0.3 µm and include five convex portions or less with diameters of at least 0.5 µm per 100 µm 2 of the surface.
