Abstract

A digital camera (10) having a viewfinder (43) includes a zoom control and switch arrangement (25,29,30,32,33,44) that enables a user to zoom in and zoom out of an object image while visualizing in the viewfinder (43) the optical and digital zooming effects selected by the user via the switch arrangement (25,29,30,32,33,44).
