Abstract
An information distributing apparatus for billing and distributing information is comprised of an adding means for adding a value standard to the above-mentioned information based on a predetermined standard, a billing means for carrying out billing based on the above-mentioned value standard of the above-mentioned information and a distributing means for distributing the above-mentioned information billed by the above-mentioned billing means 23, whereby an information distributing apparatus and an information distributing method, an information receiving apparatus and an information receiving method as well as an information receiving and distributing method, which are capable of carrying out billing of a side to which information are provided based on a value standard of the provided information, are provided.
