Device for the securing of loads on the loading floor of vehicles
Abstract
The retainer has stops attached to the load bed which do not extend beyond its surface. A load securing lug (8) has a rectangular cross section tube (9) retained onto the surface of the bed by a bolt (6) and a secondary bolt (7) with a welded on nose to fit into holes in the stops.

The invention relates to a device for securing loads on the Loading of vehicles to emerging transport stress, preferably for the protection of cross displacements of loading goods on Railway vehicles.
In rail transport, the goods are subjected to stresses. The Loading regulations Volume 1, Appendix II to RIV Agreement, published in German railway freight tariff Part I, Div. A, provide information on how the Transportation stress in the loading of goods within the Load security into account.
The measures to secure cargo must the operational reliability guarantee and to prevent the goods and freight cars damage.
As load securing measures are in addition to the loading regulations measures listed the following additional devices are known:
From DE 76 25 690 U1 and US 27 43 684 discloses a device for securing of charge, to prevent slipping on the loading area of a commercial vehicle known which have in the back hole rails according to the loading area flush above and in the holes of holding blocks are anchored.
The disadvantage is that a case of this known state of the art Securing the cargo is given only insufficiently in the transverse direction.
Based on an increase in the control speed of wagon on 100 km / h or 120 km / h, the resulting increase in accelerations on the Load in the transverse direction, the object of the invention was primarily to create in boxcars an inexpensive device that allows the simplest and fastest way of avoiding from the Prior art known disadvantages charges against Lateral shift to to back up.
This object is achieved in that one or more Load securing equipment, which is a loose part or fixedly connected to the Freight wagons may be connected part, in at various locations Arretierungsleisten that are integrated into the vehicle floor, and fastened can be locked and thus the load preferably transverse to can secure and position carriage longitudinal axis.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
The drawings show in<dl tsize="7"><dt>Fig. 1</dt><dd>a side view and a top view of the car floor attached Arretierungsleisten</dd><dt>FIG. 2</dt><dd>a representation of the top view in Arretierungsleisten</dd><dt>Fig. 3</dt><dd>a plan view of the load securing means</dd><dt>Fig. 4</dt><dd>Sections through the load securing equipment</dd><dt>Fig. 5</dt><dd>Representation of the load securing means in an inclined position and Normal position.</dd></dl>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, on the back of a Transport vehicle over the entire width of the carriage in an appropriate Distance from the vehicle transverse axis (1) several Arretierungsleisten (2), the not protrude beyond the surface of the floor (3) is mounted. Of the Distance (5) of the Arretierungsleisten (2) with each other is on the span between the pin (6) (7) tuned and can freely beyond be determined.
Of the distance (5) of the Arretierungsleisten (2) with each other and so that the Span between the bolts (6) (7) is the strength of the Load securing means dependent.
The Arretierungsleisten (2) preferably consist of U-shaped profiles the webs round holes (4) or elongated holes (4) at intervals on the Distance between the pins (6) and bolt with nose (7) of the Load securing means are tuned continuously over the entire length the Arretierungsleisten (2) or only in the two end regions in the Arretierungsleisten (2), are present.
The load securing means (8), which is shown in Fig. 3, .4 and 5, preferably consists of a rectangular tube (9) with four welded Bolt.
The span (5) of the bolt (6) (7) adjacent to the bolt (6) (7) corresponds to the distance of Arretierungsleisten among themselves.
The distance of the pin (6) of the bolt with the nose (7) corresponds to the Pitch of the holes or slots (4) in the locking strip (2).
The bolt (6) and (7) are on one side by the wall of the Square tube (9) as far passed that a secure hold of the Load securing means (8) in the holes (4) of the locking strip is guaranteed. The pin (7) is on the end which in the holes (4) the locking strip (2) is inserted, provided with a nose that a secure fit during loading of the load securing means (8) in the Arretierungsleisten (2) ensured.
Following the introduction of the two bolts with the nose (7) of the load securing means (8) in the holes (4) of the Arretierungsleisten (2), the Load securing means (8) is lowered and thereby the bolt (6) also in the adjacent holes (4) introduced.
Since the holes (4) of the locking strip (2) has a larger diameter than having bolt (6) and (7), the load securing means (8) has to Introduction to the holes (4) of Arretierungsleisten (2) a certain play.
This is a tilting of the load securing means (8) on the Arretierungsleisten (2) - see Fig. 5 - possible.
