The invention relates to a Streuflußsonde for nondestructive testing of elongated, rotationally symmetrical bodies, especially tubes, for longitudinal and / or cross fault according to the preamble of claim 1.
The use of Streuflußsonden for nondestructive testing of elongated, rotationally symmetrical bodies, especially pipes, for the detection of longitudinal and / or transverse imperfections within the subsurface is composed by more and more to replace the previously prescribed tightness test to SEP 1925 and the visual visual inspection as an acceptance test. A nondestructive testing has the Advantage that it can be carried in the flow of the production line, reproducible, objective and thus is independent of the subjective decision criteria of the examiner.
The known Streuflußsonde has a conductor film on one side only of the to tested body side facing away from it, with a plurality of printed coil is provided. This conductor film is formed in a sealing manner as a shoe arranged holding body, said the facing part to be tested film page at the same time protective layer. At each coil line is soldered, the Variety of lines are led out as a wire harness from the retaining body and with is connected to a conventional Mehrfachpolstecker. The probe with solder terminals the cable is covered for protection reasons with a casting resin.
This known construction is disadvantageous because on the one connecting the lines with each coil by hand can take place under a magnifying glass. Such Work time and staff consuming. A further disadvantage is that in case of failure one or more coils, the probe has to be discarded. If for a certain error detection a circuit board with differently arranged coils is required, only complete probes with corresponding coil system be used.
The object of the invention is a Streuflußsonde the generic type indicate which allows in a simple manner, the circuit board with the electronics unit to connect and damaged or differently designed circuit boards with little to replace expenses.
This object, starting from the preamble in conjunction with the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Advantageous developments are part of dependent claims.
According to the invention instead of the usual one-sided printed circuit film a double-sided circuit board used, on the body to be tested side facing away from the connecting the coil conductor tracks are printed. These Conductor tracks lead to an edge connector, the side of the circuit board is attached. The edge connector interacts with a complementarily formed Platinum bush together, preferably in a groove formed as an adapter Board is arranged. This adapter board are tinned holes provided, in which a multi-pole connector element is solderable. This arrangement has the advantage that after loosening the screws that hold the circuit board at Holding body is mounted, the circuit board of the adapter board and the printed circuit board can thus be changed in a simple manner. It does not matter whether the PCB due to failure of one or more coils or because of a deliberate Changing the coil directions must be replaced. In the arrangement of a Adapter board can be dispensed with when the by a suitable member PCB connector PCB with the multipole connector element directly can connect.
Depending on the conditions of the plant, it may be advantageous if the edge connector in the middle of the circuit board and the receptacle offset from the connector on the platinum Adapter board are arranged. The additional costs for the production of a far adapter board and the slightly more expensive PCB outweigh the costs of Handwork on for the soldering of the individual wires to the coils.
The advantages of the modular structure of the invention are Streuflußsonde

a cost reduction of up to 90% when replacing a defective probe

each item, eg. as cables, adapter board, printed circuit board and is replaceable replaceable

a reduced, more cost-effective storage

In the drawing, the present invention based on an embodiment trained Streuflußsonde explained. Show it:

Figure 1 a, b, c, d

Section and top view of a holder body as well as lower and Top of an inventive circuit board

figure 2

in a side view of a quasi exploded view the PCB in cooperation with an inventively trained adapter board, holding body and plug

In Figure 1a is in a section and in Figure 1b is a shoe-like in a plan view trained holding body 1 shown. It has in its end regions 29 each have a Threaded bore 2 for receiving height-adjustable sliding blocks (not here shown) which holds the Streuflußsonde on distance to the test body. Of the elongated central portion is provided with a recess 3, the a remaining edge region 7. In the bottom 28 of the holder body 1 is in a End region of a window 22 is provided, through which a multi-pole plug-element 5 (Figure 2) can be pushed. To attach an adapter board 11 are in Middle portion of the bottom 28 two threaded blind holes 20. The Securing the PCB (1c Figure 1d) 6 via four in the edge region 7 arranged threaded blind holes 4 are in the edge region of the window 22 two threaded holes 21 provided to the multi-pole connector element 5 to fix.
Figures 1c, d show a plan view and in a bottom view, the inventively constructed circuit board 6. On the the body to be tested the side facing the circuit board 6 are printed a plurality of coils eighth The Arrangement shown here is just an example, since the angular positions and the geometry of the Coils can be freely chosen according to Prüferfordernis. In the two End portions of the PCB 6 holes 9 are provided to the circuit board 6 attach to means of countersunk screws 18 on the edge region 7 of the holder body 1 can.
The top 1d illustrated in FIG PCB 6 shows the individual coils 8 connected to the solder pads 25 of each via hole 27 Interconnects 26th
2 shows, in a quasi-exploded view of the essential components of a Embodiment of the inventively embodied Streuflußsonde. On the Underside of the circuit board 6 is secured to a PCB connector 10, the soldering pads on the 25 is connected to the circuit board. 6 In conjunction with this PCB connector 10 is on top of an adapter board 11 is a complementary the edge connector 10 formed platinum bushing 12. Longitudinal added to platinum bushing 12 are on the adapter board 11 tinned holes 23 provided to solder the multipole connector element 5 can. The Fastening the adapter board 11 is via holes 16 through which Countersunk screws 17 are hindurchsteckbar. These are the in the in the bottom 28 Holding body 1 disposed threaded blind holes 20 can be screwed. The Securing the multi-pole connector element 5 on supporting body 1 via the Collar 13 arranged holes 14, through the cylinder head bolts 19 are hindurchsteckbar. These are in the in the edge region of the window 22 of the Holding body 1 disposed threaded bores 21 screwed. To protect the Multipole connector element 5 is provided a clip-on housing 15th The Thickness of the printed circuit board 6 and the depth of the edge region 7 are successively tuned to the after mounting the circuit board 6 on the holder body 1 Side with the coils 8 is flush with the edge region 29 of the holding body first
In the enlargement shown in Figure 2, the structure is according to the invention designed circuit board 6 can be seen well. The carrier body is 6.1 in this Embodiment about 3 mm thick. On the upper side with a heavy, solid made line indicated, the layer 6.2 is the single printed Coil 8 (see Figure 1c). On this layer a 6.2 is the body to be tested facing the protective layer 6.3 located. This is about 0.1 mm thick. On the Underside of the support 6.1 is a second layer 6.4 is arranged with it printed circuit traces 26, solder pads 25 and 27 Druckkontaktierungen (See Figure 1d).
