Halogen lamp
Abstract
the halogen light has a housing with a light outlet opening and a halogen lamp axially movable in the housing, loaded towards the light outlet opening by a spring and pushed back by a removable clamp ring opposing the spring. When the ring is removed the spring forces the lamp forwards to a protruding position. A lamp holder is attached to a yoke (32) mounted to slide axially on two journals (38). At least one journal is enclosed by a coil spring (42) clamped between a rear housing stop (40) and the rear of the yoke. The forward position of the lamp is defined by at least one stop (44)

The invention relates to a halogen lamp according to the preamble of claim 1.
with In known lamps, in particular halogen lamps a small diameter-terminated case, it is often difficult, the seated in the housing halogen lamp with the to take your fingers and rotate out of the socket, and it is equally difficult to insert a new bulb.
From GB 2313183 is a rod-shaped lamp with bulbs for insertion into a motor vehicle in accordance with the fitting known preamble of claim 1. The light outlet opening the light by means of clamping seat on the housing thereof final lens can be removed from the housing, whereupon the bulb including version and a version for the Light outlet opening onerous coil spring from the Housing be removed or may drop out. This can in confusing situations difficult search work and may result in the loss of individual components. When removing the lens from the housing, the result of Einschnappverschlusses naturally jerky made may by the sudden release of the spring, the whole assembly pushed out by spring, and replaced the air out of the housing will.
The invention seeks in a halogen lamp, in which the Lamp always sits in a reflector, a similar device for ease of replacing the lamp to realize, However, in the parts from falling out from the housing when removing a clamping ring or a light exit lens is reliably prevented by the housing.
This object is in a halogen lamp of the initially mentioned type according to the invention by the characterizing Features of claim 1.
When removing the clamping ring from the housing the halogen bulb is by the spring or springs automatically forward into a clearly defined by the stop or stops pushed forward position in which they made the front end the housing projects and gripped by hand and from their Version can be removed all internal parts of the lamp are in this forward position as well as stated in the rear inner position after the placement of the Clamping ring. The socket of the lamp is at a particular Version strap fastened, the sliding on parallel pins is mounted. One or two each the pins comprehensive Coil springs cause the removal of the clamping ring the Forward movement of the holder bracket and thus the halogen lamp up in their aforementioned forward position. There are no special precautions for keeping the displaceable Parts in the rear position in the housing with an attached Clamping ring required since the inside thereof directly to the front outer edge of the reflector of the can attack halogen lamp.
According to claim 2, for better centering two coil springs and two stops provided.
According to claim 3, by elastic deflection of the pin be effected tHe amended Ironing circumvent attacks and can be completely removed from the housing.
Reference to the figures, a preferred embodiment the invention described in greater detail. It shows:

figure 1

a side view of the entire halogen lamp,

figure 2

an enlarged and partially sectioned side view the lamp housing with the lamp in their rearward position and

figure 3

one of Fig.2 corresponding side view with the Lamp in its forward position.

The halogen lamp shown in the figures has a Linkage 10 and an adjustable linkage 10 mounted on Outer casing on 11th In the front end of the outer housing 11 located light exit opening 14 is a generally mounted designated 16 light exit aperture. The Light outlet aperture 16 has a clamping ring 18, the by means of a thread 20 on the front end of the inside of the outer housing 11 arranged housing proper 12 is screwed. In the front opening 22 of the clamping ring 18, an orifice plate not shown attached be. In the opening 22 at the radially inward catching edge 24 of the clamping ring 18 is the leading edge 26 a halogen lamp 28, which in a lamp socket 30 sitting, in turn, mounted on a temple next 32 is. Lateral radial arms 34 of the socket bracket 32 have each have an opening 36 which in each case one of two axially extending parallel pins 38 include sliding. In between the stop-forming rear floor 40 of the housing 12 and each arm 34 is a respective one of the pins 38 comprehensive coil spring 42 is clamped. By the action of the coil springs 42, according to Figure 2 of the temple next 32 and thus the halogen lamp 28 into abutment against the back of the Edge 24 of the clamping ring 18 is pressed.
As soon as the clamping ring 18 is unscrewed from the housing 12, as from Figure 3 can be seen, press the two springs 42 to Temple next 32 with the halogen lamp 28 forward so that the halogen lamp 28 protrudes from the housing 12th In this Location can also in very narrow housing readily available from be hand grasped and removed from the socket. In the Figure 3 illustrated forward position of the halogen lamp 28 is by hook-shaped stops 44 at the front end of the pin 38 defined by the two arms 34 in these attacks 44 come to rest. Since the two pins 38 a certain own elasticity and their front ends with sufficient Game in the openings 36 of the arms 34 of the socket bracket 32 sitting, by detecting the two stops 44 and Nachinnendrücken same the position of Fig.3 dubbed be, so that the arms 34 slide past the attacks 44th Thereby, not only the halogen lamp 28, but the total capacity 30 with the temple next 32 out of the housing 12 taken out. Just as easily also the insertion the socket bracket 32 to the frame 30 and possibly the replaced halogen lamp 28 by simply Pushing done in the journal 38th The parts are then again in the position of Figure 3. subsequently , the tension ring 18 fitted on the housing 12 , whereby the parts of the lamp again in the Location of Fig.2 be brought.
