The invention relates to an axle suspension for vehicles as disclosed in European Patent Application EP-A-830 960 illustrating a prior art according to Article 54 (3) EPC and must therefore be considered only in terms of Nenheit. This has at least a respective substantially in the vehicle longitudinal direction extending steering arm on either side of the median longitudinal plane on which with its front end to a chassis fixed Support point articulated and at a distance therefrom to the axle body is connected, wherein preferably a from the axle body projecting respectively backwards Achslenkerabschnitt as lower Bearing of an air spring is used, on top of which the Vehicle chassis is supported, as well as a disc brake, especially floating-caliper brake caliper for each associated wheel, in which the respective axle guide comprises a recess, in the components of Vehicle brake are housed.
The object of the present invention is that known as Axle to design that is easy to install a secure Accommodating the sensitive parts of the application device of the disc brake is provided.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Thus, the brake cylinder is protected against damage, which is particularly For vehicles, which are driven in the ground, of importance is. On the other hand, the brake cylinder remains easily mounted and easily accessible. The suspension link can advantageously made of sheet metal profiles be formed from which the clearances are cut. It is also conceivable, for reasons of stability, the suspension link each of two spaced to make each other substantially parallel vertical side walls, wherein the side walls are cut accordingly.
The recess is preferably in the direction of travel in front of the axle, so that the brake cylinder with its leads relatively close to the each bearing point of the axle guide is and therefore only small movements performs.
In order to achieve that the suspension link by the recess for receiving the brake cylinder of the application device of the disc brake is not seriously is weakened, the recess is located in a preferred embodiment of the Invention in the neutral zone of the stress of the axle guide.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the supply lines of the respective Brake cylinder at least partially located in the recess and thus to the above-mentioned influences are protected. It is not just about the pneumatic, but also any hydraulic and electrical supply lines, eg for certain sensors, such as wear sensors, the brake.
In another particular embodiment of the invention, the brake cylinder side Connections of leads of the respective brake cylinder between the brake cylinder and the bearing point of the axle guide. This also makes is (additionally) to ensure that the feed lines of the brake cylinder because of their proximity to the bearing point of the respective axle guide only minor Movements during boarding and rebound are exposed. This positioning further ensures that the leads with other vehicle parts, as crossmember, shock absorbers etc. do not collide.
The connections of the leads of the respective brake cylinder can vary be designed so eg. for receiving usual rubber fabric pressure hoses. However, according to the invention are preferably as Connectors eg for plastic pipes formed to a schnellele to ensure and reliable assembly and disassembly.
According to a further preferred feature of the invention are the feed lines of the respective brake cylinder at least partly in cavities of the axle guide or transferred to the wishbone. The vehicle manufacturer may in this , The wishbone delivered as a module unit including supply lines are such that the assembly is simplified on-site.
For the same purpose, the more preferable in the invention provided Measure, according to which the running in or on the respective axle guide leads one hand in achslenkerfesten sockets near the bearing point and secondly in achslenkerfesten sockets near the disc brake open. The vehicle manufacturer therefore only needs Supply lines for example for compressed air and electricity to the corresponding insert coupling sites.
Thus, the wiring cost of the vehicle will continue reduced.
Other objects, features, advantages and application possibilities the present invention will become apparent from the following Description of exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing.
Show it:

Fig. 1

a schematic side view of the invention having Fahrzeugachsaufhängung in the area one side of a (to be seen in vertical section) Vehicle axle, said arrangement at the opposite is the end of the axle beam as formed,

Fig. 2A to 4b

different in side view and top view Other configurations of the invented axle suspension.

The axle suspension for vehicles illustrated inventive has on both sides of the vehicle longitudinal center plane each one in extending substantially in the vehicle longitudinal direction wishbone 1. The wishbone 1, of which each of the figures only one can be seen, are at its front in the direction of travel End articulated to a chassis fixed bearing point. 2 Of the Bearing point 2 is in the illustrated case of a at the Vehicle chassis fixed bearing block provided. 8 Of the Bearing block 8 serves as shown in FIG. 1 including the support the wishbone 1 via an air spring 9 an axle lift. At a distance behind the bearing point 2, the Wishbone 1 welded to an axle. 4 One of the Axle body 4 from projecting each backward Achslenkerabschnitt 3 can not be considered a lower bearing (in Fig. 1 illustrated) air spring 5 are, on top of which is the vehicle chassis is supported.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 is the Axle body 4 by two in or on the wishbone 1 welded, perpendicular of these outwardly projecting axle stubs 4 'and a crossbar 4' 'formed. In Fig. 1 are the inner front end of a stub axle 4 'in plan view and the crossbar 4 '' shown in section. The Crossbar 4 '' is from one to the stub axles 4 ' coaxial or paraxial open profile made of edged Sheet formed. It forms the crossbar 4 'with the two control arms 1 a U-stabilizer in the manner of Composite spring axis. Due to the formation of the crosspiece 4 '' as an open profile, it may on the one hand and torsionally on the other hand be rigid so that advantageous handling characteristics both in uniform and in uneven Compression of the vehicle wheels can be achieved. Particularly Case, the cross-member 4 '' of a forwardly open C-profile educated. This is particularly easy to manufacture.
The suspension link 1 may, which is not seen in Fig. 1, two spaced substantially parallel have vertical side walls 6, of which in Fig. 1, an inner side wall can be seen. 6 The stub shaft 4 ' are at least by the respective outer side wall 6 in essentially guided positively and are in their end-side inner end on the outer side of the inner Side wall 6 at. In this case, the stub axle 4 'with both the outer side wall 6 of the axle guide 1 as well as with the inner side wall 6 by means of the stub axle 4 'circumferential weld lines 7 welded, preferably both on the outside and on the inside of the outer side wall 6, and then, of course, with the Outside of the inner side wall 6 to which the stub axle 4 'with its inner end abuts.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1 is the stub axle 4 'by the inner side wall 6 of the axle guide 1 guided so that it only slightly projects beyond the inside of the inner side wall. 6 In this Case, the stub axle 4 'then also on both the outside and on the inside of the inner side wall 6 thereto via peripheral Welding line 7 is welded. The crossbeam 4 "needs only with the respective inner to be side jaw 6 of the wishbone 1 connected.
As shown in FIG. 1 1, the respective axle guide a Recess 10, in which the respective brake cylinder of the brake application device of the disc brake 11 is housed. The recess 10 is in Direction provided in front of the axle. 4 She is also set in neutral zone of the stress of the axle guide 1. Further, care taken to ensure that the brake cylinder 13 in the amount of the line joining the bearing point 2 and the center 16 of the axle 4.
In FIGS. 2a to 4b are three different embodiments of a the invention having axle suspension illustrated which in itself substantially only by the arrangement of the supply lines 14 to the respective brake cylinder 13 differ from each other. Notwithstanding Fig. 1 here is the axle body 4 formed by a continuous axle tube, which in the side walls received 6 of the wishbone. 1 In each case, , care taken to ensure that these leads 14 at least are also partly housed in the recess 10 and thus protected are. The brake cylinder side Terminals 15 of the leads 14 of the respective brake cylinder 13 are preferably between the brake cylinder 13 and the Bearing point 2 of the axle guide 1 so that they and the inputs Rebounding exposed possible small movements. there , the terminals 15 of the leads 14 of the respective Brake cylinder 13 is preferably designed as plug connections, for example for Plastic pipes formed. Leads 14 of each brake cylinder 13 may further include at least partially, ie in its portion in front of the recess 10, in or extend to the steering arm 1, so that the wishbone 1 accordingly assembled the vehicle manufacturer to be delivered can. Here occur, for example. Leads 14 adjacent to the Bearing point 2 in a cavity of the axle guide 1 on and off the latter adjacent to the recess 10, in which the Brake cylinder 13 is housed again. The in or at the respective axle guide 1 extending leads 14 open preferably one hand in achslenkerfesten Connecting sockets in the vicinity of the bearing point 2, and on the other hand achslenkerfesten in sockets in the vicinity of the Disk brake 11, so that the corresponding female terminals only nor the corresponding supply lines for example. compressed air and electricity, and the connecting lines to the brake cylinder and the associated sensors must be connected.
