Abstract

Assembly consisting of a part (1) of transparent material, in particular quartz glass or calcium fluoride, and a metal part (2) soldered thereto, the following layer structure being present in the region of a solder joint:transparent material of one part (1)Adhesive layer (11)Diffusion barrier layer (12)preferably first oxidation protection layer (13)preferably second oxidation protection layer (23)Lot (22)if necessary, wetting auxiliary layer (21)Metal of metal part (2) each with transitions between the layers (11-23), in particular in the soldering typical way and optionally with diffusion of the two oxidation protection layers (13, 23) in the solder (22).
