0001The invention relates to a tine for a tine rotor of a cultivator, of a rotor horizontally lying by essentially radially extending away blade to break open having and comminuting the soil, wherein the cutting a thinner Cutting blade and an underlying in the rotational direction having thicker cutting back.
0002Such tines is known for example from German utility model No. 295 06 469. This prong is used on a Harrow, the coupled behind a tractor is and on the principle of not turning soil cultivation based. At the front end of this cultivator one finds relaxation coulters, across the working width of the implement the floor break without turning him. Behind these Crowds then sits Zinkenrotor, with crop residues and Green manures are incorporated into the top soil horizon and the case provides the necessary for a Bandsaat ground current. A downstream packer roller then feeds the harrow in a set depth while ensuring the necessary reconsolidation of the soil.
0003In the tillage devices previously known zinc rotor designed as a horizontally oriented shaft on the side with Spaced apart tines sit. Namely, the Tines on a flange with which they attached to the shaft are and a cutting edge, with the broken and crushed the floor becomes. The cutting wears this relatively strong in particular based on the radially outward on the rotor zinc Tip.
0004To work around this problem, it is proposed in DE-GBM 295 06 469, the tip of the tine by a hard metal insert to armor.
0005This however, only the tip is protected from premature wear. Other sectors of the tine lead due to the abrasive Burden continues to premature failure of the tine.
0006Therefore, the present invention is the object of a educate tines of a tine rotor such that it a long service life, has manufactured economically and at the same time is.
0007This object is achieved in that the tines in the region which is submerged in the first into the ground Tip adjoins, is provided with a cutter reinforcement that thicker than the cutting blade.
0008The invention has the advantage that a corresponding tines more comprises material that can be worn. Thus one obtains a Tines, which has a long service life without him separately introduced bores or the like for attaching a hard metal tip Need to become.
0009In a prolonged so in the life of the tip Arbeitszinkens receives the wear along the front edge of the cutting blade greater importance. In order to prevent that a tine so remote because of excessive wear in the top Bereicn the cutting edge is no longer usable, it is suggested cutting the reinforcement along the front edge of the cutting blade to extend.
0010For this extension has been proven in experiments, they bead to thicken. This leaves the underlying portion of the cutting blade in the recent strength. This smaller thickness is advantageous with respect to the elasticity of the dynamically loaded tine.
0011Regarding the form of bead-like thickening has in particular a substantially circular cross-section as a low exposed.
0012In parallel, in the subsequent at the tine point Portion of the front edge a substantially triangular cross-sectional shape proved favorable, in which the edge a pointed front and a broad base area has.
0013This lace front preferably has an angle of about 60 °.
0014Basically, also the front edge of the tine invention at least partially made of hard metal. Especially the above-mentioned portion of the leading edge with triangular Cross-section is preferred for this purpose.
0015Here, the existing carbide portion can also tip the tine mitumfassen so that these highly stressed Point is to protect against wear.
0016In a preferred embodiment, lined up at the front edge the cutter then the zinc peak and the triangular front edge together with the bead-like extension, in which case particular the tine point and the triangular front edge of hard metal are made.
0017Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment; this shows

figure 1

the side view of a tine according to the invention;

figure 2

the front view of a tine according to the invention;

figure 3

Section through an inventive tines along the line III-III in Figure 2;

figure 4

Section through an inventive tines along the line IV-IV in FIG. 2

0018Figure 1 shows the side view of a tine according to the invention. This has a flange portion 1 and a blade second The Cutting 2 is essentially composed of a thin Cutting blade 3 and an underlying cutting back 4, is thicker than the cutting blade. 3
0019The tines with the flange 1 via holes 4 to a appropriate supporting a zinc rotor replaceable screwed.
0020, Integrated in the operation of the cultivator in the the Zinkenrotor is rotated therewith, said cutting edge of the tine 2 a Trajectory describes in it in the harrow dips to be processed soil while crop residues, Green manure etc. are incorporated into the soil. It wears out the Tines especially at the outer arc of the trajectory described Top 5 of the blade 2. By this will wear the Tines shorter and because the length of the tine is crucial for the Work quality, therefore is this wear the lifetime of the Tine determined.
0021To prolong this life, therefore, the way to the top 5 of cutting 2 adjoining region 7 with a cutter reinforcement 8 provided. This gain is essentially characterized ensures that the subsequent to the top 5 section 7 thicker runs as the cutting blade 3. The cutter reinforcement 8 is extended here along the front edge 9 of the cutting blade 9 and forms a bead-like thickening 10th
0022As can be seen from Figure 3, while the thickening has 10 a substantially circular cross-section which is also wider as the lying behind the thickening cutting blade. 3
0023Incidentally, it can be seen in Figure 1 that is located at the tine point 5 subsequent section 11 of the front edge 9 a substantially triangular cross-section with a pointed front 12 and a broader base surface 13. The angle 14, with the opens this section, one is about 60 °.
0024In the example shown here is the rest just this section made of cutting the front edge and carbide, which in this field to achieve a particularly high resistance to wear is. The base surface 13 of the cemented carbide insert is as wide as the cutter reinforcement 8 in this area, so that the cutter reinforcement So an underlay for the base area of the having carbide portion. Here an outbreak is the brittle carbide portion counteracted.
0025In principle, it should be noted that due to the thick and thin Portions of the cutting edge this is dynamic in the jerky Load behaves very low, the thicker portions significantly contribute to the wear protection.
