Method and system for position determination during X-ray imaging

The invention relates to a method for determining the position during X-ray imaging and to an arrangement for carrying out such a method with an X-ray apparatus (1), a detector arrangement having at least two detector elements (8, 9) and with a marker arrangement (10). The exact assignment of the X-ray image to the imaged object is of great importance, above all in intraoperative imaging. This requires the exact knowledge of the position and position of the components of the X-ray device belonging to the imaging system. Frequently, however, there is the problem that the line of sight of the position measuring system is interrupted by treatment personnel or other devices. In the arrangement according to the invention, therefore, the detector arrangement (8, 9) on the X-ray apparatus (1) and the marker arrangement (10) on the examination subject (6) or relative to the examination subject (6) to be arranged in a fixed position. Furthermore, a suitable method for determining the position in X-ray imaging with such an arrangement is proposed.
