An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim l, further comprising: (d) an earphone alignment mark placed on said first side and below said first protrusion, to indicate the proper orientation of the earphone within said earmold device. 3. An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim 1 wherein said mold is composed of a soft, flexible plastic-type material. 4. An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim 1, further comprising: (d) a second protrusion, said second protrusion having a base attached to said second side and an end extending away from said second side, said second protrusion extending away from said second side for insertion into the entrance of a user's ear canal. 5. An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim 1, further comprising: (d) a notch located in said bottom of said earmold to provide contact relief to the wearer's antitragus. 6. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 4 wherein said second protrusion further comprises a ear canal vent extending from said end of said second protrusion on said second side to said first side, said vent being gas communicative between said first and second sides. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 4, further comprising: (e) a sound bore that extends from said cavity in said first side through said second protrusion to said second side for providing a venue for sound to travel from said speaker cavity to user's ear canal and said sound bore being gas communicative between said first and said second sides. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 4, further comprising (e) an ear canal vent running along the exterior of said second protrusion for preventing a pneumatic seal from forming in a user's ear. 9. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 4, wherein said second protrusion is further limited to a length in the range of 0.0 mm to 6.0 mm. 10. An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim 1, further comprising: (d) a sound bore that extends from said cavity in said first side through the earmold to said second side for providing a venue for sound to travel from said speaker cavity to user's ear canal and said sound bore being gas communicative between said first and said second sides. 11. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems comprising: (a) a mold shaped to fit within the ear of a user with a first side, a second side and a bottom;(b) a mounting apparatus located on said first side of the mold, said mounting apparatus being adapted for the mounting of a communications device thereto;and (c) a first protrusion extending from said second side for maintaining said mold in place at the user's ear, said first protrusion being shaped and adapted to secure the mold to the a user's ear by extending under the crus of the helix of the user's ear. 12. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 11, further comprising an earphone alignment mark placed on said first side to indicate the proper orientation of the earphone within said earmold device. 13. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 11 wherein said mold is soft and flexible. 14. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 11, further comprising a second protrusion, having a base attached to said second side and an end attached to said second protrusion extending away from said second side, said second protrusion extending away from said second side for insertion into the entrance of the user's ear canal . 15. An earmold device for use in two-way communications systems as recited in claim 11, further comprising a notch located in the vicinity of the bottom of said earmold to provide contact relief to the wearer's antitragus. 16. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 14 wherein said second protrusion further comprises a ear canal vent extending from said end of said second protrusion to said first side. 17. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 14, further comprising a sound bore that extends from said cavity in said first side through said second protrusion for providing a means for sound to travel from said speaker cavity to user's ear canal. 18. An earmold device for use in two-way communication system as recited in claim 14, further comprising an ear canal vent running along the exterior of said second protrusion for preventing a pneumatic seal in the user's ear. 19. An earmold device for use in two-way communication systems as recited in claim 14, wherein said second protrusion is further limited to a length of 0.0 mm to 4.0 mm.
