p0001The invention relates to a seat, in particular motor vehicle seat, according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002Known vehicle seats (DE 295 06 306 U1) have a foam-padded part in the in the production of polyurethane (PUR), a carrier profile is foamed as a fastening element for a seat cover. Such support profile element is connected both in the production as well as in the processing in the padding part with great effort, so that therefore the cost price of the upholstery part is increased as a whole disadvantageous.
p0003The invention has for its object to provide a seat, in particular motor vehicle seat, the cushion member is provided with an inexpensive and costs lowering fastener and allowing with little technical effort, a sufficiently stable anchoring a seat cover or the like..
p0004The invention solves this problem by a seat with the features of claim 1. With regard to further important design features, reference is made to claims 2 to 8. FIG.
p0005The inventive design seat has in its foam-padded body a fastening element in the form of a fiber rope on which is as integrated as inexpensive disposable semis in the foam, the fibrous surface of the cable and / or its surface contour with the surrounding foam in the manufacture of the cushion body a bonding zone forms and a form-fitting and material-adhesion effect between the connected materials a surprisingly ausrißstabile determining the fiber cable is achieved.
p0006The fiber cable can be arbitrarily positioned with total reduced technical complexity and a largely arbitrary laying contour in one designated for the production of the cushion body molding with an automatic loading operation, wherein customized different laying contours with minimal retooling and without loss of time can be realized. In the mounted position thereafter is reasonable assurance prevented even in some areas high tensile loads on the fiber cable, for example, in the assembly of the seat cover defining the holding part, an unintended release of the fiber rope from this surrounding foam.
p0007The molded-fiber cable can be provided in an advantageous embodiment, as a plurality of cable strands comprising cord, so that in addition to the fiber structure of the rope surface whose surface contour with each extending in the longitudinal direction of the fiber rope profile recesses is effective and that the adhesion of the fiber rope in the cushion body on a foam-holding spaces this enhance the positive connection zones on.
p0008For the proper use of the running example in the seat contour fiber rope is elastic in shape in the cushion body set so that with corresponding pressure load of the seat portion, the suspension characteristics of the cushion body are unaffected, the fiber cable can be moved synchronously to pressure deformed area of the foam, so influencing the seating comfort largely excluded is and the fiber cable has a long-term stable even at local overloads anchor in its installed position.
p0009Further details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description and the drawing, which illustrates an embodiment of the seat according to the invention. In the drawings:

Fig. 1

a schematic diagram of a cushion part for a vehicle seat in a bottom view,

FIG. 2

a sectional view of the cushion member according to a line II - II in Figure 1, with an intended for producing the molded part.

Fig. 3

an enlarged sectional view of an integrated in the foam of the cushion body fiber rope along a line III - III in FIG. 1,

Fig. 4

a sectional view of the upholstery part with one of the laying contour of the fiber cable following incision in side view,

Fig. 5

an enlarged sectional view similar to Figure 4 along a line V -.. p0010Fig. 1 shows a designated overall by 1 cushion body of foamed material, which is provided for a seat, not shown, in particular motor vehicle seat. Establishing a holding part having a seat cover (not shown), a fastening member 2 is molded into the foam contour.
p0011In FIG. 2, the cushion body 1 in a final stage is illustrated in its preparation, wherein the already shaped contour of the cushion body 1 is supported in a molded part, generally designated by 3. During manufacture of the cushion body 1, the fastening element 2 is a support lug 4 of the molded part 3 held (left side of the diagram), so that the introduced to the mold filling foam material, the fastener 2 at least can flow around regions, and the fastening element 2 then embedded in the solidified foam is (right side of the display).
p0012Fig. 3 shows a magnified view the of-position fastener 1, this is provided by the novel design as an integrated in the foam fiber cable 5. This fiber cable 5 advantageously has a surface contour 6 that a positive and cohesive bonding zone forms with the surrounding foam out so that both the fiber structure of the fiber cable 5 as well as its cross-sectional shape bring an intimate adhesive bond to the foam out.
p0013In an advantageous embodiment, the fiber cable 5 is designed as a twisted from several falls 7, 8, 9 existing cord, so that the surface contour 6 respective Längsfurchungen 10, 11, 12 and thus improved, positive connection zones are created for a tension and rotationally fixed liability ,
p0014The fiber cable 5 is in an advantageous embodiment of natural fibers, of which single fiber components (not shown) of the rough surface contour 6 can protrude so that the above-described cohesive bonding zone can be formed with the foam. It is also conceivable to use a fiber rope 5 made of synthetic fibers.
p0015The sectional view of FIG. 4 illustrates in conjunction with FIG. 2, the laying contour of the fiber rope 5, which runs in the cushion body 1 near one of its surface 13 lowered shape groove 14, located in each case the fiber rope 5 sectionally releasing receiving spaces 15 for the seat cover holding part (not shown) are provided.
p0016The enlarged sectional view of FIG. 5 illustrates the orientation of the fiber rope 5 between two receiving spaces 15, wherein the surface contour 6 of the fiber rope 5 forms in this intermediate region a full-surface adhesion to a portion 1 'of the cushion body 1 so that a befindlicher above the fiber rope 5 foam portion 16, 16 'can be formed with a small amount of overlap D.
p0017We tested for example, a reduction in the coverage D up to a level of about 1 mm, without at respective measuring forces (arrow M) a formation of Ausrißstellen between fiber cable 5 and foam was observed. This allows the fiber cable 5 in a generally small installation depth T (FIG. 5) are foamed into the cushion body 1 so that a substantial simplification in mounting the holding member on the fiber cable 5 in the region of the receiving space 15 is reached for the assembly of the seat cover not shown.
p0018In Fig. 6 to 8, the fiber cable 5 is illustrated in connection position with an end anchor element 18, said the fiber cable 5 engages such that the fiber cable 5 is on the set a receiving contour 19 having and introduced into the mold channel 16 anchor element 18 on the cushion body 1 (FIGS. 9 to 11).
p0019In an advantageous embodiment, the fiber cable has 5 each end immediately fixable in the cushion part 1 form extensions 20, wherein the shape of enlargement according to FIG. 9 of a loop 21, as shown in FIG. 10 of the respective scattered strands of cables 7, 8, 9 of the cord and in FIG. 11 is formed by a knot 22nd With this form extensions a ausrißstabile down the fiber rope 5 in the cushion body 1 is achieved, so that with a sheet-like or punctiform pressure load (arrow F, Fig. 4) of the cushion body 1, the respective enlarged end portions 20 of the fiber rope 5 can be deformed together with the foam ( swivel angle 23, 24, in FIG. 4) and also in a direction of pull Z on fiber cable 5 effective forces are free of damage taken together on the liability connection zone and the form of extensions 20 in the cushion body 1.
p0020When laying the fiber rope 5 with a loop 21 (FIG. 9) whose end is returned to the anchor element 18 and here in a clamping groove 25 (Fig. 7, Fig. 8) are set so that their conical flanks 27, 28 attack in the front edge portion 29, 30 in the manner of a barb at the fiber cable 5, and unwanted movement of this rope portion toward the cable central longitudinal plane 31 (arrow Z, Z 'in Fig. 5 and 6) is reliably prevented.
