The invention relates to an adhesive tape for attaching mesh having mosquito nets.
It is known to use pressure-sensitive parts of textile fasteners for fixing insect screens. It is woven and / or knitted adhesive tapes whose interlocking elements are formed mushroom-usually. The attachment of the fly screen is carried out in such a way that self-adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive tapes parts of rings glued to the window frames, and then cut to size flyscreen are pressed with their edges on the adhesive tapes. The interlocking elements penetrate the mesh formed by lattice-shaped structure of the fly screen and hold it so tightly. A disadvantage of this type of pressure-sensitive tapes, that one has to provide a number of interlocking elements for a good Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit which is significantly larger than the number of stitches. In this case, one is bound to machine gauges and / or pitches because of the textile manufacturing process of weaving or knitting in the number of interlocking elements.
Starting from this prior art, the invention is therefore based on the object of improving an adhesive tape for fixing insect screens regard Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit and production.
The object is achieved in that there is now a plastic adhesive tape is used instead of the conventional textile adhesive tapes. These have the advantage that the spacing of the subdivided in hooking longitudinal ribs can be designed, since one is in contrast to the textile manufacturing process no longer tied to machine gauges and / or-divisions. In addition, the use of plastic adhesive tapes over textile adhesive closures is more cost effective. Thus, it is now possible at a distance to place the longitudinal ribs of the plastic adhesive tape from one another which approximately corresponds to the mesh size of the fly screen, whereby the Verhaku can ngswahrscheinlichkeit much improved.
The distance between the interlocking elements a longitudinal rib can be selected independently of the spacing of the longitudinal ribs, whereby the Verhakungswahrscheinlichkeit can be further increased.
In a preferred embodiment the distance between the interlocking elements, each longitudinal rib from each selected such that one to three interlocking elements per mesh mosquito net engage.
The hooking elements themselves are preferably arrowhead or harpoon-shaped, in order to ensure an easy penetration into the mesh formed by the lattice structure of the mosquito net.
The invention of an exemplary embodiment is illustrated.
The single FIGURE of the drawing shows an incompletely illustrated schematic view of a window frame with a fly screen attached by means of a plastic adhesive tape of the invention.
The plastic adhesive tape 1 of the invention comprises plastic longitudinal ribs 3 which are divided so that each 1, 2 or 3 of the resulting by dividing hooking 5 hook into one stitch 7 a fly screen. 9 The manufacture of the longitudinal ribs 3 having plastic adhesive tape and the subdivision of the longitudinal ribs 3 to form the interlocking elements 5 is according to the method disclosed in DE 22 13 686 C3 process. In the said patent incorporated herein by reference. It should however be borne in mind that the spacing of the longitudinal ribs 3 from one another selected such that it corresponds to the mesh width of the respective fly screen 9th
In experiments plastic adhesive tapes 1 were prepared, whose hooking 5 were firstly arrowhead-shaped and adapted to other harpoon shaped. Both embodiments of the hooking 5 showed a slight penetration into the formed through the mesh 7 lattice structure of the particular fly screen 9, and thus a fast and safe hooking. In principle, however, a different shape of the interlocking elements 5, for example, a mushroom-like design of the interlocking elements 5, are selected.
Plastic adhesive tape 1 on the side facing away from hooking 5 in a conventional manner and self-adhesive rings glued to a window frame 11 - To fasten the mosquito net 9 was the one prepared as indicated above. The flyscreen 9 was cut to the dimension of the window frame 11 and pressed with its edges on the plastic adhesive tape. 1 It has been shown that even the plastic adhesive tape 1 whose interlocking elements were 5 each longitudinal rib 3 formed so that a respective interlocking element 5 per stitch 7 mosquito net 9 engages, shows sufficient adhesion exhibited and thereby had the advantage that the flyscreen 9 could be mounted very quickly, because it was not necessary to allow intervention by several interlocking elements 5 in a mesh 7 of the fly screen. 9
The schematic view of the single figure is slightly different shown for the purpose of a better illustration of the object of the invention of the plastic adhesive tape 1 and held therein flyscreen 9 used in practice. The band longitudinal direction of the plastic adhesive tapes used in practice 1 runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fly screen 9, the meshes are 7 rectangular design generally, in each case the longer sides of each rectangle are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the fly screen. 9 The plastic adhesive tape 1 even located perpendicular to the longitudinal ribs 3 transverse rows of interlocking elements 5 are precisely positioned so that they each extend at an acute angle to the longitudinal edge of the fly screen. 9 This is not shown in the figure during the transverse rows is on manufacturing processes. The hooking elements 5 are formed by the plastic longitudinal ribs 3 divided by flat knife to form incisions and the plastic adhesive tape is 1 then stretched to a draw bench, thus forming the separated by a distance hooking. 5 An arrangement of the transverse ribs in such a way that they also to fixed end flyscreen 9 form an acute angle to the plastic adhesive tape 1, prevents the formation of predetermined breaking points during stretching of the plastic adhesive tape 1. The respective angular degrees this acute angle on the degree of stretching depends.
