Locking mechanism for a door and actuator for a locking mechanism of a door
The present invention relates to a Schliessmechanis¬ mechanism for a door according to the preamble of claim l and an actuator for a locking mechanism of a door according to the preamble of claim 10.
Such a locking mechanism is commonly known as safety and beauty-cylinder lock (see eg Brockhaus of Science and Technology, D-Wiesbaden 1972, pp 662 and 663), in which a socket wrench is the overall key to the barrel. The cylinder core is secured against unauthorized turning by a number of different lengths locking pin pairs. This fit the notches of the key so that their surfaces Teilungs¬ agree überein¬ with the lateral surface of the cylinder core. The cylinder is then unlocked and can be rotated.
An electronically controlled locking mechanism is known to Example example from the brochure "VingCard 1090" the company "VingCard system" from the year 1989th The described therein. Closing mechanism consists of a Schloss¬ box with a mechanical lock and a door handle as actuator. The lock case has a slot and an electronic control unit, with which optically read a punched card key and the lock is released with access authorization. The elektroni¬ cal control unit of the lock is connected to a central computer, which determines the nature of the use, the usage time and the like of a programmed or perforated key card. The above locks must be re-installed as a whole, why expand beste¬ Henden locks and should be discarded.
Another system is removed from the brochure "CONTAS" from March 1990, which can be used inter alia in combination with NingCard locks and consists of a central unit with external readers for each lock. The Foreign readers are designed as supplementary box with a slot for a perforated key card. Also this be¬ knew locking mechanism can only be used as a complete unit with a certain type locks, so that on all doors the old locks have to be replaced. It is understood that this is accompanied by a considerable amount, and the existing locks all have to be disposed.
The invention is based on the problem, improve a locking mechanism and an actuator for a locking mechanism of the generic type so to ver¬ that a simple and safe operation of a door lock is provided which allows an electronic control, without having to replace existing door locks. Here an equal or higher Sicher¬ should be possible to reach safety standard, as in the beste¬ Henden electronic door locking.
This object is achieved by a locking mechanism with the features of claim 1 and by an actuation organ with the features of patent claim 8.
The invention has the great advantage that with few handles a conversion of any locks can be vorge taken to a modern and practical mechan- obtain pean door security with a high degree of security, which is particularly suitable for an electronic controller. Furthermore, it is now immaterial whether the lock is left- or right-handed, because the supply Betäti¬ organ of the new locking mechanism is suitable for both types locks.
Further advantages of the invention follow from the dependent claims and from the following description. There, the invention is illustrated by way of openings in the schematic Zeich¬ illustrated embodiment.

In the drawings, the same elements respectively die¬ same reference numerals are used and the description is intended for all drawings, unless otherwise specified.
1 shows a handle 1 is shown in cross section with a circular cylindrical, cup-shaped housing. 2 The housing 2 of the rotary knob l is preferably metallic, but can also be made of a hard plastic. The knob 1 is in place of a conventional door handle with a lock not shown here mecha¬ cally connected. A bearing plate 3 is fixed to a just teil¬ as indicated door 4 and has a central opening 5 with a pivot bearing 6, which is penetrated by a shaft. 7 The shaft 7 is square formed and coupled to a door lock not shown. Within the housing 2, the shaft 7 is formed as a round shaft 8, on which the housing 2 with an axial bore 10 angeord¬ freely rotatable about a Trag¬ net body 9 is. In the end region of the axis 8, an annular groove 11 is provided into which engages a retaining ring 12th On the opposite side of the end face of the supporting body 9, a stop ring 13 is fastened on the axis 8, so that the supporting body between the circlip 12 and the stop ring 13 is axially secured. The housing 2 comprises a circular cylinder 14 and a circular Abschluss¬ cover 15, the means illustrated by dashed line Mounting holes 16 is mounted adjacent the supporting body 9 through cross-bolts 17 on a circular cylinder 14th The longitudinal bores 16 are on the end cover 15 side facing extended stepwise, in which Erwei¬ expansions corresponding pins 18 19 of the end cover 15 with screws provided for the 17 internal threads 20 fit. In a parallel to axis 8 provided for receiving aperture 23 of the support body 9 a sleeve 24 is inserted in which a pin 25 is screwed. At the inner end of the pin 25 a small cam 26 is formed, to which a spindle 27 of an electric motor 28 is opposed axially at a distance. The cam 26 is provided with an external thread 29, on which a spindle 27 connected to the coil spring 30 is screwed. Between the end plate 3 and the supporting body 9, a radial through hole 32 is provided on the axis 8, through which a driving pin 33 engages through and is arranged symmetrically to the axis of the eighth In the dargestell¬ th arrangement of the pin 25 is connected to this driving pin 33 engages. The cover plate 15 is provided with a central circular opening 34 on the inside of an annular groove 35 in which a spherical dome-shaped contact plate 36 is inserted. It is led by a matching groove in the insulating ring 35 37th An electrical conductor tracks having kreis¬ shaped circuit board 38 is provided with the pin 19 entsprechen¬ the holes and so clamped against the inner end face of the end cover 15th there is a spring element 39, which simultaneously ensures the electrical contact of the contact plate 36 with the circuit board 38 between the contact disc 36 and of the circular printed circuit board 38th Below the support body 9 a further electrical circuit board 40 is provided with an electronic circuit and underlying conductor tracks which are electrically connected via the conductor tracks of the circular printed circuit board 38 on the one hand with the kugelkalottenartigen contact disk 36 and anderer¬ hand to the electric motor 28th
In Figure 2a, the support body 9 is shown in a view from the front and in Figure 2b of the back. Further, in Figure 3 is the bearing plate 3 in plan view and are shown in Figures 4a and 4b, the cross sections shown by the supporting body 9 along the line or along the line BB in Figure 2a. The other reference numerals in these figures will be explained with respect to the embodiments of the figures 5 and 6. FIG.
The function of the above-described rotary knob l is now as follows:
When closed, the door 4 of the knob 1 on the round axle 8 is freely rotatable, ie, the spindle 27 of the electric motor 28 is in a retracted against the face side of the rotary knob 1 position, so that the pin 25 disengages the driving pin 33 is. The coil spring 30 functions as an extension spring for transmitting the tensile forces on the pin 25 stood in this Zu¬ is the contact disc 36 against the Lager¬ shield 3 electrically connected terminal cover permanently electrically grounded, ie is 15 and in this way as a transient suppression the contact plate 36, as in the relevant standard IEC 801 prescribed. For details, for example, the article "EMC has not his problem "in" Elektronik ", No. 4, 1992, pages 104 to 109 are removed.
The contact plate 36 may be of a (not shown here presented) electronic key, under the name "CABLOCK" (registered trademark) by the company CABCOM Engineering Rolf Jäger in CH-8181 Höri available, activated. The contact plate 36 is preferably a "touch memory sample DS9092" the company DALLAS SEMICONDUCTOR, Dallas, Texas (USA), and the key includes an electronic circuit called "Touch Memory DSl99x" this company.
Now, if the contact plate 36 is pushed back from the (not shown) electronic key against the spring element 39, so that they sealing cover 15 does not make contact with the An¬ more and is therefore enabled, drives the electric motor 28, the spindle 27 in the direction against the door 4, so that the pin 25 via the coil spring 30 as a pressure spring with the driving pin 33 can engage. When the drive pin 33 is exactly displacement direction is in the Ver¬, so that the pin 25 comes to stand up on the driving pins 33, the Spiral¬ causes spring 30, the pin 25 over jumps at a low rotation of the handle 1 on the drive pin 33, even if the spindle 27 is already in the end position. In this sense, the coil spring 30 acts as Kraftspeicher¬ element in reciprocation of the pin 25. Since it is irrelevant whether the pin 25 reaches the left or right engages the drive pin 33, is the above-described be¬ knob 1 both suitable for door locks with a left- and a right-hand rotation. 5 shows another variant of the rotary knob 1 is now shown in which the pin 25 with a receptacle 41 in the bearing plate 3 (see also Figure 3) is engaged. The receptacle 41 is formed as an oval, conical zulau¬ Fende opening even a slight rotation of the engaged pin 25 of about 5* permits. The shaft 7 is formed in this case in the area of the knob l square, and the supporting body 9 formed with the square central hole 10 is fixedly attached to the shaft. 7 These two radial through Gewindeboh¬ are ments 42, in which studs 43 stigung to Befe¬ are screwed onto the shaft. 7 Further, a hook-shaped wire pin 44 is provided which engages the pin 25 and can be hindurchgestos- by the end cover 15 sen. In this way can be easily checked from a distance whether the handle 1 is in the locked state, or if the shaft 7 can be rotated, and thus the door lock is released. Instead of the hook-shaped Drahstiftes 44, a sensor or a switch may be provided on the circuit board 38, which is connected via the conductor tracks of the printed circuit board 38 with the electronic circuit of the circuit board 40 and with a light emitting diode in the end cover 15, and the position of the pin which 25 checked. The function of this knob l is similar as described above with respect to the embodiment of FIG. 1 The thus formed rotary knob 1 is totaled advantage of closets in Sportan¬, such as swimming pools and the like, applicable.
In Figure 6, a further variant is shown with two identically designed knobs 1 and 1 '. In this case, the contact disc 36 is located in the outer Dreh¬ knob 1 'and the latch with the back and herbewegba- ren pin 25 arranged in the opposite, on the inside of the door knob 4 1 provided. For the electrical connection of the contact plate 36 with the electrical Lei¬ circuit board 40 and to the electric motor 28 via the printed circuit board 38, the shaft 7 is provided with a small through bore or milled recess 47, from which protrude on both sides two cylindrical long pins 48, which are pressed by a thin spiral spring 49 apart. If these pins 48 are at a given door thickness too long, they can be cut to easily on the spot. The circuit board 38 of innenlie¬ ing knob l has to at the appropriate spot an electrical plug contact or the like. As seen in Figure 6, the support body 9 is not having with studs but with a resiliently clamped beads spring screws 50 in a plane defined by spherical recesses 51 in the shaft 7 Rast¬ position held. With a long stud 52, which is screwed into a radial threaded through-hole 53 in the end region of the shaft 7, and an oval guide slot 54 in the circular cylinder 14 of the rotary knob 1 is radially rotatably connected to the shaft. 7 The Funktions¬ example of the rotary knob 1 is in the state shown exactly the same as in the embodiment of Figure 5. If necessary, can be opened the door 4 in the closed state from the inside by the housing 2 with the support body 9 of innen¬ lying knob 1 of the door 4 is pulled away, whereby the spring screws 50 engage in the two free kugeli¬ gene recesses 55, and the pin 25 comes out of engagement of the receiving 41st
As shown in Figures 1, 5 and 6, the same elements can be used for the various embodiments used be, by example, the same supporting body 9 can be used by the appropriate shaping both with and without pin or spring screws 43 and 48th A significantly simpler Lagerbewirt¬ obtained agement, and may change depending on the application, control knobs for the most diverse requirements herge¬ presents are. The knobs 1 and 1 'have all gemein¬ sam that they are axially fixed to the shaft 7 and with the round axle 8 and from the outside can not be removed without extreme violence. Thus, the knob described 1 or 1 'in the different variants is extremely safe. It is obvious to the man Fach¬ that the housing 2 of the knobs described above to other appropriate forms in the manner of a hollow body can be used to be 1 or l 'not necessarily circular cylindrical configuration needed, but.
Further, the electronic operation of the mechanism Schliessme¬ increased security by the access code for the contact disc 36 by special parent Pro¬ programming devices at any time can be umprogammiert. Education Serdem is possible to release the access authorization only for certain periods and / or on certain individuals (ie owner of particular electronic key). The safety of the whole system can be further increased so that the data transfer is made in elektro¬ cally encrypted form which data signals can be made tion in a conventional manner by suitable coding and decod-.
The handle 1 described in different variants is particularly suitable for use with a automa¬ matic door lock, such as the Fallenriegel- concluded in 2126 the company BKS GmbH, D-42502 Velbert. In such an automatic lock can namely Fal¬ lenriegel and use the automatic locking both the rotary knob 1, so that may account for mechanical keys. These can either be disposed of or stored for emergencies in a safe. A replacement would be conceivable by a passkey or passe-partout for this purpose.
