Pneumatic sowing machine distributor head
Abstract
The conveyor device by means of compressed air distributes the seed via a collision surface to branches, to which are connectable conduits leading to seed discharge components. The distributor head (1) is fitted with an integrated closure device (11) for a specific number of branches (10). The closure devices are formed as sliders (12). The sliders on their inflow side may be roof-shaped with lateral outwardly inclined lowering surfaces. The sliders additionally can partly cover the adjacent branches directly next to the covered branches. Approximately 10 to 50 per cent of the surfaces of the adjacent branches are covered. The sliders in the area of the distributor head may be sealed outside the distributor chamber (23) with foam material, e.g. polyurethane foam (24) against the distributor chamber.

Such a header is known for example from EP 87114374. This header includes a lid member and a base plate, between which the branches are clamped and abut the side surfaces of adjacent feeders sealed together. Since the side surfaces of the branches are designed to be flexible, it is possible to arrange a different number of branches between the lid element and the bottom element, so that the attached to the drill coulters feeders can be attached to the manifold head depending accordingly. Individual branches are assigned to shut off individual feeders can occluders.
The prospectus Accord with imprint D75 40 10-02 91 a distributor head is known, in which the cover elements are used to shut-off, so that more or less disposed to the manifold branch lines can be enabled or covered. Furthermore, it is through this brochure is known to use different headers with different number of taps.
The invention is based is to provide a simple way for a header, a simple design and robust closing the task.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
These slides can then be pushed by means of the control panels in the plenum above the vessel to be closed branches, so that the branch absprerren in the desired manner. This has proven to be advantageous in that the slides are formed on its upper side roof-shaped with sides sloping down surfaces. This ensures that the impacting on the vane material particles are deflected laterally and be distributed over a number of branches, so as to prevent that the entire material to be supplied to the closed branch to be the lying, the side next to the branch branching is distributed, but will be distributed through the lateral motion components to a larger number of branches.
It is further provided in an embodiment that the slides in addition partially cover the adjacent branches lying directly next to the covered branch. This ensures that the ansich the covered branch quantity of material supplied not supplied in large quantities to immediately end song next to the covered branch neighboring branch, but is supplied to other feeders. This may be about 10-50% the surface coverage of the neighboring branches.
Furthermore, it is provided that the sliders are sealed in the region of the distributor head outside the distribution chamber with a foam material, for example a polyurethane foam with respect to the distribution chamber. As a result of this measure to seal the internal manifold wall is accomplished over the sliders in an extremely simple manner. Due to the properties of the polyurethane foam, the sliding slots for the slider form of itself.
The leadership of the slide of the locking device can be improved in that the slides are arranged in the tunnel-like guide elements. These actions always a reliable guidance of the slide is also under the most difficult conditions, particularly when contamination between the slide and the base plate should reach, achieved. The slide can cover covered outlets of the header so in every case safe. Thus, the slider, the tunnel-like guide elements can not be lifted, it is provided that the guide elements are fastened by means of fasteners at the lower part.
In order to achieve a sufficient seal, it is provided that the guide elements protrude zoom up to the wall of the inner cap element.
It can be a simple way of tramlining and / or a section control implement, in which a portion of the leads will be switched off.
It may be provided in a preferred embodiment, the closing means is formed as a section control, with which every second branch is closable, wherein via the metering, the metered amount can be reduced simultaneously.
In another embodiment, it is provided that at the same time a tramlining and a section control is provided on a header, a control disc is present in each case for the tramline control and the distribution valves, which can be actuated independently of one another by means of a remote control device.
By means of the control discs can be actuated fastener elements which close the branches.
