The invention relates to a panel according to the preamble of first claim.
A well-known panel of this kind (DE 3812853 C1) has in a framework in the housing depth parallel rails on to which a chassis with wheels movable seated. The chassis supports three horizontally Direction juxtaposed switch poles, each of which two vertically above-stacked contact arms in the Housing depth freely protrude. The like chassis, Switch poles and associated operating means Switching cars formed with a horizontally extending provided Traverse, to the front of the chassis present and in accordance with the manual insertion of the switching carriage The framework is locked with the latter. The arrangement is made such that the contact arms still at a distance from disposed in the rear part of the scaffold mating contacts to stand. To the cross arm, a threaded spindle is rotatably but mounted axially non-displaceably, on which a carriage with the switching associated threaded nut piece is turned. The threaded spindle is accessible through the traverse therethrough and with a hand crank coupled by means of which the threaded spindle can be turned. This allows the switching cars under Support on the traverse further into the depth of the panel framework be moved until the contact arms associated with the scaffolding fixed mating contacts in electrical Contact system occur. The upper contact arms reach through this Breakthroughs in a vertical partition wall, behind which the with busbars connected corresponding mating contacts are arranged. These breakthroughs is a common assigned Shutterblende slidably parallel to the partition is stored, and via a lever linkage with one of Screw controlled actuating lever so operatively connected is that the in the extended release position Shift car the Shutterblende closes the breakthroughs and at the beginning of the retraction in the first operation of the Screw the openings for the insertion of the upper Contact arms are free. During the return of the switching carriage in the initial extended position is with the last rotation of the Screw the Shutterblende again in the closed position emotional.
From US-A-5,459,293 a circuit is provided with a field in a Scaffolding on parallel rails moved out, with at least one switch provided chassis known become. The chassis is in this case with a coupled drive device which nut pieces a which is screwed onto a threaded spindle. The Threaded spindle is secured against axial displacement and in one against the rails fixed fixed Traverse rotatably mounted. Furthermore, the threaded spindle runs parallel to and centrally between the running rails. The Rails are rigidly connected to the cross member.
The disadvantage from DE 38 12 853 C1 and US-A-5,459,293 known structures is that the retraction of the applied switching the carriage on the lead screw torque then substantially increases as the contact arms in Connections occur, since a very high is to overcome the contact pressure force.
DE 37 17 495 A1, a panel is known, wherein the chassis a in the direction of travel of the Chassis acting toggle mechanism with two Toggle pairs is moved. Here are based the two Toggle joint points from each of a threaded nut piece. The Nut pieces are both on a threaded spindle, the having two opposing threaded portion halves. The Toggle lever pairs are supported in this case at one end to the housing the cubicle, from. At the other end, the toggle is on Chassis pivotably. Such a state of Technique has the disadvantage that upon actuation of the Screw for moving the chassis the Screw their situation changes. Another disadvantage of this is switching field that at relatively large traverse a is very long spindle required because for each Threaded nut piece only half the screw length to Available.
The present invention is therefore based on the object, at a control panel according to the preamble of the first Entitlement to take measures, by which a reduction of the moving together and separating the contact arms and Contacts against required torque on the threaded spindle is achieved. Here, the threaded spindle is not their position change, so that the threaded spindle without problems over a fixedly disposed motor can be driven. also are relatively long travel of the chassis with low Expenses feasible.
This object is achieved in a control panel with the features of Patent claim 1.
In an embodiment of a panel according to the invention is by the use of a toggle mechanism, while the the retraction of the chassis from a bent position in adjusted axis same extended position of its toggle lever pair is required for the moving together of the contacts high feed force then applied when the chassis is largely retracted into its working position, the Contacts are therefore to be brought into mating engagement. In addition, still achieved that the occurring during operation, to the Switching cars acting reaction forces particularly in short no longer act on the threaded spindle, but via the respective stretched toggle pair directly from Chassis on the traverse or related components and of the traverse to the supporting frame the mating contacts be transmitted. Preferably, in a parallel to Level of the rails lying plane two symmetrical structure and arranged toggle lever pairs provided. For the Coupling of the toggle or couples with the threaded nut piece is used in each case one link lever which pivotably on the one hand Threaded nut piece and on the other hand with which the two toggle levers a toggle lever pair connecting common toggle joint is hinged. Anyway, with symmetrical Arrangement of two toggle lever pairs extends the threaded spindle parallel to and centered between the provisions for the chassis Running tracks, an exact parallel displacement over ensure the infrastructure and to occur during operation To absorb impulse forces without tilting. This may combine the Rails in particular rigidly connected to the cross member be, the Traverse along with the runners and a same supporting base plate as a plug-in unit may be formed, which together with the mounted on it, insert switching cars in the framework and lock it is. The chassis can thus formed with a small height be and the unit consisting of cassette and switching cars above a cable space are used in the framework. The pivot point of each toggle lever pair on switching cars is in Direction of the housing depth especially further from the Traverse away as the fixed pivot point. Here, the fixed pivot point in the central region between the End positions of the threaded nut tee be arranged. additionally can the fixed pivot point at a greater radial distance Sitting by the threaded spindle as the pivot point of the respective Toggle lever pair on the chassis. Also, the toggle joint point Retraction of the chassis respectively before Nut pieces are. The result is a hereby compact, the forces occurring matched structure of Toggle mechanism. Contributing in particular the inclination the toggle lever pairs in their extended position. It is it is expedient to design the steering levers in each case approximately L-shaped and with his short leg on the threaded nut piece and with its long leg at the knee joint to hinge so that the long leg in the final position of the threaded nut piece at the extended switching truck parallel to the longitudinal axis of the threaded spindle and when the lift switch truck approximately perpendicular to Stretching axis of each toggle lever pair is. to mechanically stable support of each toggle lever pair to reach, sitting their fixed pivot point in particular to the associated running rail, which in cross-section U-shaped is and therefore absorb high mechanical loads can. The fixed pivot point is preferably placed to lie between two running wheels of the chassis sits, which are assigned to the relevant rail. Of the Distance between the running wheels is larger than that with Support the threaded spindle producible length of Entry or Ausfahrweges the switching carriage. The wheels can therefore normal entry and Ausfahrbetrieb not against the stationary Pivot points and the associated toggle encounter, especially this toggle during the extending, so when adjusting the switching carriage, in the electrical separation from their position inclined to a nearly vertical position against the Tracks are adjusted. The drive of the threaded spindle can be effected by a slip on the side end travers Winch or through a transmission by an electric motor done.
The invention is described below with reference to schematic diagrams of a Embodiment explained in more detail. 0010A panel, in particular for use in medium voltage networks suitable has a cuboid framework (1) on the front side at the bottom and in the middle Area per a door (2.3) and at the top of a control box comprises (4). Through the lower door (2) is a cable compartment (5) with the bottom of introduced cables (6) is provided, which Busbars for each phase with a on the rear side (8) of the Stand (1) arranged current transformer (9) and an underlying arranged voltage converter (10) are electrically connected. Of the current transformers (9) the current conductors (7) lead to about arranged counter-contacts (11) connected via insulating sleeves (12) at one with the frame (1) connected partition (13) laid are connected. In is located in a corresponding Arrangement a further insulating sleeve (12) having therein determinate Counter-contact (11), the current conductors each have more (7) to a busbar of a three phase bus bar system (14) is connected. In three-phase configuration are three mating contacts horizontally next to each other in the partition wall arranged (13). Above the Cable space (5) and between the middle door (3) and the Partition (13) is a switch chamber (15), in which each Phase a power switch (16) in the form of a vacuum switch is arranged with a vertical axis. With the terminals of the The circuit breaker (16) are at a height spaced Contact arms (17), which in the framework Depth protrude and in the illustrated retracted position of The circuit breaker (16) in plug-in contact connection with the scaffolding fixed mating contacts (11) are provided. The circuit breakers (16) sit at a drive box (18) from which an actuating rod (19) for the movable contact pin (20) of the circuit breaker leads and through which the switching on or off is carried out of the circuit breaker (16). The drive unit (18) is mounted on a chassis (21) via wheels (22) in Running rails (23) is movably guided, which consists of the Area of the door (3) in the frame depth towards the partition (13) parallel to one another. The running rails (23) to sit a bottom plate (24.1) of a trough-shaped for stability reasons designed plug-in unit (24), which after Insertion of the cassette from (24), the chassis (21), said drive box (18) and the power switch (16) formed switching truck unit horizontally by means of a extending cross-member (25) detachably on the stand (1) is locked. When inserting this unit is in the switch chamber (15) However, the chassis (21) to the drive unit (18) and the power switches (16) in an extended position in which of the door (3) facing the drive box next to the Door (3), and the plug connections (11,17) through the corresponding distance to the door (3) toward feigned contact arms (17) are separated.
To the chassis (21) in the cassette (24) moved to can, a drive device is provided which includes a Threaded spindle (26), which against axial displacement secured in the cross member (25) is rotatably mounted and a the door (3) toward groundbreaking coupling piece (27) for plugging in a having winch. The at least at its inner end (26.1) additionally on the bottom plate (24.1) of the cassette (24) in a support tab (28) mounted threaded spindle (26) bears on its threaded portion a threaded piece (29) supported by Turning the threaded spindle (26) from said in full in Figure 3 Lines shown, the cross-member (25) adjacent initial position assigned after snapping of the crossbar (25) Locking pin (30) in the frame (1) so far as to is adjusted until the illustrated by dashed lines in Figure 3 reaches end position in which the threaded nut piece (29) adjacent to the support tab (28). In the in Figure 3 shown left starting position of the threaded nut piece (29) is the chassis with the power switch (16) in Extended position with separate contacts, while the chassis in the right represented by dashed lines End position of the threaded nut piece (29) in the position shown Figure 1 is assembled with contacts.
To a comfortable adjustment of the base (21) and in to allow from the retracted position (Figure 1) and in the Retracted the threaded nut piece (29) of forces to relieve the over the power switch (16) on the The chassis (21) in particular on the occurrence of short-circuit currents act, is in the direction of travel of the chassis 21 acting toggle mechanism provided. This toggle mechanism here has a mirror image to the longitudinal axis of the Threaded spindle (26) in a plane parallel to the running rails lying plane two toggle lever pairs (31), wherein the toggle levers (31) of each pair at the common toggle joint point (32) hinged to a connecting rod (33), the other end around a pivot point (34) on the threaded nut piece (29) is pivotally mounted. A knee lever (31) of each toggle lever pair is on the cassette (24) about a pivot point (35) pivotally, while the second toggle lever (31) of each toggle lever pair about a pivot point (36) on the chassis (21) pivotally is attached. The pivot point (36) of the switching carriage associated toggle lever (31) of each toggle lever pair is further of the crossbar (25) is removed as the stationary, at the Cartridge (24) fixed pivot point (35) of the second toggle lever (31) each toggle lever pair. Here sits the stationary Articulation point (35) in the central area between the axial End positions of the threaded nut piece (29) and at a greater radial Removal of the threaded spindle (26) than the articulation point (36) the respective toggle lever (31) of a toggle lever pair on the vehicle. frame (21). The toggle lever pairs (31) are therefore available in extended position the switching carriage (16,21) in a V-shaped determination under the top, shown in Figure 3 in solid lines display, while in the retracted position (of Figure 1), the toggle (31) of the toggle lever pairs in axially through the pivot points (36,32,35) extended position are (Figure 3, lower with dashed line). The toggle joint point (32) located here in the retraction of the chassis (21) respectively before the threaded nut piece (29) with varying, radial distance from the threaded spindle (26). The steering lever (33) is in the rest approximately L-shaped and with its shorter leg on the threaded nut piece (29) and with its longer leg hinged to the knee joint (32). In doing this, shorter leg in the final position of the threaded nut piece (29) in the extended switching truck (Figure 3, solid lines) at least approximately perpendicular and the long leg approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the threaded spindle (26).
If, starting from this initial position, in which the Chassis (21) is in extended position, the threaded spindle (26) manually or by means of an electric motor (37) in offset rotation, the threaded nut piece (29) moves to the Support tab (28) out. In this case, the chassis (21) by the pointing in the displacement position of the pivot lever (33) and the only slightly contrary inclined, with the chassis (21) coupled toggle levers (31) reaches a feed, the first the thread lead is roughly equivalent to. With increasing axial displacement of the threaded nut piece (29) the support tab (28) back after a displacement after the stationary articulated arm (31) of the toggle lever pairs eg a perpendicular to the threaded spindle (26) directed pivot position exceeded, the respective toggle couple under swiveling the toggle joint point (32) progressively the extended position supplied. The feed motion of the chassis (21) thus decreases per revolution of the threaded spindle (26), but increases due to the toggle action of the toggle lever pairs (31) acting in the direction of force component in natural drive torque to the threaded spindle (26). Thus, when relatively shortly before reaching the in in Figure 3 dashed layers end position shown that the retraction the chassis (21), with the spring contact pieces tipped contact arms (17) of the circuit breaker (16) in contact with the fixed contacts (11) postponed occur and considerable force it must be, then it is necessary to toggle joint points (32) at approximately straightened knee levers (31) only a relatively small force to the mechanical friction generated Kontaktgleitwiderstand overcome. analogously Way is then to overcome the high frictional forces between contacts when moving the chassis (21) from the retracted position out only a correspondingly low Torque to the threaded spindle (26) necessary because the retraction forces on the toggle joint (32) are very small, when the toggle lever pairs (31) back from the extended position to be led back.
causes the mirrored arrangement of the toggle lever pairs (31) by working together with the control arms (33) and the common threaded nut piece (29) an exact parallel guidance the chassis (21) and in the extended position of the toggle lever pairs (31) occurring in operation, the current flow dependent impact forces of the extended toggle lever pairs (31) directly into the cartridge (24) eingeleitetund so the threaded nut piece kept. Incidentally, the threaded spindle (26) in each case from opposite sides with identical Forces applied, so that virtually no stress on Bending occurs. The stationary articulation point (35) of the toggle lever pairs (31) sits in particular on the associated running rail (23), the one due to its U-shaped cross-sectional configuration high inherent rigidity and friction and impulse forces when the lift truck (21) from drive-in pivot point (36 'in accordance with Figure 3 below) at least until close to the Traverse (25) zoom passes. The stationary articulation point (35) of the Toggle lever pairs (31) is between two of the running rail (23) associated with wheels (22) of the chassis (21) provided. The distance between the stationary pivot point (35) and the in each case thereon zurollenden impeller (22) is greater as the respective still zurückzulegende infrastructure of the chassis (21).
