Machine supplying food products in slices and/or doses of semiliquid products on bread, edible crusts of pressed products or trays

Abstract

A machine supplying food products in slices and/or doses of semiliquid products on bread, edible crusts of pressed products or trays is especially designed to prepare varied sandwishes, "San Jacobs" (breaded and fried meat and cheese), "San Merinos" (breaded and fried fish and cheese), cordon bleu, breaded and fried cuts of meat, etc. It has cutting means to slice products contained in respective loaders, the slices being collected on a conveyor belt. It includes a bedplate (1) that supports a horizontal frame (3) with alternating movement, where several independently moving rotating horizonal circular blades are mounted. These blades (10) simultaneously cut the products in loaves (13) placed in vertical loaders (2,16,22) fastened to the fixed bridges (20) of the bedplate (1), the product in loaves (13) resting on some base plates (17) placed transversally on the movable frame (3), slightly lower than the plane of the cutting blades (10). The cut slices (10) fall on a bottom conveyor belt (15) and overlying or overlapping the previous slices selectively.

20 claims: 5 independent, 15 dependent

  1. 1
Machine supplying food products in slices and/or doses of semiliquid products on bread, edible crusts of pressed products or trays, especially for the preparation of varied sandwiches "San Jacobos", "San Marinos", cordon bleu, breaded and fried cuts of meat, etc., being of the type that includes cutting means for slicing products contained in respective loaders, whose slices are collected on a bottom conveyor belt, in overlapping or overlying arrangement, characterized in that it includes a bedplate (1) that supports a horizontal frame (3) with alternating movement, in which several cutting heads defined by horizontal rotating circular blades (10), operated by respective independent motors (11) and aligned longitudinally, are mounted, carrying out the simultaneous cutting of slices of products in loaves (13) that are placed in vertical loaders (2, 16) anchored to fixed bridges (20) of the bedplate and in such a way that they rest by gravity on some base plates (17) placed transversally along the movable frame (3), slightly lower than the blades (10) and the blades in turn are lower than the bottom mouth of the product loaders (2, 16, 22).
  2. 6
Machine supplying food products, according to any of the above claims, wherein the vertical loaders (2, 16, 22) or loading heads, can have their height adjusted, to vary the separation with regard to the cutting disk (10), also transversally to vary the distance between alignments and longitudinally to achieve the supply of slices and/or semiliquid products in a stepped or overlapped manner upon varying the passing between the loading stations.
  3. 13
Machine supplying food products, according to any of the above claims, wherein the circular blades (10) have a cutting edge defined by a bevel cut on the bottom surface and a recess on the top surface from the cutting edge to the center area where there is the through hole of the rotation shaft.
  4. 18
Machine supplying food products, according to any of the above claims, wherein the base plate (17) includes on one side with regard to the loaves of product (13) and at least in the center, both guide strips (18) of the slice that is being cut, preventing it from moving sideways and remaining out of position on the smooth conveyor belt (15, 30), that collects it, said strips (18) projecting obliquely to contact with the bevel of the blade (10) and to seat the cutting edge, as well as to serve as a scraping element to remove adherences from the product.
  5. 19
Machine supplying food products, according to any of the above claims, wherein the conveyor belt (15, 30) passes through the machine, the top band, in the front part as well as in the rear part, having free access, being dismountable upon sliding on longitudinal guides of the bedplate (1), once the blocking means have been eliminated.
