p0001The invention relates to a device for anchoring windows, and more generally any other surface, of the kind comprising a support, generally cylindrical, a hydrophilic shell, totally or partially covering the said support, and a handle gripping generally cylindrical and perpendicular to said support at its middle.
p0002Known devices of the type concerned all involve a seal containing the wetting liquid in which they are soaked and wrung generally by hand. Such a set "dampening system - seal" has the following disadvantages:

we must constantly move the seal and place it wherever you want to move the ladder;

must descend the ladder to rinse and re-wet the device;

water gets dirty as and as we outcross the device and it must be renewed frequently;

must stoop to each wetting or flushing;

the seal is unfortunately very often reversed.

p0003The invention therefore aims to provide a device that removes all said drawbacks. It relates to this end a device which is essentially characterized by the complete removal of the seal and replacing it with a tank containing the wetting liquid, mobile, fixed to the body of the user by an appropriate means adapted to supply, by means of an integrated hand pump in the handle of the dampening device, via a pipeline comprising a plurality of holes, the hydrophilic shell with always clean water and with only the required amount of liquid anchored avoiding any spin.
p0004The features and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of at least one preferred embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example and shown in the accompanying drawings. In these drawings:

Figure 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the whole "dampening unit - reservoir";

Figure 2 is a partial view of a variant of the feed conduit, in the wetting liquid, the hydrophilic shell.

p0005According to the figures, the device according to the invention essentially comprises a support (1) generally cylindrical, a hydrophilic shell (2), partially overlapping or completely said support, and a gripping handle (3), generally cylindrical and perpendicular to said support in the middle. The support (1) comprises a duct (4,5) provided with a plurality of holes (6,7) adapted to deliver the liquid, usually a mixture of water and detergent, along the hydrophilic shell (2 ). The handle (3) comprises a pumping means (8) connected at one end permanently to the conduit (4,5), and at the other end, only during the pumping phase, a portable tank (9) containing the wetting liquid, attached to the body of the user. In a first embodiment of the invention (Figure 1):

the conduit for the dampening water distribution along the hydrophilic shell, is made from the carrier (1), tubular, which comprises, inside a packing material (10) defining the conduit (4) itself and an inlet channel (11) located in the middle;

the holes (6) are made directly in the wall of said tubular support (1).

According to an embodiment variant of the invention (Figure 2), the conduit for the dampening water distribution along the hydrophilic shell is:

made from a pipe (5), provided with holes (7), fixed outside the support (1);

supplied by a channel or duct inlet (12) located in the middle. In a preferred embodiment of the invention:

the pump means (8) is of the rubber bulb wall;

the handle (3) comprises, besides the pumping means (8), a central tubular duct (13) provided with holes (14) for passage of the moistening liquid, connected, on one side, by means of a sleeve (15), the support (1) and, on the other side, to an end piece (16) for providing the temporary connection of said handle (3) to the portable tank (9).

The tubular duct (13) has a narrowing in its central part. Each end of the conduit (13) may include a check valve, the first (17) preventing fluid out of the conduit (4,5) and second (18) preventing fluid pumped back into the reservoir. The tank (9) has a tip (19) adapted to receive, by coupling, the end piece (16) of the handle (3) of the support (1). The end caps (16) and (19) may be of the male / female type to nesting. The tip (19) is associated with a duct (20) which may include a check valve (21) and which is connected to a hose (22). The tank (9) comprises means (23), for example passers-type, for attachment to the belt of the user. The tank comprises a cover (24) fitted or screwed. In the case of using the valve (21), an air inlet (25) is provided on the tank, for example on the lid. The support (1) can be obtained by molding or assembly of standard tubular members. It may internally contain the packing material (10) or may be entirely molded with a channel (4) central or peripheral. The pump means (8) creates a vacuum that sucks liquid from the reservoir and compression allows transmission to the distribution pipe (4). The tubular member (13) also serves as a rigid support to the bulb (8).
p0006Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and represented for which provision may be other variants in particular:

the materials used;

the pumping means and types of distribution ducts implemented;

types of valves and fittings of employees;

the shape and dimensions of the various subsets;

the design of the tank, its cover and its fixing means to the body of the user;

without departing from the scope of the invention.
