p0001The invention relates to a refrigerator and / or freezer with a drawer or a drawer for receiving cooling and / or frozen food.
p0002A refrigerator and / or freezer unit comprises in its interior, which is designed to accommodate the cooling and / or frozen, usually a series of mostly horizontal parking and storage areas, a number of drawers or drawers and arranged in the door storage compartments and door racks for bottles or similar Good. In particular, the drawer or the drawer, either of which is usually arranged in a separated from the rest of refrigerator and / or freezer space part is usually located at the bottom of the device. Because an inspection of the drawer or the drawer due to a usually notified with refrigerated top cover surface or due to a non-transparent covering surface, such. As the door bin, it is difficult to realize that material to be cooled is mounted just in the drawer or the drawer , Based on the relatively low-lying arrangement of drawer or drawer filling and removal of material for cooling is also relatively difficult.
p0003The invention is therefore based on the object, a refrigerator and / or freezer with a drawer or a drawer specify which are particularly easily accessible.
p0004This object is achieved in a refrigerator and / or freezer unit of the aforementioned type according to the invention characterized in that the drawer or the drawer extends automatically after triggering of an opening / closing mechanism.
p0005In this way, easy access for the drawer or the drawer is given. Because of this ease of access, it is also quite possible that the user of the device over the contents of the drawer or the drawer informed.
p0006The drawer or the drawer is particularly easy to access when an extension with a tilting movement takes place.
p0007A technically particularly inexpensive and easily realizable embodiment with respect to the automatic Ausfahrens is given when a spring mechanism is tensioned when the drawer or the drawer. The energy stored in the mechanical energy is spring as used when opening the opening / closing mechanism for the addition, driving movement of the drawer or of the drawer.
p0008An especially simple and expedient mounting of the drawer or of the drawer is obtained if the diesbetreffliche bearing is provided on a slide rail.
p0009To avoid jumping out of the drawer or the drawer of the suspension, it is particularly expedient if the automatic extension movement is damped, and is preferably damped by a silicone brake gear.
p0010A particularly simple opening / closing mechanism is obtained when the tripping of the mechanism by a brief pushing motion carried out in the retraction direction. This pressure movement is with the press of a switch and therefore comparable with respect to the triggering particularly problematic.
p0011A particularly good use of the available space on the appliance door for supply trays obtained when the drawer or the drawer is arranged below a door compartment on the appliance door.
p0012Embodiments of the invention are further illustrated by a drawing. They show:

Fig. 1

a view of a door opening;

FIG. 2

the detail according to Figure 1 in a lateral, partially broken view with extended drawer.

Fig. 3

the detail according to Fig 2 with retracted drawer. and

Fig. 4

a schematic representation of an open / close mechanism for the drawer.

p0013In Figs. 1 to 4 identical parts bear the same reference numerals.
p0014FIG. 1 shows a front view of a detail of a door 2 for a not shown further here refrigerator. shown in segment is the lower part of the door 2, which has a door racks 4 and arranged under the door shelves 4 drawer. 6 The door compartment 4 has extended side walls 8, which are designed for two-sided recording of a slide rail 10, a silicone gearwheel brake 12 and a securing bolt fourteenth
p0015On the drawer 6 a tooth / slide on both sides 16 integrally molded and a pin 18 in a hole recording not shown permanently attached to the drawer. 6 On the slide 10 in the front of a stop 20 is molded. This stop 20 prevents the bolt 18 in connection with the complete driving out of the drawer 6, wherein at the same time the Vorfahrweg for the drawer 6 is limited, as shown in Fig. 2. The injection-molded onto the drawer 6 teeth / slide 16 does not have the rear area on teeth 22, but there is designed smoothly. This area is used to transmit power to the securing bolt 14. In the extended position of the drawer. 6 - as shown in Figure 2 - it is based off of the safety bolt 14, whereby a complete addition tilting of the drawer 6 is prevented. The safety pin 14 is fixedly mounted to the side wall 8 of the door compartment. 4 The safety pin 14 is necessary because the drawer 6 during the extension also a tilting movement takes place down so that an intervention in the drawer is provided particularly user-friendly in the extended state. This tilting movement is achieved by the arc-shaped guide rail 10 as well as the diametrically opposed tooth / slide 16th
p0016Fig. 3 shows the side view of FIG. 2 with an inserted drawer 6. The drawer actually covering sidewall 8 and therein parts on the side wall 8 and on the drawer 6 are indicated by dashed lines and not provided for reasons of clarity here by reference numeral been. The automatic driving out of the drawer 6 is a slight pressure movement of the drawer 6 against the back wall, the door bin 4 effects (see. Arrow 22). In this printing motion a switch located at the rear part of the drawer 6 latching hook 24 presses against a pressure plate 26 in an opening / closing mechanism 28. Because of this pressure pulse, the opening / closing mechanism 28 is actuated, which causes the locking edges 30 of the mechanism 28 the latching hooks 24 release. The drawer 6 moves with the help of relaxation movement of a spreading spring 32 out automatically.
p0017The expanding spring 32 is shown in Fig. 3, and is located there in the tensioned state, as the drawer 6 is in the retracted state. The expanding spring 32 is fixedly mounted movably in a housing 34 at the door racks 4 and by means of a pulley 36 on the drawer. 6 When opening and closing the expanding 32 is guided laterally by means of the roller 36 between ribs 38th The. Ribs 38 are molded onto the drawer. 6
p0018The opening speed of the drawer 6, caused by the spring force of the expanding spring 32 is delayed by the silicone gearwheel brake 12th The delay takes place by the engagement of a gear 42 with the tooth / slide rail 16 through which the entire drawer is guided.
p0019Fig. 4 shows by means of three positions a), b) and c) closing and opening the opening / closing mechanism 28.
p0020The closing of the drawer takes place against the force of the spreading spring 32. The Arrettieren of the drawer 6 is effected in the course of the closing movement by a pressure movement of the drawer 6, and thus of the latch hook 24 against the door compartment 4, wherein the latching hook 24 is inserted in the opening / closing mechanism 28 becomes. The locking edges of slide 30 is also in the opening / closing mechanism 28 and with the arrettieren provided on the locking flanks 30 undercuts the latching hook 24 in the end position, which is shown in b). Position b) illustrates the state during the closing process directly shortly before the contact of the latching hook 24 with printing plate 26th position c) shows the state shortly after a successful short-term pressure movement of the drawer 6 in the insertion direction 22. The locking edges 30 then drive out of the opening / closing mechanism 28 out and give the locking latch 24 and thus the drawer 6 dates, which drives out by the force of the spring 32 automatically against the arrow 22nd The opening / closing mechanism 28 is in a recess 40 with undercuts 44 permanently mounted on the door shelf. 4
p0021The principle of the arrangement of the drawer 6 below the door compartment 4 in a refrigerator door 2 described here is of course applicable to other disposed in the interior of the refrigerator drawers or drawers. It is also possible to equip drawer or drawers of freezing devices with such a mechanism.
