A teller means (2,6) for dispensing and/or receiving paper money (M) incoming from outside or outgoing from inside and a safe means (9) for storing therein and/or supplying therefrom the paper money (M) are connected to each other by a conveyor route (20) which is composed of a money conveyor (21) for conveying the paper money (M) therebetween and a route member (22) for enclosing the money conveyor (21) and provided with a check sheet member (C) conveyable by the money conveyor (21) for checking the conveyor route (20) for a jam, the check sheet member (C) being chargeable with polarity-controlled electricities (±Q) so that dust (D) such as paper dust in the conveyor route (20) is adorbed by the check sheet member (C), as it is charged with electricities of a certain polarity and conveyed by the money conveyor (21), before the check sheet member (C) is unloaded from the money conveyor (21) into an accommodation chamber (31), where it is charged with electricities of an opposite polarity, thereby releasing the dust (D) to be blown into a dust collector (33).
