Foil sheet for blister packs
Abstract
A press-through foil (2) for press-through packaging (1) is formed from a plastic mixture made up of such plastics that, in the melt and in the foil formed therefrom, they form at least two phases, that is non-homogeneities, so that the tensile strength and impact resistance are reduced. A packaged product can be appropriately easily pressed through this foil, but is completely sealed prior to that.

The invention relates to a blister film for a Press-through package according to the preamble of Claim 1, wherein the push-through film the packaged closes, but the by the Press Packaging material is torn open or broken.
Such blister foils are usually made Metal and come with a made of plastic connected thermoforming sheet, for example, drugs to refer separately in tablet form, suspended without other tablets of the atmosphere will. Even small parts are in such packages offered or in blister packs. Should such consisting of different materials Packaging be reprocessed, result considerable difficulties.
Although it has been suggested occasionally, a blister pack with a cover sheet to provide paper, but enough then often the Protection for the packaged drug and not from moreover also problems arise when Recycling, especially paper must then often coated and adhesive for connection with the deep-draw package may be required.
From DE-GM 91 03 973 a push-through film for a press-through packaging of the initially mentioned known type in which the front and rear part of the same plastic. In order for these packaging can be opened, the push-through film with a provided breakable perforations, ie the interior this packaging is not sealed.
Although there have been already made of plastic Cover sheets, for example for packaging mention of drugs, however, there is a pressing especially more sensitive drugs in the Usually not or not without damaging the sometimes provided in the form of capsules available tablets possible. Kunstsoffolien as cover films for dense packaging why have not in practice enforced.
The invention is based on the object, a Push-through film of the type mentioned for blister packages create that or despite their breakaway sealed openability their content and protectively by their barrier properties against spoilage surrounds.
This object is in a genus-modern Foil sheet with the means and features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
There are so together per se incompatible Plastics and processed to the push-through film, so that it namely a closed and Thus the conclusion follows suitable foil, but has only a low tensile or Schlagzugfestigkeit. Thus arises despite the use of a plastic film, which together with the remaining plastic packaging is suitable for recycling, the possibility that packaged part easily and without risk of damage and without unnecessary effort and without using through press tools through this rupture foil to. This is achieved, that here mixed se incompatible plastics will.
Although is known from DE 37 10 670 A1 already an adhesive tape with a carrier film of plastics is known which easily or can be torn off with your fingers. However, this is based on a granularity of particulate Aggregates.
From DE 28 46 002 A1 a method is known to Polyolefin better with the help of coating agents to make thermally weldable, said coating agent PMMA may contain. A foil sheet of the generic Art with the means to solve the aforementioned object is not characterized suggested.
The foil sheet may be made of a mixture of Polyolefins and other polymers. It can thus be used and mixed plastics, forming a multi-phase system, but nevertheless also used together again or reprocessed can be.
The mixture of the film-forming resin may be from 10% to 90%, in particular 40% to 70%, of polyolefins (non-polar polymers), and 90% to 10%, especially 60% to 30%, of other polymers (Polar polymers) be composed. ever the choice of the mixing ratios can thereby set different properties more or less be and highlighted.
The forming the sheet plastics mixture may polypropylene (PP) and / or polyethylene (PE) and / or ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) on the one hand and of Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and / or polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and / or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (ABS) and / or styrene-acrylonitrile block copolymers (SAN) and / or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) the other hand. With these different Plastics read the films with several phases forming cells that have a corresponding slight crushing or Tearability when a packaged Pressing have the object.
It is advantageous if the blister foil other films or the like weldable or sealable. You can then use a deep-drawing or Blister be connected without glue or a seal layer is required, which in turn the reprocessing or recycling favors. Of course, the push-through film but also are coated with a suitable adhesive to a desired adhesion, for example, to other films produce.
A controller or favoring certain Properties can be effected by the fact that the the forming blister foil mixture increased Proportion of PMMA, PVC, ABS, PAN and / or SAN for bonding agents weldability with films or like PVC, ABS, PAN or PS (polystyrene) contains.
Another possibility is that the Push-through film forming mixture an increased Polyolefin adhesion promoter for weldability with PP foils or the like.
The rupture foil can improve the Barrier properties against gas, water vapor and like for example PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) or SiO (silicon oxide) or aluminum coated his or steamed. This allows, for example, Drugs are packaged, the moisture-sensitive are or inside the package a defined require atmosphere.
The thickness of the foil sheet may be about 20 to 500 .mu.m, in particular be about 60 to 300 microns. Thus can Durchdrückbarkeit also still on the thickness of the film can be influenced.
Overall, especially in combination of one or several of the features and measures a foil sheet, with the Tablets or other drugs or small parts tightly can be packaged and finished the a material or thermal recycling of these Foil sheet having Packaging in significantly simpler form allows than when using of aluminum or other masking materials to Plastic packaging is the case. So it is virtually created a mono packaging which Material can be well reused accordingly, wherein nevertheless the required good Durchdrückbarkeit through the multi-phase system of the push-through the Multiphase system of the push-through film is achieved.
Listed below are two embodiments of the Invention based on the drawing described near. It shows in perspective view:

Fig.1

a blister pack with a blister sheet as rearward terminating which already is depressed, and

Fig.2

a Tablettenblisterpackung with push-through film, from which removed a tablet is.

A designated as a whole with the press-through packaging 1 either as a blister pack or as tablet blister pack with individual thermoformed formed departments for the individual tablets be. In both cases, the deep-drawn area for receiving a product or several tablets or like sealed by a foil sheet 2, which protects the packaged product and moisture-proof or even hermetically closes, but a slight Remove the packaged product allowed by that this simply pushed through the blister foil 2 becomes. In Figures 1 and 2 is a packaged product already by the rupture foil 2 been pushed through so that it torn or is broken.
The push-through film ACCORDANCE 1 and 2 is a Plastic, wherein the plastic is a mixture of such plastics is that of the melt and in then in the film formed therefrom at least two or more phases is formed. This results in corresponding Material differences within the rupture foil 2 that the breaking and tearing favor. By the use of at least two dissimilar thermoplastics which actually incompatible with each other, created a sense from the outset intended breaking or predetermined tearing points which but not as such in the form of weakening of the must be prefabricated rupture foil. 2 To this Way permit the packaging 1 after removal the packaged both as stoffliches also thermal recycling, without a complicated Separation of different materials must be performed, and less energy consumption is required, as it for example in plastic packaging the case, the push-through film of aluminum consists.
The press-through foil 2 is the Blister 3 or the like adhesion promoter-free fashion, as the Plastic blends a corresponding weldability or sealability with the plastic blister enable. Depending on the choice of Composition of the plastic mixture for the Foil sheet and also the choice of the thickness of Foil sheet 2 can Durchdrückbarkeit or the tightness of the packaging as well as the weldability affected and to respective requirements be angegaßt.
The push-through film 2 for press-through pack 1 consists of a plastic mixture of such Plastics, in which the melt and the formed therefrom Foil at least two phases, ie inhomogeneities forms, such as ß tear and Schlagzugfestigkeit is reduced. According effectively it can be a packaged Well push through this film, but previously complete a full course.
