Computer housing.

Abstract

A computer housing comprises a fascia attached to the front of a body. The body comprises disc drive bays (40, 122) and a processor bay (44). The processor bay (44) accommodates a processor module containing a processor and immediately associated circuits which plugs into a connector board using rigid connectors. The processor module shields the processor from electromagnetic interference and properly grounds it, and can easily be removed from the computer housing without disassembly, allowing convenient access to the processor. The disc drive bays (40, 122) are configured to provide for easy installation and removal of the disc drives.
