p0001Electromagnetic valve betätiσbares
p0002State of the art
p0003The invention is based on an electromagnetically actuated Ven¬ til after defined hereinafter. There is already an electromagnetically actuated valve has been proposed (German Pa¬ tentanmeldung P 38 25 135.3), but in which the magnet coil is surrounded on ih¬ ren extent only partly serving at least one field lines to guide the bow-shaped Magnet¬ Leitelement- , In addition, is located in a space formed between the magnetic coil and the leading element gap plastic aterial a Kunststoffu injection. The unfavorable trained magnetic field causes a high leakage flux and thus a to open the valve applied ho¬ hen energy expenditure. The central fuel supply in communication with the angled electrical connector prevents the contacting of a plurality of valves by means of a joint connector strip and the series circuit of a plurality of consecutively arranged valves.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
p0005The valve of the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage of a compact valve with a compact magnetic circuit. A short path of the magnetic Field forming closed field lines and the enveloping coat Gehäuse¬ reduce the leakage magnetic flux, thereby increasing the ultimate for energy to be used between useful flux and leakage flux, so that to open the valve a lesser energy is required. The housing jacket allows a compact and simple construction of the valve and thus also a ko¬-effective assembly during manufacture.
p0006The measures specified in the dependent claims are possible, advantageous further developments and improvements of the main claim valve.
p0007it when the metal Gehäus.emantel is tightly connected to the connecting part by welding, because it is so zu¬ equal to the necessary seal between the housing shell and the connection part is formed is particularly advantageous.
p0008It is also advantageous if the housing jacket gefertigt.ist hen by Tiefzie¬ and with its upper end a 'core and "with its lower end tightly against the connecting portion, so that harmful air gaps are avoided and also the welding is simplified.
p0009It is also advantageous if the housing jacket has a wei¬ send outward housing shoulder, which together with a point in the direction of the housing shoulder face of the plastic casing, the side surfaces of an annular groove whose groove base by the Um¬ fang of the housing shell is formed. The housing shoulder verhin¬ changed that a mounted on the circumference of the housing casing seal when removing the valve from a valve receptacle does not remain in this recording. To countries to verhin¬ the housing jacket slipping down the sealing ring, it is also advantageous if the periphery of the Gehäuseman¬ an annular groove means provided, the radially extending side faces by pointing in the direction of the armature end face of the plastic casing and an end face of the Gehäu¬ semantel reared drawing ring and the groove bottom is formed by the circumference of the housing casing.
p0010it when between an upper seal on the housing casing and a lower sealing ring on the connecting part min¬ least one, the fuel supply serving radial cross hole is formed starting materials, which communicates with a reaching to the valve seat valve chamber is particularly advantageous. The lateral fuel supply and the axially disposed electrical connectors allow Reihenspü¬ development of several successively arranged valves with Brenn¬ material, the full integration of several valves in recordings of Saug¬ pipe of the engine and the common contacting mit¬ means of a common power strip.

p0012An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing verein¬ kindled and closer erläu¬ tert in the following description.
p0013Description of the embodiment
p0014The example shown in the drawing electromagnetically actuated valve in the form of an injection valve for Brennstoffein¬ injection systems of internal combustion engines has a hollow core 1, the one a stepped radially bobbin 7 having and provided with a stepped radially winding Solenoid 2 partially surrounds. Following a lower core end
p00154 of the core 1 is provided with concentrically to a valve longitudinal axis
p00165 a hollow intermediate part 6 tightly joined by welding. At sei¬ remote nem the core 1 end the intermediate part 6 is provided with a tubular, cylindrical connecting part 8 tightly welded. The sequence of the core 1, intermediate portion 6 and connecting portion 8 thus constitutes a rigid metallic unit.
p0017In the direction of the valve longitudinal axis 5, a preferably a hardened surface exhibiting Ku¬ is gel 25 is pressed, the pressing depth, the spring force of a return spring 26 determines that bears directly against the ball element 25 in a core bore 17 of the core first With their ball element 25 facing away from the end of the return spring 26 is supported on one end side of a connecting tube 11 from which at its end facing the core 1 end with an armature 12, which also serves as a radial guide of the return spring 26, is connected by welding. On the armature 12 facing away from the end of the connecting pipe 11 a ausgebil¬ as ball deterministic -Ventilschließkörper 10 is fixed by welding, the fitting with a solid Ventil¬ 15 cooperates.
p0018With the connecting part 8 is tightly joined by welding the solid Ventil¬ a seat 15 having Direction valve seat body fourteenth Stromab¬ ward of the conical valve seat 15 is formed in Ventilsitzkör¬ by 14 at least one spray 18th
p0019At least partly the core 1, complete the solenoid 2 and a portion of the connecting part 8 are in the axial direction of a magnetic circuit closing metal casing shell 3 um¬ closed, which is made of sheet metal by deep-drawing or pressing and having a top end 35 with a lesser diameter core 1 embraces. The housing casing 3 is lower at its upper end 35 to the core 1 by welding at least pointwise and at its End 36 sealingly connected to the connecting part 8 by welding. In order to avoid air gaps of the housing casing 3 is ausge¬ leads to closely abuts with its upper end 35 of the core 1 and with its lower end 36 to the connecting part eighth starting from the upper En¬ de 35 extends the solenoid 2 in clasping ra¬ dialer outward direction, a bottom 37 of the housing casing 3 to the larger diameter provided with cylindrical jacket part 38 with the lower end of the thirty-sixth
p0020The connecting member 8 has in the illustrated embodiment, between an upper seal ring 39 on the cover part 38 of Gehäuseman¬ means 3 and a lower sealing ring 40 on the connecting part 8 minde¬ least one fuel inlet serving radial cross opening 20, with the reaching to the valve seat 15 the valve chamber 16 inside the connecting part 8 is connected. In the present example Aus¬ guide the transverse opening 20 in the connecting part 8 is ausge¬ forms, but may extend also in height 38 of the shell portion.
p0021By means of a groove 43 in the connecting part 8 and a shoulder 44 at the joint portion 8, a support ring 32 is held, having a fuel filter 33 can flow through the fuel to the transverse opening 20th
p0022The coil bobbin 7 of the solenoid coil 2 is manufactured by spraying a Plastic-, at the same time by means of the necessary for contacting the magnetic coil 2 the electrical connector 30 are mitangespritzt, so that an independent Kunststoffspritz¬ casting is formed. This plastic injection-molded part is inserted into the housing casing 3 such that it rests on the bottom 37 and the connectors 30 protrude through through holes 45 in the floor 37 outwardly approximately parallel to the valve longitudinal axis 5 toward the upper end of the 35th The core hole 17 is facing away from the end closed at its the Ventilschließk body 10 by a plastic plug 31 so that when spraying a plastic sheath 22 that surrounds the the Ventilsitzkör¬ per 14 opposite end of the valve at the bottom 37 and a portion of the connector 30, no liquid plastic in the Kernboh¬ tion 17 can pass. The plastic sheath 22 extends radially across the floor 37 also. The sealing of the core hole 17 towards the fuel is contained in the valve interior by means of pressed into the core hole 17 ball element 25th
p0023On the circumference of the shell portion 38 of the housing shell 3, an annular groove 47 is provided, the radially extending side faces by pointing in the direction of the armature end face 49 of Kunststoffum¬ sheathing 22 and the end face of a aufge¬ on the casing part 38 coated drawing ring 23, for example, a L-shaped transverse having sectional shape, and the groove bottom is formed by the circumference of Man¬ telteils 38th The drawing ring 23 ensures the expansion of the valve of a receptacle, not shown in the intake manifold of an internal combustion engine for the fact that a. in the groove-mounted upper seal ring 39 its axial position on the circumference of the shell portion 38 largely retains and does not remain ver¬ in the recording of the suction tube.
p0024Another embodiment of the invention is that the casing part 38 is an illustrated dashed, häuseschulter 48 having outwardly facing Ge, the 22 forms the side surfaces of the ring groove 47 together with the häuseschulter toward the Ge 48 facing end surface of the plastic casing, the groove bottom by the circumference of the shell portion 38 is formed. er¬ Also by this solution is found that a on the circumference of the shell portion 38 mounted obe¬ rer sealing ring 39 does not remain in this shot while removing the valve from a recording of the suction tube. The lower sealing ring 40 is held on the connecting part 8 in a lower annular groove 50 which is delimited by two axially spaced radially outwardly extending shoulders 51, 52 of the connecting part eighth
p0025The guidance of the armature 12 is carried in a slide hole 54 of Zwi¬ rule part 6 while the valve closing body 10 is slidably supported in a Führungs¬ opening 55 of valve seat body 14th
p0026The valve with the magnetic circuit closing metallic housing casing 3 not only enables a compact, to open the valve a little energy erforderndes magnetic son¬ countries also have a compact and simple structure. In connection with the axial connector plugs 30 and the radial fuel feed valves allow-to the invention, a series of multiple flushing hin¬ arranged behind the other valves and their common electrical contact by means of a common plug connector.
