Solutions of polycondensates which contain n-heterocycles as structural units and show good adhesion on inorganic substrates

Solutions of polycondensates which have as structural units heterocyclic ring systems with N atoms, or solutions of precursors of these polycondensates in organic solvents, containing 0.1 to 20 wt .-%, based on the polycondensates or their precursors, at least one azidosilane of the general formula         N₃-R³-Si-R¹n(OR²)3-n   I wherein R¹ is a C₁-C₃ alkyl, a phenyl, benzyl or toluyl group, R² is a C₁-C₄ alkyl, C₂-C₄ alkoxyalkyl, a phenyl or benzyl group, R³ is a C₁-C₈- Alkylene group which may be interrupted by an oxygen atom, sulfur atom or a - (N-R⁴) group, wherein R⁴ represents a hydrogen, a methyl, ethyl or phenyl group, and n represents 0.1 or 2.
