Resin compositions

Abstract

A resinous composition, particularly suited for forming a surface layer with excellent weathering properties of a composite which includes an underlying layer of PVC or other structural plastic, comprises PVC resin together with other resin(s) and may in part dissociate to form continuous and discontinuous phases.
