The invention relates to a staging area for released during an accident environmentally hazardous, especially organic liquids such as chlorofluorocarbons, or the like according to the preamble of claim 1 (see for example GB-A-2035433).
The protection of the environment against these hazardous substances are obtained in the industrial production as a starting, intermediate or final product, includes increasing not only the emissions that are released during operation, but also incidents in which as a result of technical defects such as sudden large quantities are released from environmentally hazardous liquids through leaks, or for example in fires by environmentally hazardous substances accumulates contaminated extinguishing water. Since such liquids either directly to the soil and groundwater contaminate or when they reach the sewer system, burdening a company or municipal sewage treatment plant, any storage of water polluting liquids must be protected by collecting basins, which are suitable for the emerging in an incident amounts of these liquids capture and retain for a certain time in order to dispose of them properly then can.
A typical application of such staging areas include storage tanks. The staging area is there usually consists of a sink from a rest on the ground plate made of reinforced concrete, which is, or at least provided with side walls with a peripheral raised edge. Due to the usually large expansion of such wells ranges from a relatively small distance between the upstand on the required capacity.
Such drip tray must be absolutely tight at considerable size. Since reinforced concrete for organic liquids, especially for chlorofluorocarbons (CFC), is not sufficiently tight, such sumps are usually sealed by coatings using synthetic resins, sheets or tiles on the surface. Since not prestressed concrete suffers due to shrinkage and deformation caused by temperature differences cracks, such coatings must also be carried out to crack bridging very carefully and are consequently expensive. Since these coatings are traveled by vehicles, there is always the risk of damage, with the result that the coating is leaking and can penetrate uncontrollably in the outlet case environmentally hazardous liquids into the concrete and through into the ground.
It is also already known to provide a sealant layer, a liquid-tight sheet metal pan that is embedded on both sides at least in the region of its base in intimate surface contact in the concrete, which can also be designed as waterproof concrete (DE-A 38 09 963). Apart from the fact that such a construction is very expensive, in case of failure the entire reinforced concrete layer located above the metal sheet pan is contaminated, before the fluid reaches the sheet metal tub at all.
Against this technical background, the present invention seeks to provide a produced by economic means and entertaining drip tray of the type described, which is properly sealed against environmentally hazardous fluids for at least the prescribed time.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the concrete slab is superposed with interposition of a sliding layer on a flat surface and at its top and the supporting parts of the side walls at their inner sides each with a renewable in case of contamination wear layer of a hardening cement-based material, eg concrete, are shear-resistant manner and that the supporting each of the parts and the wear layer formed overall cross section of the floor and side walls protected by in located inside the supporting parts prestressing without bond with these against corrosion, drainable and restressable and interchangeably arranged tendons biased biaxial. Appropriately, the wear layer of dense concrete.
Components made of prestressed concrete, as known per se, by applying a pressure bias remained largely free of cracks. Considering at the bias influences from creep and shrinkage, then can be such a container, even over long periods of time obtained from cracks. The application of coatings, coatings or the like to ensure the tightness is not necessary if the concrete is sufficiently tight.
Accordingly, the basic idea of the invention lies in the fact supporting plate made of reinforced concrete compared with a known plastic coating relatively thick layer of a hardening cement-based material, such as concrete, to order, which is connected axially fixed with the supporting members and with this uniform, through tendons forming in longitudinal and transverse directions biasable total cross-section. This layer, useful for a poet to the particular fluid concrete is used assumes the role of a barrier in the outlet case for some time.
It is accepted that due to the well with a dense concrete still existing capillary penetrates some of the fluid in this layer, and they contaminated. In this case there is provided according to the invention, after the disposal of the recovered fluid completely or partially remove this layer to the restoration of use readiness of the collection trough and to renew.
Accordingly, subject of the invention is another method for restoring the use of willingness of a contaminated after a fault on the inside of the collecting chamber, in which first the bias of the bearing parts of the bottom and of the side walls is discharged by releasing said clamping members completely or partially, then the contaminated wearing layer completely or partially removed and while ensuring a shear-resistant connection with the bearing parts a new wear layer is applied and after the hardening the bias voltage is applied to the formed from the load-bearing parts and the wear layer total cross-section of the floor and side walls again.
Essential for the function of the structure is that the cracks of the fuse serving bias detects the total cross-sectional area. Therefore, it is important that the total cross-sectional surface is biased, that is, that after the application of the bias voltage none - then not biased - layers or cross-sectional parts be applied such that the bias voltage is drained before removing section parts and then applied again, if a the original building contour reconstructive additional layer of concrete of the same strength is applied again. The additional layer, as before the wear layer must have a perfect bonding with the supporting plate to be biased again when Wiederanspannen the remaining or when clamping about exchanged tendons as a homogeneous concrete cross section, so for a possibly next incident again tears free system is available.
To add a full backup cracks causing bias in the panel, it is necessary to turn off the ground friction as far as possible, ie hang the plate with the interposition of a sliding layer on a flat surface. The lubricating effect of this layer must be such that, with a relaxation of the tendons in the restoring force of the plate is capable of, they move back again, ie the bias completely degrade.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows

Fig. 1

a schematic Grundrißübersicht via a collecting vessel according to the invention,

FIG. 2

a section along the line II-II in Fig. 1 and

Fig. 3

a section along the line III-III in FIG. 1.

With the schematic outline in FIG. 1 is to be indicated only that a collecting tray 1 consists of a flat plate 2 made of reinforced concrete, in which the side walls 3 is provided from a peripheral raised edge. With "drip pan" is not just a construction circumscribed, in which the plate 2 relatively large-sized and the side walls are low contrast, but also for example a container, wherein said side walls have 3 in comparison to the Grundrißabmessungen great height. Shape and dimensions of the ground plan of the structure are basically arbitrary. A collecting tray of the first type with a rectangular section is shown here, as illustrated by the mutually orthogonal sections of FIGS. 2 and 3.
In the illustrated embodiment, the plate 2 of a supporting plate 2 in the strict sense ', which rests with the interposition of a sliding layer 4 on a subgrade and 5 from a top to this applied wear layer 2' '. The wear layer 2 '' consists, as well as the supporting plate 2 'to provide a cementitious material, already the precondition that the total cross section of the supporting plate 2' and the wear layer 2 '' formed of the plate 2 within the meaning of obtaining reinforced concrete can be prestressed.
To achieve a two-axle bias 2 'longitudinal tendons 6 and transverse tendons 7 are positioned and anchored to the plate ends by anchors 13 in the bearing plate. The tendons 6, 7 may be basically arbitrary formed; But they must not 'are together with the supporting plate 2, but must be longitudinally movable and interchangeable these opposite; they are therefore in for example formed by cast-sheaths tendon ducts 8. The tendons 6, 7 are protected by a coating 9 or comparable measures against corrosion.
Same measures apply to the side walls 3. These consist of a supporting part 3 'and a wear layer 3' ', which are formed in the same manner as the layers of the sheet 2. The side walls 3 are biased, as similar to the supporting plate 2 'by horizontal tendons 10 and vertically extending tendons 11, whose length corresponds to the height of the side walls. 3 The lying in the region of the side walls 3 tendons 10, 11 are in the clamping channels 8, are protected by a coating 9 by corrosion and anchored in anchorages. 13
In the wear layer 2 '', 3 '', a monitoring system with sensors 12 may be installed, which responds to the penetration of environmentally hazardous substances in the wear layer. In this way, any leaks can be detected very early.
In an accident, eg when a leak, the leaked liquid is absorbed by the collecting tray 1 and thus prevented from immediate discharge into the environment. The drip pan 1 is sealed for a certain period; the density can be achieved or reinforced, for example by the fact that in the wear layer 2 '' or 3 '' additives are embedded, which react with the spilled liquids, eg be viscous and thus clog the pores of the concrete body. Such a method is known eg from EP-A 0 358 816th Sufficient tightness of the wear layer 2 but '' may also be generated in other ways.
According to the invention it is accepted that after an incident, the wearing layer is 2 '' contaminated and should be removed. This happens after previously the tendons 6, 7 and 9 and 10 discharged and thus the entire structure was annealed. To the plate 2 to permit an elastic relief after exhausting the bias, it must rest on a sufficiently lubricious sliding layer. 4 Thereafter, the wear layer 2 '' and 3 '' in a conventional manner is removed. a new wear layer 2 '' or 3 'is then applied' to thereby exposed surface of the bearing plate 2 'and the supporting part 3' of the side walls. 3 After hardening of the new wearing course the bias is reapplied. To re-bias either the previous tendons tensioned again or if they should be contaminated or damaged, inserted in their place new tendons and they are excited. This provides a possible further incident again a fully operational structure available.
