The invention concerns the production of a specific profile, on the one hand, to seal an inside corner formed by two tiles coatings or other materials on walls, partitions or floors laid respectively in different planes, more commonly at 90 °, on the other hand, ensuring the junction between the two coatings mentioned above, so as to absorb the angular movements of withdrawals, dilations or tensions caused by both coatings, as walls, partitions or floors . The junction between them of wall elements, partitions or floors still present to date important connections of problems, particularly for covering coatings.
Different solutions known today offer solutions that can be classified in two broad categories.
The first category is based solutions junctions made and cast in place based on silicone or other elastic materials. Unfortunately these solutions are only temporary, because more or less long term the elastic material is degraded aesthetically, and peeling of the materials with which it had to ensure a perfect junction. It must then file the junction in poor condition, clean surfaces and achieve again a new seal.
The second category of solutions consists of mechanical systems of two elements generally placed at 90 ° and having specific sections for the sliding of a male element in a female element.
These systems also have common drawbacks as, for example, they look too large and unsightly, and lack of perfect seal and a great difficulty of maintenance.
The present invention is specifically to provide a profile for the aesthetic, functional and sustainable realization of inside corners junctions formed by two coatings tiles or other materials on the walls, walls or floors.
The invention therefore relates to a profile designed to be used to perform the join between two surface coverings making therebetween a determined re-entrant angle, such as coatings of walls or tiled floors.
According to the invention, this section comprises: two bearing plates, which are made of a hard, rigid, such as "PVC" hard, rigid, which are each intended to be placed in parallel and below one of said surface coverings and which each present an extension extending in a direction offset angularly by substantially 90 ° and intended to be placed parallel to and near an end edge of said coating; and a connecting bridge, which connects said extensions of the two bearing sole plates, which is made of a flexible material, such as "PVC" flexible, and which holds said bearing sole plates angularly offset from said re-entrant angle determined.
The following advantageous arrangements are also preferably adopted:

each bearing sole plate presents perforations each shaped as two equal trapezia having their small bases merged into a common small base, these various perforations being separated by solid parts;

the profile has the following dimensions: a) the common small base of the trapezia of a perforation has a length which is greater than half the length of a large base; b) the width of a perforation, equal to the sum of the heights of the two trapezia constituting it, is comprised between 0.5 and 1 times the length of the large base of a trapezium; c) the distance of the solid part separating the angles of two large bases of the trapezia of two successive perforations is comprised between 0.4 and 0.6 times the length of the large base of a trapezium;

said trapezoids are isosceles trapezoids;

the outer faces of the bearing sole plates comprise parallel striae over the whole of their length and their width;

the inner faces of the solid parts of the bearing sole plates comprise parallel striae over the whole of their length and their width;

the connecting bridge has a cross section which is symmetrical about the bisector of the angle formed by the extensions of the two bearing sole plates and which is shaped as an isosceles trapezium, said connecting bridge being placed essentially in the entrant angle formed by said extensions;

the small base of the trapezium constituting the cross section of the connecting bridge connects the end edges of the extensions of the two bearing sole plates and constitutes a visible part of said profiled after completion of the junction between the two surface coverings;

the thickness of the connecting bridge is comprised between 3 and 5 times, preferably equal to 4 times the thickness of the extension of a bearing sole plate;

the thicknesses of the bearing sole plates and those of their extension are all equal to the same value.

The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a profile as defined above, said section being formed by simultaneous extrusion of materials constituting each bearing sole plate and its extension and constituting the connecting bridge.
Advantageously, it is preferred to carry out said hot extrusions.
The main advantage of a section of the invention is to be able to perform a clean junction of two durable surface coatings, while being fully secured by its bearing plates, thanks to punctures and striations said flanges, to the supports of said surface coatings.
The invention will be better understood and secondary characteristics and their advantages will become apparent from the description of an embodiment given below as an example.
It is understood that the description and drawings are only indicative and not limiting.
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG 1 is a cross section along II of FIG 2 of a profile according to the invention;

Figure 2 is a view according to arrow F of Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a section of the junction of a wall and a vertical wall provided with tiles, whose junction is formed by the profile of Figures 1 and 2.

The illustrated section comprises:

two bearing plates 11 and 21, angularly shifted by a concave angle A, here equal to 90 °, and in any case equal to the concave angle between the faces 81, 91 of a wall 8 and a partition 9, and also separating the faces 61, 71 tiles 6, 7 covering the wall or bulkhead, respectively;

an extension 12, 22 of each support base 11, 21 respectively which is integral with the corresponding offset and bearing plate of substantially 90 ° relative to the support base;

a connecting bridge 3, which is shaped as an isosceles trapezium, and connects the two extensions 12 and 22, being positioned symmetrically with respect to the bisector D of the concave angle B between the two extensions 12, 22.

The following provisions are noted:

the bearing plates 11, 21 and their extensions 12, 22 are made of a hard, rigid, such as a "PVC" hard and rigid, these elements having equal thicknesses E;

the connecting bridge 3 is made of a flexible material, such as "PVC" flexible and has a thickness E3 between 3 and 5 times the thickness E of an extension 12, 22, here equal to 4 times the thickness E;

each bearing sole plate (11, 21) and its extension (12, 22) is produced by extrusion, in the embodiment described, in a "PVC" hard; Similarly, the connecting bridge 3, realized in the example described in "PCV" flexible, is also obtained by extrusion; extrusions of these three sub-assemblies are carried out simultaneously and allow to obtain the complete profile, and, in the manufacturing performed were performed at hot; we also say that it is co-extrusion;

the small base 31 of the trapezium forming the connecting bridge 3 connects the extreme edges 13, 23 of the extensions 12, 22, while the sides 32 of the trapezoid are glued to the faces 14, 24 of said extensions 12, 22 that delimit reflex angle B;

each bearing sole plate 11, 21 has perforations 4, having the shape of two isosceles trapeziums joined by their common small base 41 and having a large base 42, whose ends constitute two vertices 43 of each trapezoid, these perforations being separated 4 by solid parts;

the common small base 41 of a trapezium has a length LP41, which is greater than half the length LG42 of a large base 42;

the width L4 of a perforation 4, equal to the sum of the heights of the two trapezia constituting this perforation is between 0.5 and 1 times the length LG42 of a large base 42;

L43 distance of the solid part separating two peaks 43, which are tips of two trapezoids large bases of two successive perforations is included between 0.4 and 0.6 times the length LG42 of a large base 42;

the face 15, 25 of the support base 11, 21, which is external to the concave angle A, as well as the face 16, 26 interior to this concave angle A is serrated (streaks 5).

This profile is placed as shown in Figure 3 with the bearing plates 11, 21 positioned parallel to the external faces 61, 71 of tile 6, 7 which cover the surfaces 81, 91 of a wall 8 and a wall 9, respectively, which between them form the concave angle A, these bearing plates 11, 21 are arranged below the tiles of two tiles and embedded in the adhesive mortar 10 laying said tiles.
The extensions 12, 22 are themselves arranged parallel to and facing the end brackets 62, 72 tiles 6, 7, respectively. Practically, only the small base 31 of the trapezium constituting the connecting bridge 3 is visible in the re-entrant angle A formed by the external faces 61 and 71 of the tile 6 and 7.
The shapes of the perforations 4 allow wedging effects in different directions, that immobilize perfectly the profile in the adhesive mortar 10.
The connecting bridge 3, flexible, also ensures the connection between the extensions 12, 22 even in the case of a relative movement of the tiles 7 or the partition wall 9 with respect to the tile 6 or wall 8, because this even its flexibility. In addition, this connecting bridge carries out the sealing of the junction and has an unalterable aesthetics.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment described, but covers all the variants that may be made thereto without departing from its scope or spirit.
