X-ray radiographing system.

Abstract

According to the present invention, there is provided an X-ray radiographing system comprising a table (201) having a tabletop (204) for positioning a patient in a longitudinal direction of the table (201), an X-ray generator (205) moving along the longitudinal direction of the table (201) over the patient, a spot-film device (107) contained in the table (201), to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the table and synchronously with the X-ray generator (205), and to take a fluoroscopic area and a radiographic area arranged in a traverse direction of the table (201) to each other, the spot-film device (107) comprising a feed magazine (111) containing an unexposed X-ray sheet film, a take-up magazine (112) containing an exposed X-ray sheet film, a film carrier carrying an X-ray sheet film between the feed magazine (111), the take-up magazine (112) and the fluoroscopic area, a suction-cup mechanism feeding an unexposed X-ray sheet film from the feed magazine (111) to the film carrier, and a film holder and a staged rail for conveying an X-ray film between the fluoroscopic area and the radiographic area, and a motor (M) for moving the X-ray generator (205) and the spot-film device (107) along the longitudinal direction of the table. This X-ray radiographing system achieves a sufficient diagnostic range for a whole-body radiography with an economical life-size table.

17 claims: 6 independent, 11 dependent

  1. 1
An X-ray radiographing system comprising a table (201) having a tabletop (204) for positioning a patient in a longitudinal direction of the table (201), an X-ray generator (205) moving along the longitudinal direction of the table (201) over the patient, and a spot-film device (107) contained in the table (201), to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the table and synchronously with the X-ray generator (205), and to take a fluoroscopic area and a radiographic area, characterized in that said fluoroscopic area and radiographic area arranged in a traverse direction of the table each other and said spot-film device comprises a film containing means (111, 112) for containing an unexposed X-ray sheet film and an exposed X-ray sheet film, a film carrying means (117a, 117b, 117c) for carrying an X-ray sheet film between the film containing means and the fluoroscopic area, a film feeding means (157a, 157b, 162a, 162b) for feeding an unexposed X-ray sheet film from the film containing means to the film carrying means, and a film conveying means (113, 114, 115) for conveying an X-ray film between the fluoroscopic area and the radiographic area.
  2. 4
The X-ray radiographing system according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein said radiographic area comprises a plurality of divisional radiographic areas which are situated shifting each other.
  3. 7
The X-ray radiographing system according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein said spot-film device includes a moisture-controlling agent (123) inside.
  4. 9
The X-ray radiographing system according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein said film containing means comprised a feed magazine (125) and a take-up magazine provided with a casing (126) containing an X-ray sheet film, shutter plates (127a, 127b) covering the casing, and a link mechanism (128, 130) connecting to one of the shutter plates, said link mechanism sliding the one (127a) of the shutter plates over another shutter plate (127b) through the rotation.
  5. 10
The X-ray radiographing system according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein said film carrying means comprises a rotary shaft mechanism including two shafts (142a, 142b), support plates (141a, 141b) for supporting the two shafts in parallel each other, and a roller means (144a, 144b, 145a, 145b) attached to the two shafts, keeping a gap through which an X-ray sheet film goes keeping in touch therewith.
  6. 13
The X-ray radiographing system according to any of claims 1 to 12, wherein said film feeding means comprises a suction-cup mechanism provided with a rotary shaft mechanism including two parallel shafts (151, 152), one (151) of which has oppositely threaded parts (151a, 151b), and two motors (166, 169) rotating the two shafts, respectively, a link mechanism (157a, 157b, 158a 158b) including two links rotatably hanged to the threaded part of the one shaft at each one end via a movable gear means (156a, 156b) and rotatably crossed each other, a suction cup means (162a, 162b) rotatably attached to the two links at each of the other end, and a fixed gear means (168a, 168b) fixed to the other shaft (152) and geared into the movable gear means (156a, 156b).
