The invention relates to a fence consisting of fence posts and to this in the joints of the grid mats fastened mesh mats, consisting of several horizontally and vertically directed, in parallel and with spaced vertical and horizontal bars. In the prior art multiple shapes and configurations of mesh mats are known. Example, lattice mats are known in which the horizontal bars are formed by perforated flat iron or U-iron, by means of which, designed as round rods vertical rods inserted through the center or off-center and are welded in the region of the perforations.
Furthermore mesh mats are known in the manner of reinforcing mats, are in which is welded to a horizontal rod for forming the vertical bars at opposite outside vertically dishes tete rods. There are also those formations known where to designed as round bars Vertical bars on both sides in parallel and at the same level each arranged round bars are welded as horizontal bars. This variety of conventional grid mat training and, moreover, the different dimensions, in particular, viewed in cross-section of the wire mesh mats, make it previously required that the fence post and the corresponding fastening elements is adapted for supporting the wire mesh mats to the fence posts individually to the particular type of the lattice mat.
It is also usual in the prior art and requires that the attachment is with loose auxiliary parts that need to be fixed by screws or the like to the fence posts. Hence one hand resulting production drawbacks, since the fence posts and the multi-part fasteners are manufactured separately and must be kept in stock. Furthermore, there are also Monday night hurry because the fence installation makes multiple screw fastenings required.
Starting from this prior art, the invention aims to provide a mesh fence generic type which permits while reducing the necessary items at low manufacturing and assembly costs a secure fixation of the mesh mats to the fence posts.
To achieve this object it is proposed that the fence posts having two approximately U-shaped, vertically directed grooves with each other looking off into fence longitudinal extent mouths into which the grid mats can be inserted with its parallel to the fence posts extending edges from the free end of the fence post ago that one of the two legs of each groove is at least formed one to the other leg of the groove towards abragender projection, that the clear width of the groove is dimensioned at least slightly larger between the free end of the projection and the projection-free limb of the groove corresponds to the width of the lattice mat, measured from its can be applied to the projection-free legs of the channel side up to the lateral end of the horizontal bars of the lattice panel, which faces the projection, and that at least one clamping piece can be inserted parallel to the horizontal webs between the projection free leg and the inserted into the channel end of the grid mat is, by means of which the end of the wire mesh mat is against the projection provided with legs can be pressed and fixed in this position, said protruding in this position the projection in the projection of the facing region of the horizontal webs spanned vertical plane.
The inventive construction solves the object stated excellent.
The fence posts with the constituents of the fence post forming grooves are useful as universal building blocks for different grid mat types, which is provided only that the distance between the channel legs of the largest usable cross-sectional dimension of the grid mat element must correspond. The production of such a lattice fence is greatly simplified since for making only the usual mesh mats that fence post and the need to be prepared clamping pieces and kept in stock. The installation is very simple, because the installation of a mesh fence in the first the mesh mats corresponding distances fence posts must be set to be aligned with each other in flight. The panels can then be inserted from the free post end into the U-shaped grooves of two adjacent posts, so that the fence is completed already substantially. To insert the grid mats in the U-shaped grooves, the only condition is to meet, that the clear slot gap between the projections of a channel flange and the face of the other channel arm is wide enough to push the grid mat can. The final position securing of the lattice mat to the fence post is then carried out in such a manner that at least one preferably driven in a plurality of clamping pieces parallel to the horizontal webs in each groove provided (under clamping force) by means of which clamping pieces the left in the chute gap end of the grid mat to with projection or projections leg of the gutter is pressed, so that the projections protrude into the spanned by the Horiontalstegen vertical plane. In this way it is not possible for the attacker to push out an inserted position and secured grid mat back up out of the insertion groove of the post. The driven-clamping pieces can be designed as a simple flat wedge pieces which have no handle to allow an unauthorized person through manipulation with tools or the like, removal of these clamping pieces.
The corresponding fence posts are universally suitable for mesh mats of different cross-sectional dimensions, whereby only in case of significant deviations of different thicknesses clamping pieces must be used. But for this it is also conceivable that a universal clamp is inserted and possibly two such clamping pieces are driven together to one clamping point, in order to bridge the corresponding distance measure.
The clamp is preferably driven at the secured premises inner leg area, so that there is still further complicated for standing at the fence outside unauthorized users to remove this clamping piece of the clamping position.
Incidentally, it is also conceivable, in particular for corner constructions, the fence post in such a way that, for example, to form a 90 ° bending of the fence posts each having a U-shaped channel in two mutually perpendicular wall parts, so that the ends of at 90 ° to each other angled arranged mesh mats are inserted into these grooves. There are also other angular positions to achieve by appropriate relative position of the U-shaped grooves on the posts to each other, are said to use each identical angular positions same post.
The installation cost of such fences is far reduced advantageous in that the installer only a hammer or similar tool must perform as an assembly tool in itself to the clamping pieces or clamping pieces to recover. The array of bolts, nuts or the like fastening elements or the arrangement of cover plates, with the tool to be actuated clamps or the like is not required. In addition, for a falling or rising terrain and any height adjustment of the mesh sheet to the corresponding fence posts is possible, without having to obtain need special fasteners or fasteners.
Although the above-described constructive solution is preferred, a solution of the problem posed at the beginning in such a way is possible alternatively or in combination, that the fence posts having two approximately U-shaped, vertically directed grooves with each other looking off into fence longitudinal extent mouths, in which the mesh mats are insertable with their parallel to the fence post extending edges from the free end of the fence post forth, and in that between at least one leg of the groove and the inserted into that end of the lattice mat at least one clamping piece parallel to the horizontal webs, and in particular alongside the horizontal webs, can be inserted, by means of where the end of the lattice panel against the clamping piece facing away legs can be pressed and fixed in this position, wherein the clamping piece on its side facing the mesh sheet surface has at least one projection, which projects into this position into the vertical plane of the projection region facing the horizontal webs is stretched, and wherein the horizontal leg has, on its side facing the clamping piece at least one projection, which projects into this position in the vertical plane, which is spanned by the lattice mat facing surface of the clamping piece.
In the first above-mentioned alternative solution has opposed respect of the above solution is not of a gutter leg, the projections on, but the protrusions or the projection is disposed on the clamping piece itself, so that the clamping piece on the one hand produces a frictional connection and on the other hand form-locking in the vertical direction (slip or lift-out) is formed by the projection of the clamp. The second alternative is indeed advantageous in that the post is even simpler to produce since the channel flanges may be free of protrusions, but here an individual adjustment of the horizontal webs of the grid mat is required, which is formed in its end region, or must have attached protrusions. Here too, however, is to ensure that after the insertion of the wire mesh mats into the channels of the fence posts, and after driving of the clamping piece a frictional and positive connection is ensured. The installation and application diversity is achieved here.
A particularly preferred development is seen in the fact that the fence post is essentially constructed as a rectangular profile tube on one side of which surface is formed a T-profile with turning into the side surface of foot, the legs with the side surface of the profile tube two lying in alignment U-shaped grooves form.
Such training can be particularly characterized easily achieve that a corresponding metal is used in a multiple roller set to form the complete fence post so that the fence post can be integrally molded from an initially flat metal sheet section.
The free ends of the plate portion may be joined together by flanging, seaming or welding.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the projections are formed by knob-like, distributed over the height of the relatively outer leg of the gutter arranged forms, beads or material accumulations.
It is further preferred that the clamping pieces exhibit a wedge-shaped cross section.
Although the horizontal rods of the grid mats already constitute guidance for the assembly position to indicate the points at which the clamping pieces can be particularly useful driven, it is preferably provided that the clamping pieces and / or using this corresponding leg of the gutter or horizontal bars of the grid meshes in the direction have the clamping pieces and directed parallel to the longitudinal extension fence guides.
In this way, securing the position of the clamping pieces on the one hand improved against displacement transversely to its driving direction and on the other hand formed a mounting aid for the mounted person.
For the purpose of manufacturing and assembly simplification can further be provided that a plurality of clamping elements are combined to form a terminal strip.
A securing the position of the clamping pieces still improving measure is seen in that the clamping pieces have in the direction inclined inlet slopes and acting opposite barbs. A preferred embodiment consists in that the clamping pieces consist of plastic.
Furthermore, it can be preferred that the clamping pieces and / or the friction with this corresponding surface of the gutter leg face training have.
Furthermore, it can advantageously be provided that the clamping pieces and the channel arms facing to each other, having abutting surfaces in the desired position of the clamping piece interlocking detents and locking recesses.
Embodiments of the invention are shown strictly schematically in the drawing and described in more detail below.

The fence consists essentially of fence post 1 and fastened to this mesh mats 2, consisting of a plurality of horizontally and vertically directed, in parallel with and spaced apart vertical rods 3 and 4 horizontal bars are assembled. The panels 2 are routed so that they are virtually moved in the post 1 in shock and in alignment with each other. The separation point of the wire mesh mats is thus located in the center of the post 1. Instead of the exact horizontal and vertical position of the vertical rods 3, and 4 horizontal bars also an oblique arrangement of at least the vertical rods is possible. To mount the mesh mats 2, the fence post 1 each have two approximately U-shaped, vertically directed grooves 5 with one another directed away in fence longitudinal extent mouths. In these grooves 5, the mesh mats 2 with its parallel to the fence post 1 extending edges from the free end of the fence post 1 here, so in the figure 1 can be inserted from above into the grooves 5 of the previously fixed installed fence posts. 1
In the embodiments according to FIG 1, 2, 3, 4, 12 has a plurality of the other leg of the groove 5 in projecting projections 6 on each of the two limbs of the groove. 5 The inside width of the groove 5 is dimensioned at least slightly greater between the free end of the projection 6 and the projection-free legs of the channel 5 as the width of the grid mat 2 corresponding (measured in cross-sectional direction), measured from the projection-free to the legs of the gutter 5 can be applied legs of the mesh sheet 2 to the side to the projection end pointing of the horizontal rib 4 of the mesh sheet 2. in this way it is ensured that the mesh sheet may be inserted into the corresponding groove from above, without the projection 6 prevent it. Further, as illustrated particularly in Figure 1, Figure 12 and Figure 21 can be seen, at least one clamping piece 7 is inserted between the projection-free legs of the gutter 5 and the inserted into the channel end of the mesh sheet 2 parallel to the horizontal webs 4, by means of which the end of the grid mat 2 against the bearing the projection 6 legs can be pressed and fixed in this position. In this case projects into this position, the projection 6 in which from the projection 6 facing the area of the horizontal ribs 4 spanned vertical plane inside so that a lifting of the mesh sheet 2 upwardly through the positive engagement between the projections 6 and the horizontal webs 4 is excluded.
In the embodiment of Figure 5 and Figure 8, a projection 6 'on the clamping piece 7 is provided with an otherwise identical design, which lies on the mesh sheet 2 facing surface of the clamp. 7 The projection 6 'projects in Installationssollage (for example, according to Figure 5) in the vertical plane in which the protrusion 6' is spanned region facing the horizontal webs. 4 This also makes a positive turn Ejection slip protection is given to the driving of the clamp. A further alternative is illustrated schematically in Figure 9, there being the horizontal web 4 on its side facing the clamping piece 7 facing side at least one projection 6 '' which extends into this position, as shown for example schematically in Figure 9, in the vertical plane, from that of the mesh sheet 2 facing surface of the clamping piece 7 is clamped. Also in this manner a Ejection and anti-skid device is formed by form-fitting.
The term form-fit does not necessarily mean that the protrusion 6, 6 ', 6' 'directly abuts a horizontal bar 4, but it comprises also the possibility that a distance between the corresponding projection and the horizontal web 4 is in the mounting position, but at a Aushebeversuch in extreme cases is minimized as far that the projection on the horizontal web or the embodiment of figure 9 bears against the clamping piece.
Preferably, the fence post 1 is constructed as a rectangular profile tube, on whose one side surface of a T-profile with legs 8 and merges into a side surface of the fence post 1 base portion 9 is formed. The legs 8 form with the side surface of the fence post forming profiled tube the two lying in alignment with each other U-shaped grooves. 5
The fence post 1 together with T-profile can be designed for example as an extruded profile according to embodiment 2 or gefaltenes of sheet metal profile according to Embodiment FIG. 3
The projections 6 can arranged distributed forms, beading or accumulation of material can be formed by knob-like, over the height of the relatively outer leg 8 of the gutter. 5 The clamping pieces 7 can, as is indicated in particular in Figure 7 and 8 having a wedge-shaped cross section. For the purpose of securing the position or for the mounting aid can the clamping pieces 7 and / or using this corresponding leg of the gutter 5 or horizontal rods 4 of the mesh mats 2 in the direction of the clamping pieces 7 and directed parallel to the fence longitudinal extension guides 10, having 11th Of course it is also possible to combine several clamping pieces 7 to a terminal block. It is also possible, the clamping pieces 7 with inclined in the direction of insertion entry slopes 12 and counteractive barbs 13, as is evident from FIG 10th For simplicity, the clamping pieces 7 may be made of plastic in one piece. Preferably, the clamping pieces 7 and / or the corresponding with these surfaces of the legs of the groove 5 can have friction, in particular against the drive-effective area education. It can also be provided that, as shown in the embodiment 5, the clamping pieces 7 and the legs of the groove 5 facing to each other, abutting surfaces in the desired position of the clamp 7 have interlocking notches 14 and detent recesses 15th
In the drawing figures 13 to 20 different forms of grid mats are schematically illustrated. In the mesh sheet 2 as shown in FIG 13 and 14 of the horizontal bar 4 is designed as a flat iron, while designed as round bars Vertical bars 3 pass through the horizontal bar in the center and are welded thereto in the field of Durchgriffslochung.
In the embodiment of Figures 15 and 16 of the horizontal rod is designed as a U-profile, are off-center the vertical rods 3 inserted through the perforated base and welded in the holes. In the embodiment of figure 17 and 18, the mesh sheet is formed in principle of a reinforcing mat for forming the horizontal bars 4 rods, the vertical rods 3 forming another round bars are welded on both sides. In the embodiment of figure 19 and 20, the horizontal bars 4 are each formed by two mutually parallel rods, the forming on both sides of the vertical rods 3 rods are welded.
All of these embodiments can be combined with a single fence post 1 with groove profiles 5, with only the condition must be satisfied that the clearance between the projections 6 and the projection-free edge of the grooves must meet 5 of the maximum cross-sectional dimension of the grid mats. 2 Of course, the groove mouth also be wider than the wire mesh mat, viewed in cross-section, but it must not be smaller because then the grid mat would not introduce. In order to achieve that in each case a quasi-lock between the horizontal bars 4 and the projection 6 embodiment, Figure 2 and 3 are secured to the driving in of the clamping piece 7, for example in accordance with, the projection 6 must be so far formed projecting into the groove gap, that it according to the driving the clamping piece 7 projects into the plane spanned by the horizontal bars 4 slide plane area.
The invention is widely variable within the disclosure.
