The present invention relates to a nose or ears shower, comprising a container for rinsing liquid, which outlet opening has as an outgoing container from the tube. Such containers are generally made of plastic, wherein the pipe through an opening in the container or in a screw cap of the container and projects into the liquid, and the liquid is forced out by pressure on the resilient container wall from the tube. Such containers are also known as "squeeze bottle". Especially for the irrigation of the nose and ears there are deviated even more sophisticated devices, such as those used in medical practice, but which have a relatively complicated technical structure and neither readily in a contingency bag are carried along can still be used by laymen in self-treatment.
However, the known spray bottles have the disadvantage that the pressure at which the liquid leaking from the tank, as well as the emerging liquid volume only very poor control and can be metered. In addition, the liquid in the container via the open tube is always connected with the surrounding air and so exposed may contamination.
Finally, the originating from the reservoir injection pipe is generally only limited movement and therefore can be bad in the nostrils or the ear canal to introduce, so that in this case, the tank must be rotated so that the inner tube end no longer protrudes under circumstances in the liquid, the use of such bottles for such use difficult.
In contrast, the present invention seeks to provide a nose or ears shower, which can be applied without risk and funktonssicher by laymen and is in construction as simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
This object is achieved in that the tube attaches itself to a movable valve body and is pivotable therewith, said different pivot positions define the open and the closed position of the valve.
Thus, the container has a valve, the movable valve body of this valve is directly connected to the outgoing tube from the container and can be pivoted therewith. By selectively setting the pivot positions for the open or closed position of the valve can thus be achieved in that, the valve is opened at a predetermined position of the pipe as it is optimal for the intended Spülzweck.
It is provided in the preferred embodiment of the invention that the container has a neck angled by approximately 90 °, at its free end, the valve is attached. Due to the angling of the container neck to which the valve attaches, can be achieved in a simple manner in that the tube is pivotable in a range around a center position around which corresponds approximately to the axis of the bent container neck. This makes it possible for the container to rotate so that the container neck is facing downward, so that it is attached on the container neck valve is acted upon from the inside with fluid, and yet on the pivoting of the tube, the liquid can be directed in the desired direction.
Suitably, the valve is a ball valve and the pipe runs in the continuation of a diametrically passing through the movable valve body forming the valve ball opening.
In this case, in the preferred embodiment, the ball valve a sealed with the container neck connectable cap having a spherical inner surface for receiving the valve ball, wherein the forming the spherical inner surface wall an opening to the container interior has and an outer opening that is smaller than the diameter of the ball but greater than the outer diameter of the accreting to the ball tube. The valve ball is thus pivotable in the spherical inner surface of the valve cap in each direction, but the pivotal movements are limited by the stop end to the edge of the outer opening and faceted of the bulb tube, which for this reason has a smaller outer diameter than the outer opening of the valve cap. The diameter of the outer aperture needs to be only slightly smaller than the diameter of the ball in order to give this a fixed seat and on the other hand, however, to allow the pressing of the valve ball in the cap or the spherical inner surface, wherein the edges of the opening elastically are pushed away. Moreover, this opening does not need to be circular, but may optionally have bulges or protrusions which reduce the diameter of the opening only partially so far that the valve ball is securely held in the spherical inner surface.
The edge has the outer opening preferably recesses for the reception of the tube to set a defined pivoting position. Thus, when the tube is pivoted to the valve ball so that it lies in one of the recesses at the edge of the outer opening, as defined by these pivot position, for example, a full open position of the valve, while the position of the tube in another similar recess for example a can define completely closed position. It can define a respective open or a closed position even more, different pivot positions.
Here, the invention provides that the defined pivot positions respectively correspond to maximum excursions parallel or perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the container.
Thus, for example, the edge of the outer opening four in pairs mutually opposite recesses for receiving the pipe, one of said pairs perpendicular and the other are oriented substantially parallel to the axis or to the longitudinal extension of the container substantially.
The inner opening of the valve or of the spherical inner surface-forming wall is preferably an elongate slot. This slot may extend parallel or perpendicular to the largest longitudinal extension of the container substantially. Extends the slot, as in the preferred embodiment, parallel to the longitudinal extension of the container and also a pair of recesses is provided, which is arranged approximately in this direction, as is the inward opening of the bore of the valve ball in the region of this slot when the tube is in the recesses, which are also, therefore aligned parallel to the slot of the inner opening in the longitudinal direction of the container. however, the tube is pivoted in recesses arranged transversely thereto, there is the inward opening of the bore of the valve ball in the spherical inner surface, without overlapping with the slot. In this way, ie the closed position of the valve is defined, while the positions described above define an open position.
Furthermore, the invention is provided in the preferred embodiment in that the container comprises on its side facing away from the valve a screw cap. The container can thus be filled without loosening or opening the valve or the valve cap and possibly also emptied.
Further preferred is an embodiment of the invention, in which the cover of the screw cap has a closable opening with the fingers. Such a container is filled with the valve closed and unscrewed lid of the screw cap. Subsequently, the cover of the screw cap is screwed on. The screw is in this case above, while the optionally angled container neck with the valve is at the bottom, so that the valve with the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid is applied in the container. Now, the opening in the screw cap of the container closed with the finger, the valve can be brought into the open position, without liquid leaking from the valve since the outer atmospheric pressure counteracts the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid and will not take place, a pressure compensation inside the reservoir , as long as the top opening is closed with the finger. Now the pipe or possibly a patch on the tube nozzle can be attached to one nostril or the ear canal. Then, the lid opening is opened, so that inside the container a pressure equalization can take place, and the liquid exits from the valve and into the nose or the ear canal. Advantageously, one has in this case a uniquely defined by the height of the liquid level relative to the tube opening pressure, so that in particular there is no risk that liquid exits the valve at too high a pressure and so possibly causing personal injury and / or pain.
It is also provided for further simplification of handling, that two opposite side portions of the container extend in substantially parallel planes and having a transverse to the axis of the container fluting. Such a container can be easily inserted in a holder which is arranged substantially at a distance from two of the side walls from each other, projecting fingers consists. The container is then inserted between these fingers, wherein the corrugations prevent slipping of the container.
The light emanating from the valve tube may either itself be designed as nozzle or it may be provided on the tube attachable nozzle. The latter is preferable, especially if either several people are using the same nose or ears shower and / or, if this is to be used as a nasal douche, as well as ears shower, it being understood that various nozzle forms should be used for anatomical reasons.
A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with their advantages, features and Anwensungsmöglichkeiten with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:

figure 1

the side view of a nasal douche, comprising containers with screw cap and ball valve,

figure 2

a partially sectional view of the container neck with a ball valve, and

Figurren 3a-c

different views, partially in section, of the cap of the ball valve.

In Figure 1 shows a substantially cylindrical container 1 having the top a screw 14 with screw 15 and is attached to the lower end of a neck 2, which is angled by about 90 °, to the edge of the thus bent neck opening, the cap 4 of a ball valve 3 is placed. Deviating from the cylindrical basic shape, the container 1 has two opposing flat side parts 16 with a corrugation 17 in which only one of these two side pieces 16 is visible in FIG. 1
As can be seen also in Figure 2, the valve cap 4 has a spherical inner surface in which a pierced valve ball is mounted 6th In extension of the bore 7 of the ball valve 6, a tube 5 is attached, which is slightly conical at least at its outer side. On the conical barrel 5 different nozzles 18 'are placed, said nozzle 18 is provided for a nasal wash, while the dashed lines only, and represented in a different pivotal position of the ball 6 nozzle 18' 18 is provided to purge a meatus.
The interaction of the ball valve 6 with the spherical inner surface 8 of the valve cap 4 can be seen better from the basic representations of the cap in the figures 3a-c. Here, the figures 3a and b mutually perpendicular sections which contain the axis of the cap and extend parallel or perpendicular to the extension of the slot 10, which forms the inner opening of the wall 9 of the cap 4th Figure 3a corresponds to the position of the cap, as shown in FIG. 2 The cap 4 has an annular rim 19, which engages behind a correspondingly shaped edge of the opening of the container neck seal. The valve part of this cap consists essentially of a wall 9 having a spherical inner surface 8, said wall 9 and 8 respectively comprise the spherical inner surface of an outer opening 11 and a slot 10 designed as an inner opening. The valve ball 6 sealingly abuts against the spherical inner surface, is associated with a corresponding position of the valve ball on a diametrically passing through the ball hole 7 of the slot 10 with the outer opening eleventh As a continuation of diamtetralen bore 7 of the ball valve 6, a tube 5 is provided, which is bounded 6 movable within the outer opening 11, by pivoting the valve ball.
Figure 3c is a schematic view of the valve cap 4 seen from the container neck ago. It can be seen outside the rim 19 and dash-dot indicated the diameter of the valve ball 6. In the wall 9 there is a slot 10 whose width corresponds approximately to the diameter of the diametrical hole 7 of the valve ball. In addition, two different positions of the bore 7 are shown in Figure 3c indicated by dashed lines, which is achieved by appropriate pivoting of the valve ball 6 with the tube fifth In the position 20, which also corresponds to the position shown in Figure 2, the inner opening of the bore 7 to the lower end of the slot 10 coincides so that fluid inserted into the hole 7, and can escape from the tube. 5 In the position 21, the tube 5 is pivoted in the horizontal direction, so that the inner opening of the bore 7 bears against the wall 9 of the spherical inner surface 8, without overlapping with the slot 10th In this position the valve is closed.
As can be seen in Figures 1, 3a and 3b, the outer edge 12 of the opening 11, recesses that allow a maximum deflection of the tube 5 in the direction of these recesses. It respective opposite pairs of recesses 13 are provided, one of said pairs of vertically and the other is aligned substantially horizontally. The edge 12 of the opening 11 will thereby corrugated. The closed positions of the valve are essentially characterized thereby defined such that the tube is in one of the horizontally aligned recesses, while in the other tube positions, in particular in the middle position, ie the orientation of the tube along the valve cap axis, the valve 3 is opened.
It is understood that any positions of the tube can be fixed in the swing area defined by the outer opening than closing or open position by appropriate orientation of the slot or by a different type of design of the inner opening of the wall of the valve cap.
The lid 15 of the screw 14 has on its upper side a not visible in the drawings opening with a diameter of about 2-8 mm, which can be easily closed by a finger.
The cans 18, 18 'have an inner cone, which fits on the tube 5, the nozzle 18 in the region of its opening has a ball-like thickening, which makes it possible to set the nozzle substantially completely sealed to one nostril, so that with a nasal irrigation the fluid does not flow past.
The nozzle 18 'for an ear irrigation is hand tapered designed so that they can be easily inserted into the ear canal.
The bottle can be easily inserted with its opposite side portions 16 in a wall mount that essentially consists of two 16 spaced side portions protruding fingers which grip the side portions between the corrugations 17, wherein the corrugations 17 prevent slippage of the container. 1
Such nose or ears shower can be easily filled with liquid and apply safely and securely by laymen.
