Abstract
In the process for the search and preparation of probes that are common and / or specific to Pestivirus strains, an area of about 110 to 115 bases located near the 5 'end on the genome of a Pestivirus in the non-coding region is amplified. corresponding to the region between the bases 200 and 310 of the genome of BVD Osloss virus using convergent primers substantially hybridizing at the ends of this non-coding zone, the amplified zone is sequenced and, in comparison with the similar zones already sequenced other varieties of Pestivirus, we search the oligonucleotide sequences homologous and / or specific probes.
