The invention relates to a screen device for an insertable into an assembly magazine electrical assembly. It is known (see DE-U-8803 544.1), make the front panel of the module made of metal and it attach feathered contact plates which are provided with lateral lobes. These lobes are formed so that they rest on the front panel of the adjacent module. The grounded front panel allow manufactures a complete electrical shielding of the modules from the front along with the contact plates.
Modern electronic circuits operating at very high clock rates require a shield. Since the front panels are connected in series of modules electrically succession occurs particularly of a low coupling resistance between the front panel. This requirement precludes that the front panel and the contact plates made of different materials, which leads to electrical corrosion and that per faceplate two electrical transitions are present.
The invention is based, to reduce the electrical resistance and the production effort the task.
This object is achieved by the invention according to claim. 1 Since the shroud is immediately contacted with the adjacent shrouds, reduces the number of electrical transitions per faceplate. It same materials are respectively contacted with each other, which reduces the risk of electric corrosion. Thus, the transition resistances are considerably reduced, so that resulting interference can flow easier.
Since the shield plate covers the entire front panel, it can be held by means of suitable locking means in a simple manner on the front panel, so that the assembly cost is reduced accordingly. A significant advantage is also the fact that now the front panel can be manufactured inexpensively from plastic because it is no longer needed for the shield or contacting.
Advantageous developments of the invention are characterized in claims 2 to 11: By continuing to claim 2, it is possible to arrange the non-resilient contact points in a defined plane, so that it is possible to adjust uniform contact conditions.
By continuing to claim 3 is greater variation possibilities regarding the design of the contacts.
By continuing to claim 4 larger spacing tolerances between the front panel can be compensated.
The development according to claim 5 enables a strong interaction of the lobe with the non-resilient contact points with a high number of contacts with correspondingly large contact surface.
By continuing to claim 6, the same shielding plates can be mounted in the same orientation to all front panel.
The development according to claim 7 can be applied to both Kontaktierungsarten. With the combination of resilient contact tabs with downer mating contact point, the contact tabs of assembly to assembly are offset by half a pitch. This can be conveniently achieved in that the shroud has a downer contact point at one end of a lobe and at the other end and that the shield plates are mounted in alternating orientation to the front panel. However, if a contact from lobe to lobe is desired, the shield plates are mounted in the same orientation to the front panel.
The development according to claim 8 utilizes the elastic properties of the shroud also for attachment to the front bezel.
The development according to claim 9 results in a large number of retaining tabs, so that the forces occurring during the drawing of the assembly are reliably absorbed.
By continuing to claim 10, the retaining tabs may be particularly advantageous used as contact points.
The lobe of claim 11 can be bent low and provide good spring properties.
The invention based on an embodiment shown in the drawing in more detail.

Fig. 1

shows in perspective a portion of two adjacent modules with front covers and shrouds,

FIG. 2

shows a plan view of the parts shown in FIG. 1

According to Figures 1 and 2 two electrical assemblies are inserted in a not shown magazine. The modules comprise printed circuit boards 1, are attached to the front panel made of plastic existing front panel. 2 On the front panel shield plates 3 are snapped. The substantially U-shaped shielding plates 3 have on their longitudinal sides in an alternating sequence retaining tabs 4 and contact lugs 5, which are produced by shearing and bending different. It protrudes above the contact tab 5, the retaining tabs 4. The tabs are arranged in mirror image on both longitudinal sides of the shroud.
The shroud 3 extends over the entire length and width of the bezel 4. The contact tabs 5 are contacted with contact tabs 5 of the adjacent modules. Thus, the total front of the loaded magazine is covered high-frequency tight.
The holding tabs 4 are bent perpendicular to the front side of the modules. The free end of the retaining lugs 4 is bent to the front panel 2 back and engages behind this at a corresponding latching shoulder 6. The front panel 2 is provided with lateral bevels 7 for the retaining tabs. 4
The lateral lobes 5 are semicircular bent back and tower above the front panel 2 towards the adjacent front panels so far as to resiliently press against the contact tab 5 of the adjacent shrouds. 3 Due to the number of contact lugs 5 a large-area contact between the shield plates 3 is thus given.
