Optical base material and optical product using the same and method of manufacturing the optical base material.

Abstract

An optical base material (77) comprising more than two transparent parallel plates (2) and more than one thin layer (1) having a desired optical function, the transparent parallel plates (2) and thin layers (i) being alternately laminated so that the transparent parallel plates form the outermost layers, and a method of manufacturing such an optical base material ano an optical element using the same.

  1. 1
An optical base material comprising more than two transparent parallel plates and more than one thin layer having a desired optical function, said transparent parallel plates and thin layers being alternately laminated so that the transparent parallel plates form the outermost layers.
  2. 10
An optical element having an optical functional layer made of thin film or thin plate and two transparent media holding said layer tightly therebetween, said optical element being a phase element having various properties with respect to multiple light beams having angles of incidence on the said optical functional layer which are not right-angles but are different and non-parallel.
  3. 15
An optical element having an optical functional layer and two transparent media holding said layer tightly therebetween, wherein said optical functional layer is composed of a plurality of thin plates or films tightly connected to each other and having a plurality of optical functions for a light beam incident thereupon.
  4. 16
An optical element having an optical functional layer and two transparent media holding said layer tightly therebetween, wherein said optical functional layer is composed of a combination of at least one thin plate and at least one film, tightly connected to each other and having a plurality of optical functions for a light beam incident thereupon.
