Rotary motor-driven sprayer using injection of pressurized air and of steam for spraying grease on pellets coming from the die of a press.

p0001The spray principle is described below: (See sketch No. 1).

p0002Centrifugal (13) rotates through a high-speed motor, adjustable éventuelement (2000 to 6000 rev / min).

p0003By input A and the injector (2) the liquid is introduced into the centrifuge.Par the centrifugal force the liquid is projected against the wall which increases its speed circulaire.L'extrémité conical centrifugal effect to spray the liquid into fine droplets and to project it with force. (Very high energy due to the increase of the circular speed has the effect to break the cohesion of the liquid).

p0004By input B is introduced adjustable compressed air (or other gas) around the outside of the centifuge and exits the sprayer speed élevée.L'air carries the liquid particles in a spray cone.

p0005Optionally can be introduced through the inlet C another gas, liquid or powder as a supplementary component into the spray cone.

p0006For the D input is fed the vapor in the liquid / air mixture at the outlet of the spray cone.

p0007The incorporation of steam has the effect of increasing the temperature of the fat, thereby improving the spraying of the fat at the output of centrifugal, and allows homogeneous distribution of the fat on the granules.

Brief description of applications.

grease spray on the die of a press feed (see figure 2).

p0008The warm granules are coated with grease or aroma directly to the output of the sector. Μ the spray cone is constant (independent of production capacity) and covers the entire width of the die, the production capacity of variations does not influence in any way the spray cone. The possibility of incorporating the steam allows the rapid increase of the temperature of the fat, grease mist is refined which improves the homogeneous distribution of the fat around the granules and the fat is more easily absorbed by the hot granulated.
