Mounting device.
Abstract
A mounting device for a drive assembly and parts of the assembly in the vehicle body of a motor vehicle is described. The device comprises a rigidly connected supporting and receiving bracket forming a carrying unit for an air-filter housing and a battery. The receiving bracket has a bearing plate for an engine mount and both brackets are in each case supported on the body, on body beams.

The invention relates to a Haltevorichtung for a drive unit and parts of the unit in the vehicle body of a motor vehicle.
a bearing for an air filter of an internal combustion engine is known from DE-GM 18 07 288, whose housing is connected via two supports to a machine part, which are provided elastic elements between the supports and the housing.
Object of the invention is to provide a compact, integrated in the vehicle body structure holding device with stable support and Shoo elements for parts of the drive unit and a motor bearing.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Further advantageous features include the sub-claims.
The principal advantages achieved with the invention consist in the fact that in a corner region of the vehicle body, in which a longitudinal support is connected with a cross member by a compact component, which is supported on the support, simultaneously over a supporting bracket which is connected to a mounting bracket , an air filter, a battery and a motor bearing is maintained. This rigidly interconnected consoles due to its design, eg by the columnar formations on the support bracket, relatively stiff in this area, so that only a few storage facilities are required at the construction beams.
The support and mounting bracket is in the field in front of a transversely mounted engine adjacent an frontseritigen crossmember arranged so that a good accessibility for the air filter and the battery is guaranteed and they are without disabilities upward removal.
Through an extension of the base plate of the mounting bracket can be simultaneously amplified the storage location for the motor bearings in a support portion of the longitudinal member, without any additional components are required.
Vibration-isolated mounting of the air filter to the vehicle body in the receiving console resilient bearing elements are provided on the one hand between the transverse beam and the supporting arm and on the other hand between the support bracket and the air filter housing.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a supporting and mounting bracket,

FIG. 2 is a view in the direction of arrow A of Fig. 1 seen

Fig. 3 is a view seen in the arrow direction B of Fig. 2,

Fig. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 1, and

Fig. 5 shows a section along line VV in FIG. 1.

The holding device 1 consists essentially of two carrier unit forming a console 2 and 3, wherein the supporting bracket 2 for supporting an air filter housing 4 and the further mounting bracket 3 serves to support a Batterier fifth
The brackets 2 and 3 are rigidly interconnected and extend substantially in the transverse direction of the vehicle between a front crossmember assembly 6 and a drive unit M.
As shown particularly in Fig. 2, the supporting bracket 2 made of a U-shaped molded part with two vertically projecting columns 7 and 8. These are connected to each other via a sheet metal formed rib 9. At this rib 9 is a horizontal leading away web 10 is provided which extends up to the columns and which is screwed to a base plate 11 of the mounting bracket 3 so that the two brackets 2 and 3 in terms of strength form a structural unit, such as in particular also Fig. 1, 4 and 5 show.
The Recording Console 3 is supported on the base plate 11 on a running vehicle longitudinal carrier 6a, which in turn is held on the transverse support 6 of the vehicle body.
The base plate 11 is extended over the recording surface of the battery 5 by addition of a stiffening base 13 to a support element 14, in which a motor bearing 15 is arranged. The engine mounts, as Fig. 2 shows in more detail, supported by cross bearing flanges in an opening and fixed by screws.
Further support of the support unit to the vehicle body takes place on the transverse support 6 via a support arm 16 which is integrally formed on the air filter 4th
The mounting of the air cleaner housing 4 by three elastic bearing elements 17, 18 and 19, wherein two bearing members 17 and 18 is provided directly on the columns 7 and 8 of the mounting bracket 3 and the third bearing member 19 on the cross member. 6 In contrast, the carrier unit is held consisting of the two brackets 2 and 3 interconnected via the elastic bearing element 19 and by connecting the mounting bracket 3 to the side member 6a in the vehicle body.
