  2. 3
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by a temperature controller (13) associated with one or more users (2, 3) for detecting the existing temperature and issuing corresponding turn on requests for the associated user or users, and furthermore, for each user, a battery memory (11, 12) connected to said enabling and disabling means, a timer (6, 7) connected to the respective battery memory and to said enabling and disabling means, and actuator means (4, 5), connectable between the respective timer (6, 7) and the respective user (2, 3).
  3. 5
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means for detecting the power requests are connected to said temperature controllers (13) and, when a said request is received, they enable the battery memory or memories (11, 12) associated with the temperature controller to increment it up to a maximum value defining a cycle time.
  4. 6
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enabling and disabling means comprise means for detecting the value counted by said memory batteries (11, 12) and for enabling said available power detecting means if the value counted by said memory batteries is higher than a preset time defining an alarm limit for insufficient power.
  5. 7
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by means for detecting the setting of prioritized or unprioritized operation and to selectively enable said priority evaluation means or said turn on evaluating means.
  6. 8
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enabling or disabling means furthermore comprise means for loading said battery memories of the requesting users with said cycle time when said means for checking the available power verify that the power is sufficient.
  7. 9
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said temperature controllers (13) comprise means for sending a signal indicating that the temperature has been reached and in that said enabling and disabling means furthermore comprise means for enabling the decrement of said battery memories (11, 12) and the sending, by said memories, of actuation pulses to said associated actuator elements (4, 5) if said signal indicating that the temperature has been reached is not received.
  8. 10
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enabling and disabling means furthermore comprise means for verifying the count value of said battery memories (11, 12) and sending a disabling signal to the related actuation elements (4, 5) when said count value drops to zero.
  9. 11
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said enabling and disabling means furthermore comprise means for resetting said battery memories (11, 12) if said signal indicating that the temperature has been reached is received.
  10. 12
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by means for cyclically enabling said enabling and disabling means.
  11. 13
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by means for setting a quick-startup operation and loading all the battery memories (11, 12) to the maximum value when the device is switched on.
  12. 14
A device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said timers (6, 7) comprise programming means (9) to set the maximum value which can be loaded by said battery memories (11, 12).
  13. 15
A process for adjusting the available power in electric power systems, in particular for electric power systems for electic ovens, comprising the steps of a) detecting the power requests of a plurality of users;b) checking if the available power is sufficient to feed the requesting users;c) enabling and disabling selectively some of said users according to the available power, characterized by steps d) enabling and disabling including evaluating the of remaining turn-on time of the already enabled users and selectively disabling one or more of said already enabled users with lower remaining turn-on time when the available power is not sufficient to feed the users issuing a power request and e) cyclically repeating steps a) to d).
  14. 17
A process according to any of claims 15-16, characterized in that when one of said requests is received a battery memory associated with each user is enabled so that it can increment up to a programmed value.
  15. 19
A process according to any of claims 15-18, characterized in that the value counted by said battery memories is detected and if the value counted by said memories is greater than a preset cycle time availability of power is controlled.
  16. 20
A process according to any of claims 15-19, characterized in that the setting of prioritized or unprioritized operation is detected and in that the priority evaluation procedure or the turn on time evaluation procedure is selectively started.
  17. 21
A process according to any of claims 15-20, characterized in that said memory batteries of the requesting users are loaded with said cycle time when the available power is sufficient.
