p0031. From the position of starting shown in Figure 8, while placing the clipper 67 of the lever 71 is somewhat depressed - but without the pin 75 presses the locking lever 76. When re-accommodating the hair clipper remains the roller 72 outside of the undercut formed by the projection 74 so that the clipper 67 may be without the adapter 62, the charging stand 64 removed. It is ensured by the insertion of the locking lever 76 into the recess 79 that the adapter 62 remains in the charging stand 64th Fig. 9 shows that position in which the lever 71 is depressed, although somewhat by the weight of the hair clipper, however, the connection between the hair clipper 67 and adapter 62 is not locked.
p0032If additional pressure exerted downwards on the clipper 67, the position shown in FIG. 10 is achieved. The lever 71 is then locked by the lock lever 76, the roller 72 engages in the undercut of the hair clipper 67 and thus the adapter 62 and the clipper 67 locked together.
p0033In the deflected position of the lock lever 76 of the locking lever is the adapter 62 exposed in the charging stand 64th The hair clipper 67 can now be removed together with the adapter 62 to the charging stand 64 and runs on AC power.
p0034done To disconnect the adapter from the clipper again a pressure on the hair clipper 67, whereupon the locking lever swivels 76 laterally (perpendicular to the plane), and the pin 75 and thus the lever 71 releases.
p0035Such bistable elements are known, for example, pens or electrical pushbuttons. In electrical pushbuttons thereby usually a stamped from sheet metal locking hook is used similarly to the locking lever 76 which is pivotable in two planes. At a first pressure of the pawl is deflected in a first plane and locks a pin which is provided on the movable portion of the pushbutton. At a second pressure of the locking hook is moved in the other plane and are via a slope the pin free again, so that the pushbutton is raised.
p0036In the position shown in Fig. 8, the clipper 67 is powered by electricity from the battery. When fitting to the adapter 62 without any particular pressure (Fig. 9), the contact springs 65 touch the contacts 66, so that the accumulator is being charged. The roller 72 slides past a protrusion 74 in the lower part of the hair clipper 67 so that the clipper 67 may be the charging stand 64 removed again without adapter 62nd
p0037By increasing the pressure on the hair clipper 67 appliance, the lever 71 in the position shown in Fig. 10, so that the roller 72 is moved behind the projection 74. Thus, the adapter 62 (11 Fig.) Is interlocked with the hair cutting machine 67 and can be removed together with it the loading pole 64.
p0038By repeated pressing the clipper 67 of the lever 71 moves back into the position shown in FIG. 9, so that the next time you use the hair clipper 65 of the adapter 62 in the charging stand 64 remains.
p0039In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 12 to 14, form the charging stand and a fixed adapter assembly. A plate-shaped first leg 81 of the charging stand is provided at the bottom with an adapter in the form of a bowl-shaped bracket 82, which includes the lower part of the hair clipper 83rd In addition, the edition includes 82 contact springs 84 for connection of the cable 12 with not shown contacts the clipper 83. A second leg 85 is pivotally mounted on the first leg 81 and forms a pillar that of a spreading spring 86 against a stop, not shown from the first leg 81 is spread.
p0040At the first leg 81 facing side of the hair clipper 83 has two recesses 87, 88 are provided. The position shown in Figure 12. The charging stand allows removal of the hair clipper 83 of the charging stand and a subsequent battery mode. Should be supplied 83 via the cable 12 when operating with electricity due to insufficient charging of the accumulator, the hair clipper, the clipper 83 including the charging stand is so taken that the leg 85 is pivoted toward the first leg 81st Here comes a befindlicher on pillar 85 hook 89 in the recess 88 so that the clipper 83 can not slide out of the bracket 82 upwards. In addition, a pillar connected to the lever 90 is pivoted within the recess 87 such that it 83 prevents removal of the hair cutting machine from the first leg 81st Thus, the charging stand is firmly attached to the hair clipper 83, which is then operated with voltage from the power supply.
p0041In order to prevent that 85 the locking between hair clipper and the charging stand is released by releasing of the supporting leg, the leg 85 can be displaced in the direction of the arrow 91 against the first leg 81 so that a corresponding projection of the support leg 85 in a recess of the first leg 81 extends and locks the mainstay 85th
p0042Fig. 13 shows another view of the charging stand in the storage position with indicated clipper. FIG. 14 illustrates the clipper with the charging stand is in a working position for network operation.
p0043Figures 15 to 19 show a fifth embodiment, where FIG. 15 illustrates the stored on the charging stand hair clipper with the disconnected adapter, and Fig. 17 with the coupled adapter. Fig. 16 Figure 19 is a plan view of the charging stand with the adapter with a removed hair clipper, while Fig. 18 shows the section A-A (Fig. 15) and Fig. The view X (Fig. 15): FIG.
p0044In the embodiment shown in the figures 15 to 19 a rectangular charging stand 101 is provided with a recess 102, in which the hair clipper can be inserted 103rd At the lower end of the recess 102, the charging stand 101 has a recess 104 which allows the passage of the cable 12th The recess 102 is formed in the region of the lower end of the adapter for receiving the 105th The adapter 105 is formed at an angle and includes with its legs substantially the lower end and partially a side of the hair clipper 103rd
p0045For the releasable connection of the hair cutting machine 103 to the adapter 105, an operation projection 106 is at the lower end of the hair cutting machine is provided, which engages in a coupled adapter into a recess 107 of the adapter 105th Further, the hair clipper has a recess 108, on its lower side wall two locking lugs 109, 110 are provided. In the case of a coupled adapter (Fig. 17) is a latching clip of the adapter 111 enters into the recess 108, which engages behind the locking lugs 109, 110. A compression spring 115 pushes the operation projection 106 on the upper rounded edge of the recess 107. As a result, by the bevel of the actuating projection 106 and contact springs 116, 117, the clipper 103 is pressed against the engagement tab 111 and locks the interface with the hair clipper.
p0046The electrical connection is guaranteed by the contact springs 116, 117 on the adapter 105 and contacts 118 on the hair clipper 103rd In this case, both the contact springs 116, 117 as well as the contacts 118 are formed such that a contact is made both in the coupled and in the decoupled position of the adapter. In addition, keep the contact springs 116, 117, the clipper 103 in the position shown in Fig. 15.
p0047In order to lock the adapters in the charging stand when it is not coupled to the hair clipper, the compression spring 115 is a two-legs 120, 121 in the toggle link. The ends of the legs 120, 121 are formed as latch 122, 123 that engage in a relaxed compression spring 115 in holes 124, 125 of the charging stand 101, and thus lock the adapter. In the coupled adapter (Fig. 17), the pressure spring by the actuation projection 106, which presses on the knee lever, compressed, whereupon the toggle lever 120, 121 to the dotted position indicated device and the latches 122, 123 are pulled out of the holes 124, 125 and thus release the adapter.
p0048At sufficiently charged accumulator the clipper 103 is placed loosely on the charging stand 101, as shown in Fig. 15. Here, the accumulator via the contact springs 116, 117 and the contacts Loading 118th When reusing the clipper 103 is easily removed upward as long as an operation to the battery is possible. However, if the hair clipper 103 required when the charge of the battery is no longer sufficient for operation, the adapter 105 can be coupled by means of in Fig. 15 movement shown by arrows 126th In this case 115 slides the operating projection 106 against the force of the compression spring into the recess 107. When the operating projection 106 completely in the recess 107, the latching clip 111 over the latching noses 109, 110 slide, to which the adapter 105 is coupled (Fig. 17). For subsequent operation of the clipper 103 via the cable 12, the clipper with the coupled adapter is removed by a substantially rectilinear motion the charging stand one hundred and first For disconnecting the adapter when the hair clipper is to be operated again without wires, displacement of the hair clipper and then a rotary movement is first necessary as it is indicated in Fig. 17 by arrows 127th
p0049Both when starting and when uncoupling the respective second phase of movement is only possible if the first movement phase is substantially complete. Thus, the movements can be performed for the presence or undocking relative "carefree". For connecting, for example, it is sufficient if pressure is applied as a result from two arrows towards the lower part of the hair clipper. Once the operation projection 106 is intruded into the recess 107, sliding the latching clip 111 via the detents 109, 110, whereby the coupling process is completed.
p0050In the bottom plate 112 of the charging stand 101 feet 113 are admitted from material with large sticking coefficient to 101 prevent slippage of the charging stand on the respective booth 114th
p0051Fig. 20 shows a circuit diagram for the second to seventh embodiments. The wires 23, 24 of the cable are each connected to a contact spring 9, 11, which touch the contacts 6, 8 of the hair clipper when the clipper is placed on the adapter. The switching is whether this adapter is locked. As with the previously described circuit of Fig. 2 is a diode 25, a charging resistor 26, an accumulator 27 and a motor 28 are provided. As A / off switch, a two-pole switch 3 is used.
p0052A sixth embodiment is explained below with reference to 21 through 30th In FIG. 21, the hair cutting apparatus 1 is shown in section in the left part. At the lower end, the hair clipper 1 with a recess 133, in which two contact strips are provided, of which in Fig. 21, only one contact strip 134 is visible. When not in use the hair clipper 1 135 (Fig. 22) is placed in a charging stand, in which the adapter 136 is set Snap.
p0053Fig. Figure 23 shows the stored hair cutting machine 1 in the charging stand 135. In the illustrated position, in which the hair-cutting machine 1 does not occupy the left end position in the charging stand 135, an electrical connection between the contact strip 134 and the adapter 136 mounted further contact strip 132 is present , The accumulator in the hair cutting apparatus 1 is thus charged. Thus, the hair clipper 1 device even with an inaccurate filing in the illustrated in Figure 23. Location, the charging stand 135 is provided at the front end with an inclined surface 138 ', which can slide the clipper 1 in the correct position.
p0054Fig. 24 shows the hair clipper 1 with a hitched adapter 136, so that between the cable 12 and the hair cutting apparatus 1 an electrical connection is made and the hair cutting apparatus 1 can be operated at a discharged battery to AC power. The penetrated into the hole pin 150 holds the adapter 136 in the horizontal direction, while the adapter 136 perpendicularly through the projection 151 and the shoulder 152 and the flaps 144 (figures 29 u. 30) in conjunction with the recesses 153 (Figures 27. u. 28) is held.
p0055Further details of the charging stand and the hair clipper can be seen from the 25 through 28th
p0056The adapter 136 is shown in more detail in Figures 29 and 30th FIG. 29a) shows a longitudinal section, Fig. 29b), a side view and Fig. 29c) is a plan view. Fig. 30 shows a) a bottom view and b) a front view. The adapter 136 has a top to bottom continuous bore 138 to which an inclined surface rises 139th At the bottom of the bore extends 138 via a buckle 140 to a slot 141 (Fig. 29a)). Above the inclined surface 139, the bore is about 142 (Fig. 29c)) into a continuous slot. On the cable 12 adjacent the end of the adapter 136 hook-shaped spreading arms 143 are provided, which are elastically movable towards one another. In addition, the adapter 136 has laterally protruding tabs 144 above the spreading arms 143rd
p0057In normal operation, the adapter 136 shown in FIG. 22 is set in the charging stand 135th Here, the adapter 136 is a hand held by a fixed arrangement of the charging stand 135 conical pin 145, which engages in the bore 138 of the adapter 136th On the other hand, engage behind the spreader arms 143 the side edges 146 (Fig. 26) of a recess 147 in the end wall 148 of the charging stand 135. The hair cutting machine 1 can then, as shown in FIG. 23, are stored, wherein the electrical connection between the contact strips 134 and the arranged on the adapter 136 contact strip 132 comes about. When recording of the hair cutting apparatus 1 of the adapter 136 is connected to the charging stand 135th
p0058If the hair clipper to 1 operated from the mains, because the battery is discharged, it can show in a simple way, the adapter 136 can be uncoupled from the charging stand 135 and coupled to the hair cutting apparatus 1, as FIG. 24. For this, the hair cutting apparatus 1 is shifted from the rest position shown in Fig. 23 to the left in an end position. A stored in the hair clipper 1 pin 150 then slides on the inclined surface 139 of the adapter 136, until it touches the fixed in the charging stand pen 145th A coil spring 149 is compressed thereby. Further, while the spreading arms 143 are compressed in a manner not shown by the side walls of the recess 133 and are free of the side edges 146th
p0059Then, if the hair clipper 1 tilted at the top up or simply removed from the top, the pin 150 penetrates through the force of coil spring into the hole 138 of the adapter 136th Simultaneously, the adapter 136 is taken by a protrusion 151 in the recess 133, which engages behind an edge 152 of the adapter 136. Thus, the desired locking connection between the adapter 136 and the hair cutting apparatus 1 has come about. the tabs 144 of the adapter 136 (27 Fig.) (Figure 28 see..) In the process on corresponding recesses 153 of the hair cutting apparatus 1.
p0060If the coupling between the adapter 136 and the hair cutting apparatus 1 is to be released again, the hair clipper 1 need only be placed in the charging stand 135 and easily pushed down. The curvature 140 in the slot 141, the hair cutting apparatus 1 is then directed via the fixed conical pin 145 in the charging stand 135 in the left end position. Then, the pin 150 is pushed up by the fixed conical pin 145 and pushed out of the bore 138th Then, if the hair clipper 1 moved back to the right into the position shown in Fig. 23, so engage behind the spreader arms 143, the edges 146 of the end wall 148 and it comes the snap connection shown in Figure 23. between the adapter 136 and the charging stand 135 reestablished.
p0061In the seventh embodiment with reference to FIGS 31 to 34 described for connection to the adapter 160 serving portions of the hair cutting apparatus 1 (in particular Fig. 21), as in the sixth embodiment designed. The adapter 160 itself and cooperating with it parts of the charging stand and the charging stand 154 are however designed differently.
p0062Fig. Figure 31 shows the charging stand 154 with a coupled on this adapter 160 and with loosely on a support surface 155 DOMICILED hair cutting apparatus 1, which is electrically connected in a manner similar to the sixth embodiment with the adapter 160. For clarity, the electrical connections were in the figures 31 to 34 but not shown. To lock the adapter 160 to the charging stand 154 are hooks 157, which are connected via spring tongues 158 integral with the end wall 156 of the charging stand 154th The hooks project in the relaxed condition of the spring tongues 158 on the inner surface of the end wall 156 and thus also prevent movement of the adapter 160 in the direction of the axis of the pin 159, when the adapter is returned up to the end wall 156th A movement of the adapter in the direction of arrow Y is only possible against the force of another spring 161 which is mounted in a bore of the charging stand 154 and a guiding and holding part 162 of the pin 159, which projects through a slot 163 in the direction presses on the end wall 156th
p0063In the position shown, the hair cutting apparatus 1 also be taken vertically to upward both in the direction of the arrow Y as without the adapter 160 follows.
p0064Fig. 32 shows the view of the charging stand 154 with an inserted adapter 160 from the direction X (Fig. 31). The hair cutting apparatus 1 is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
p0065Fig. 33 shows a part of the charging stand 154, in particular the end wall 156 from the direction Y (Fig. 31), wherein the hair cutting apparatus 1 also chained lines and invisible parts of the charging stand 154 and the adapter are indicated 160 dashed.
p0066Referring to FIG. 31, the uncoupling of the adapter 160 will be described from the charging stand 154 with simultaneous coupling to the hair-cutting machine 1 in the following. For this, the hair clipper 1 is opposite to the direction of the arrow Y postponed until the hook to complete 157 approximately flush with the inner surface of the end wall 156th At the same time the pin is aligned 150 with the bore 164. The tabs penetrate 144 of the adapter into the recesses 153 of the clipper and the projection 151 of the hair clipper in paragraph 152 of the adapter so that the adapter 160 during the subsequent lifting against the direction of the arrow X the hair clipper 1 follows. The pin 159 is withdrawn from the bore 164 so that the pin 150 can enter 149 in the bore 164 due to the force of the spring. Thus, the adapter in the Y direction is locked to the hair clipper first This is shown again in FIG. 34.
p0067After completion of network operation (Fig. 34), the clipper be placed on the charging stand 154 such (slightly pressed down) that the position shown in FIG. 31 is taken again automatically, from a removal of the hair clipper for mains operation or for the accumulator operation, as already explained, is possible. The spherical formation and the displacement of the pin 159 does not occur terminals - even if the hair clipper should be 1 tipped during removal.
p0068Below is provided for the cable 12 recess in the end wall 156 of the charging stand 154 is provided with two further downwardly open recesses 165, 165 ', so that the cable 12 can be performed under the charging stand 154 for adapter 160th This laying of the cable looks attractive and can be carried out when a network operation can hardly be expected. The rearwardly extending cable also does not interfere.
