Container with a cover inserted in its upper side, and protected by a seal.
Abstract
The cover, having a removal opening, is to be protected by a seal which rules out undetectable unauthorised removal. A cap 15, consisting of thin metal sheet, is proposed as seal which can slide with an inwardly directed collar 17 over the base of the cover and in this case, grips behind a moulded-on profile ring 18 of the cover.

p0001The innovation relates to a container with a a a profiled edge area having the removal opening containing topsoil and introduced into the extraction opening, made of plastic and closed by a screw cap closure, which is overlaid by a sealer.
p0002Such, container final, consisting of plastic closures in a number of varied versions in use. Except and optionally disposed adjacent the closure itself and of its screw überfangenene sealers whose condition is not readily apparent, even outer sealing apparatuses are known in which up or tear-off sealing washers with parts of the closure are molded together or are applied to the closure and are held thereto. Subsequent to the closure applied sealing devices may be designed as glued to the sealing foil, for example. Plastic-laminated metal foils, but it can also be provided stronger sheet metal discs, which are either used in plastic parts of the buckle or a fixing the lock, for example. Clinched ring held are. However, it has shown that complete protection is not provided to prevent unauthorized opening. Metal plates, but also films, may after careful removal or after careful cutting eg. On lying among them parts of the closure are glued in such a way that at least even with moderately careful look at the manipulation is not to discover readily. In a number of cases, moreover, it is possible to push out or pull out without such unauthorized opening appears obvious the elastic se plastic closure means of tools from the upper floor of the container.
p0003The innovation is therefore based on the object to provide a container having a cased by a visible sealing device closure of a safe, easily inspectable protection against unau- term break of container yields with easier manufacturability and low expence.
p0004This object is achieved by a made of thin sheet metal sealing cap, the circular base is surrounded by a revolving shell, at the lower end an inwardly directed collar connects, engages behind a formed on a to the base of the closure subsequent upward flange profile ring. Herewith is achieved that the relatively fixed with its back-gripping collar holding sealing cap can still comparatively slightly up in the closure that this forces to be applied, however, which consists of thin sheet metal sealing cap deform so consistent that a realignment of the base in a plane and a repeated pressing at least through the disturbed level of the base immediately recognizable. The pressing can be easily and practically in the same operation with the introduction of the shutter effect even if the profile ring is constructed sawtooth so that the collar of the sealing cap over a flat edge of the profile ring is feasible and is held after their passing through a steep slope. As much has still shown to the removal opening of the topsoil bounding edge region to profile such that a downward jacket is created to connect the the closure receiving annular surface, and surrounds the sealing cap such that on the one hand the upper deck areas of the topsoil and the sealing cap are practically in one plane and the other part of the mantle of topsoil to the sealing cap encloses with such a small distance that although the introduction of the sealing cap is not inhibited, the attaching of tools but is practically impossible, or at least made readily apparent. The removal of the top surface of the sealing cap to the dawn of the container can be facilitated if the base is equipped with a pre-cut tear line extending suitably circular and whose diameter is chosen so that auszuziehenden parts of the buckle that to happen the area bounded by the tear line opening assets.
p0005Appropriate and advantageous developments are described in the further dependent claims.
p0006In particular, the features of the invention from the following description of an embodiment in conjunction with this illustrative drawings are explained. Shown here

1 shows a section terminated by a topsoil of a container with an inserted in the extraction opening, cased by a sealing cap closure shown,

Figure 2 is a plan view of the arrangement of FIG. 1,

Figure 3 enlarged a covenant of the sealing cap having section of FIG. 1, and

Figure 4 is a similar to Fig. 2 with a plan view a tear line having sealing cap.

p0007In the figures, broken off, an existing sheet of the upper bottom of a container 1 is shown, which turns to form a dispensing opening in the form of a sleeve 2 downward or inward. The lower portion of the shell turns to an annular surface 3, the outer end is again bent downward-inward. On the annular surface 3, the flange 4 is supported from the base 5 of a pressed, consisting of plastic closure. When pressing a formed as a bead 6 reinforcing the base 5 of the closure, the annular surface 3 and the inwardly bent end region passes so that the end face of the tubular free end bears against the bead 6 and the base 5 of the capsule is sealed in a mechanically secure and reliable holds.
p0008In known per se adjoins the base 5 an extendable bellows 7 of which merges into a provided with an externally threaded pour spout 8, within which a sealing disc 9 is provided, consisting along provided as predetermined breaking points grooves by pulling on a handle 10 the spout is leachable. On the external thread of the spout 8 a screw cap 11 is screwed on tightly, the head plate 12 is equipped with an in the mouth of the pouring spout 8 sealingly engages sealing cone. The top plate 12 has, opposite each other, two webs 13, connect to the swing-around hinges, approximately semicircular handlebar 14th
p0009About Catch the closure including screw through a created from relatively thin sheet metal sealing cap 15, which consists of a circular base to which a connecting downwardly extending casing 16, the lower end has an inwardly directed collar 17, the one to the flange 4 formed profile ring 18 engages behind. Here, the height of the envelope 2 of the topsoil 1, considering the strength of the flange 5, the height of the profile ring 18 and of the shell 16 such that the upper deck areas of the topsoil 1 and the sealing cap 15 after insertion of the closure are at the same height , and the clear width of the casing 2 and the outer diameter of the cladding 16 are selected so that the mutually facing surfaces of the claddings include such a small intermediate space that although the application of the sealing cap 15 is not hindered, insertion of tools into the through the clearance gap formed but at least without clearly visible damage is impossible.
p0010Of the closure assembly is virtually not hampered by the introduction of the sealing cap 15: the sealing cap mounted closure initially be in the pressing tool inserted 15 and applied so that when pressing the base 5 at the same time into the dispensing opening of the topsoil 1 and the sealing cap over the profile ring is pressed 18th Relieved is this how the enlarged detail of FIG shows. 3, or by the fact that the profile ring 18 has an approximately saw-tooth profile, the flat edge is facing upward and the sliding over the federal 17 facilitated while the steep slope to on pushing the seal back keeps their covenant with detent. The steep slope of the profile ring 18 may still be made slightly inclined in order to facilitate demolding of the closure, it may be directed normally to the axis, or also undercut. The collar 17 may, for example, to form an approximately semicircular profile, be stitched to the seal cap 15. it has also proven to only substantially approximately semicircular shape and to keep the areas of the free end of the profile of this stretched over a short length, said elongated portion of the profile can run relatively steeply inclined inward to vertical covenant.
p0011To facilitate the removal of the sealing cap 15 is this, as the plan view of FIG. 2, provided with an opening 19, in which can be by means of a tool, eg. A screwdriver, intervened. In order to lift the sealing cap, although only minor forces are required; . Because the sealing cap, however, is made of fairly thin metal sheet, for example, tinplate, deformations result in this case not only in the immediate vicinity region of the opening 19; by lifting up already at a peripheral portion of the profile ring 18 and adherence to other areas is practically in every case the removal of the sealing cap this kinked and so severely deformed that even after straightening attempts will always be recognizable at first glance that this sealing cap already taken and was this deformed.
p0012Lighten can be the opening of the sealing device, when as shown in FIG. 4, the top surface of the sealing cap is provided with a pre-cut tear line 20, the circular runs suitably with a diameter which allows the drawing through the parts of the closure. In such a case, the dawn-facilitating opening 21 is suitably designed so that one of their sides along the tear line extends, or the tear line 20 forms one of its sides. Incidentally, such a perforation in the form of a segment or also be crescent shaped, wherein the second of the curved lines may be curved by following the same direction as the tear line or in the opposite direction. It is also not necessary that in this second curved side, the curvature along the side is constant; in particular it may be advisable to let grow towards the curvature of the center to the ends and allow forming a right angle, or even at an acute angle to the tear line.
p0013Thus an easily inspectable sealing apparatus is provided that has made any attempt to Anbruches clearly visible. Due to the small distance between the shells 2 of the topsoil 1 and 16 of the sealing cap 15 any attempt Anbruches is simultaneously already clearly indicated, eg. An attempt to lift the existing plastic closure in total from the removal opening of the container. The distance between the mantle of the discharge opening and the sealing opening is in this case so small selected such that even the attempt of introducing a tool only in breach and deformation of the sealing cap is possible, and thus is clearly recognizable.
