Card transaction processing apparatus

A card transaction processing apparatus for executing transaction processing utilizing a card is connected to a registration processing unit which performs sales data registration processing. When sales data is transmitted from the registration processing unit, there is an input of data necessary for a card transaction. Card transaction processing is executed based on the sales data transmitted by the registration processing unit and the entered data necessary for the card transaction. Destinations to which the results of the card transaction processing are to be outputted are selected in dependence upon the contents of these results.
