Cable holding device.
Abstract
The cable holding device (15) has a flexible jacket (18) which can be laid in a cable channel (10) and in which the cable bundle (27) is arranged. Along one edge (22), the jacket (18) is provided with an earthing cable (25) and an adhesive layer (23) is arranged in the vicinity of the earthing cable in order to lay the other edge region of the jacket over it and hence to close the jacket. On the outer side, there is located a further adhesive layer (21) which is firmly bonded to the inner side of the cable channel.

p0001The invention relates to a cable holding device according to the preamble of claim 1.
p0002It is known to lay electric cables in rigid cable channels are in the put into it or collected these cables. For many applications, in particular for data transfer, it is necessary to shield cables against external disturbances. RF shielded cables have their own shield expensive. Often non-shielded cables are laid in the same cable duct.
p0003Also known are flexible sheaths, at their longitudinal edges, the sealing bars of a zipper are arranged. Such flexible cable housing may have on its inner surface a metal coating, which acts as an RF shield. The disadvantage of such a prefabricated cable sheaths that for all diameter of the cable bundle cases must be kept available by appropriate width. The casings can not be cut to size, because one of the zipper tracks would then be separated. Another disadvantage of such sheaths is that they have to be opened from one end. When access to the cable bundle at the other end is desired, the slide fastener must be mounted over its entire length.
p0004The known rigid cable ducts are used to protected accommodation of cables in buildings, vehicles, aircraft, ships and. Like .. If the cable bundle or a part of it leaves the cable channel, it is completely unprotected and the individual cables of the bundle are not against displacements and relocation secured.
p0005The invention has for its object to provide a cable-receiving device of the specified in the preamble of claim 1 type, in which a plurality of electrically shielded cable and mechanically protected manner.
p0006This object is inventively with the features specified in the characterizing portion of claim 1.
p0007According to the invention a flexible envelope is provided which can be placed around the cable bundle and whose edge regions are connected by an adhesive layer. The flexible sheath has an RF shield, preferably in the form of a metal coating on. It keeps the running inside the cable channel cable tightly includes and protects the cable against external electrical or electromagnetic influences. It is possible to use unshielded cable and to provide them in the cable channel with the shielding sheath in many cases.
p0008Particularly simple is the attachment of the sheath in the cable channel. The sheath is only placed in the cable duct. Then the cables are inserted and finally the sheath is closed by superposing their border areas. Where necessary, the enclosure is accessible at any point by merely the peripheral areas are pulled apart at that point. The enclosure can also be carried over the end of the cable channel addition to the projects from the cable channel cable bundle. The conduit need not necessarily be rectilinear, but it may also have corner pieces, T-pieces and branch pieces.
p0009With the feature of claim 2, the fixing of the casing is facilitated in the cable duct. The enclosure is fixed with the further adhesive layer on a wall of the cable channel, so that it can not be moved during the insertion of the cable, and when closing the envelope.
p0010A preferred embodiment of the enclosure is defined in claim 3rd Here, a grounding wire and the first adhesive layer extend adjacent to each other along a longitudinal edge of the envelope. If the enclosure is closed by overlapping its edge regions, the grounding wire is from below to the RF shield the upper flap. The adhesive layer is located on the bottom flap and keeps from there the upper strap firmly. It is particularly advantageous that the envelope according to the width or the inner circumference of the cable channel used by the user can be cut to size by a suitably wide strip is separated from that longitudinal edge which is the grounding wire abgewand. The functional parts, namely, the grounding wire and the first adhesive layer, extending along one longitudinal edge, while the other longitudinal edge of functional parts is free and can be cut to any measure. The envelope can be easily adapted to the size and shape of the cable bundle. It is simple and inexpensive to produce and their assembly is easily even by inexperienced personnel feasible.
p0011When the cable bundle the conduit does not completely fill out the enclosure according to claim 4, a filler material such as a foam, to be arranged. This filler material presses against the adhering to each other, the overlapping edge regions of the casing and thus contributes to maintain the closing state of the cladding.
p0012The envelope is applicable in connection with different types of cable channels, for example, with open or closed by a lid cable channels. Preferably, however, the cable duct has a hinged lid and it can in particular consist of a one-piece plastic profile, wherein the hinged lid is connected via a film hinge to the body of the cable duct.
p0013In the following an embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
p0014Show it:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an opened cable channel with inserted open envelope,

Fig. 2 is a representation of the enclosed cable channel, and

Fig. 3 on an enlarged scale, a view of the detail 111 in FIG. 1.

p0015The recording device shown comprises an elongated cable channel 10, which consists of a one-piece profile. The hull of the cable duct 10 has a bottom wall 11 and projecting therefrom at right angles to side walls 12, 13 on. With the side wall 12 of the lid 15 is connected via a film hinge fourteenth There is a profile strip 16 which can engage in a Snap Shot bar 17 at the upper end of the side wall 13 on the outer edge of the cover 15th
p0016In the cable channel 10, the flexible sheath 18 is inserted as shown in FIG. 1 This is a film strip 19 made of plastic film, which is provided on one side with an RF shield in the form of a metal coating 20th The metal coating forms the inside of the envelope. The envelope 18 is provided externally in the central area of its width with a longitudinally extending adhesive layer 21 which consists of a double adhesive tape. The adhesive layer 21 is adhered to the bottom 11 of the raceway 10, wherein lie the lateral regions of the envelope against the side walls or the cover 15 and is folded a margin of Figure 1 on the side wall 13 to the outside. In this state, the cable can be inserted into the envelope 18th
p0017On the outer side of the envelope 18 in the vicinity of the edge 22, the longitudinal adhesive layer 23 in the form of a strip of double-sided tape. At the edge 22 of the edge is folded in accordance with Figure 3, so that the RF shield 20 is directed outwardly in the folded-over edge strip 24th On the outside of the edge strip 24, ie, the RF shield 20, the longitudinal ground braid is sewn 25 of metal wire mesh. The seam is indicated in Figure 1 with 26th
p0018After the cable bundle 27, which consists of loose cables, has been inserted into the enclosure 18, is of the grounding wire 25 supporting edge region is folded in the direction of arrow 28 of figure 1 on the cable bundle 27, so that the ground strap 25 and the adhesive layer 23 after directed above. Then, the opposite edge 29 is pressed from above against the adhesive layer 23, making it stick to the adhesive layer. The close proximity of adhesive layer 23 and grounding wire 25 is achieved that the RF shield 20 of the edge region 29 is held firmly pressed against the ground braid 25th
