p0001The present invention relates to a deployable by clamping between floor and ceiling of a room lamp. Lamps of this type are known as "Suspended light" become known and are described in documents US-A-2979.605 and DE-B-1090317 describes. Luminaires are designed so that its length in the axial direction exceeds the distance between the floor and ceiling of the room. By squeezing of light against the force of a spring mechanism, the axial length can be shortened. The luminaire can be clamped between floor and ceiling of the room, where the restoring force of the spring mechanism prevents drop of light.
p0002The present invention has for its object to provide a lamp which is designed as a clamping light and can be placed in the manner described above, which can be (for example, 12V) supplied with low voltage and fitted with low-voltage halogen lamps. Low voltage lamps are known from the documents EP-A-171 326 and DE-B-1135576.
p0003This object provides a lamp having the features of the characterizing part of claim. 1
p0004The setting up of the lamp according to the invention is very simple. Due to the inventive design of those parts of the lamp that contain the clamping mechanism, the safety is in particular sufficient also in terms of insulation. The inventive light is decorative and can be equipped with a larger number of low-voltage halogen lamps. The lights Spotlights can be clamped in any position, resulting in a multitude of possible variations results. According to a preferred embodiment of the luminaire is either the top or the bottom of the lamp can be extended. This makes it possible, in series to produce the light to an extent, so that the lamp can be placed in an ordinary room with a ceiling height of about 2.5 m. According to the invention, it is possible in a simple manner, the lamp to extend for one piece, if this is to be installed in a room with above average high ceilings. In this case, the customer receives the light serially produced in standard dimension and also a corresponding extension piece, so that it can extend in a simple assembly, the luminaire itself to within prescribed limits.
p0005The remaining sub-claims contain further advantageous embodiments of the present invention.
p0006In the following, the present invention reference to an embodiment is described with reference in greater detail to the drawings.

p0008First, 1 is referred to the representation of FIG.. Then there is the upper part of the light from an envelope-like outer tube 1o, 24, the two rod-shaped low-voltage bus bars 12, 13 takes. In the lower end portion 1o is a pipe with the fixed (for example by gluing) connected insert 11 having the outer area 2 holes for the passage of the busbars 12,. 13 In addition, an axial bore is provided with an internal thread for receiving an extending through the pipe 1o, 24 in the axial direction of the guide rod 14. The rod-shaped busbars 12 in the insert 11, 13 are each provided at their respective upper ends with an external thread 15th The ends of the conductor rails are respectively received by holes 18, 19 of a second movable insert 16th The threaded ends 15 of the busbars 12, 13 are bolted by means of nuts 17 with the insert part sixteenth In the insert part 16 has an axial bore 2o is provided, which is stepped and in the upper region has a larger cross-section than in the lower region. 2o The axial bore accommodates a spacer 21 which is formed for the passage of the guide rod 14 as a tube. On the guide rod 14 is further located a perforated disc 22, to which a compression spring 23 connects upwards. At its upper end, the guide rod 14 is screwed by an external thread in an axial bore of a further insert, said insert is in turn fixed to the upper end of the sheath of the plastic pipe 24th The insert has an upper threaded bore for receiving a threaded male 26 threaded sleeve 25. The threaded bushing 25 can be screwed and thus bonded in addition to the insert member and with the upper end of the plastic tube 24 to prevent disengagement. The upper end of the plastic tube 24 forms a plate 27, via the supported the inventive light fixture in the state mounted on the ceiling. The plate 27 has a central bore 28 with internal thread, so that it is screwed onto the projecting piece 25 of the threaded bushing.
p0009The clamping of the lamp according to the invention between room floor and ceiling will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. The lamp is designed so that the total length of the lamp exceeds the dimension between room floor and ceiling by a few centimeters. When installing the lamp is then pushed in from the top direction of the arrow 54 to the plate 27 and thus at the upper end of the outer plastic pipe 1o and this against the force of the spring 23 in the axial direction. Since the two busbars 12 and 13 are rigid and they are screwed to the insert part 16, then slides the insert 16 with the two power rails 12, 13 within the pipe 1o, 24 upward and presses on the perforated disc 22, the spring 23 together. If the lamp is clamped between room floor and ceiling, the compression spring is thus 23 under tension and presses the plate 27 against the ceiling so that the light between ceiling and flooring, securely clamped. Since the busbars 12, 13 are supplied only by a low voltage of 12 V, an isolation is not required. Such as 4 can be seen from Fig., A plurality of lighting lamps 53 can be clamped in any position on the busbars 42, 43 by suitable clamp members 52. The clamping parts are the subject of the separate prior application DE-A-37 42 2O6 of the Applicant. In the lower section, the two power rails 42, 43 in an analogous manner by a respective tube portion 4o, preferably of plastic, was added, at its lower end, a plate 39 is located, which forms the bearing surface for the floor.
p0010In connection with the plate 39 may be provided for a transformer 36 a housing. In this case, the feed stream passes to the mains voltage via the line 37 to the transformer and is then transformed into the 12V low voltage. However, the transformer must not be integrated into the light, but may as well be a separate component. As shown in FIG. 2, the busbars 42, 43 are not axially guided in the plastic pipe 4o of the lower part of the lamp displaced, but rigid. For the chucking of the light between the floor and ceiling, it is sufficient if the luminaire top is resilient. Otherwise, however, the luminaire base is similar to the resilient luminaire top. It is a central guide rod 44 is provided, which has an external thread at its upper section 38 and thus, is screwed to the upper insert part 41 has a corresponding internally threaded bore. The two power rails are also included in the upper section in the corresponding holes of the insert 41st The two busbars 42, 43 are in the lower end portion on each external threads 45th The lower insert 46 in turn has three bores namely a central axial bore 5o for the passage of the guide rod 44 and two further holes 48, 49 in the outer region for the passage of the end pieces of the conductor rails 42, 43. The bores 48, 49 in the expanded upper portion in cross-section, so that a positive recording according to thickened portions of the busbars 42, 43 which are located above the thread 45, can take place. an abutment is existing for the end portions of the busbars 42, 43rd The busbars 42, 43 are then fixed by means of nuts 47 on the insert part 46th The nuts 47 have at the same time connecting terminals 51 in the manner of luster terminals, so that the current-conducting low-voltage cables can be clamped there.
p0011The illustration shown in FIG. 3 now shows how the upper part of the lamp can be extended in a simple manner, if the distance between the floor and ceiling is greater than the length of the lamp, so that a chucking the light is not readily possible. The top of the lamp, as a comparison of Figures 3 and 1, in the extended version to the top of the guide bar 14 and the outer plastic tube 24 constructed analogously. Now, if the top of the lamp should be extended, starting from the standard version shown in FIG. 1 upward, the plate is first unscrewed 27th The threaded bush 25 then extends slightly beyond the end of the plastic pipe 24 and the external thread 26 of the threaded bush is located in the upper portion free. a kind of extension rod 3o is on the threaded sleeve 25 is then first screwed, which at its lower end, a region with a larger outer cross-section and internal threads 34, that is, an integrally formed threaded bush 33rd At its upper end, the extension rod 3o turn on an external thread 35th Furthermore, the extension of the luminaire, a tubular extension piece 29, preferably made of plastic, it is necessary to extend the outer tube 24th In this case, the outer tube at its upper end a shoulder 31, so that a guide for the end of the tubular extension piece is placed 29th After placing the pipe extension piece can then be 27 screwed back the plate. The plate here has a short piece 32 of a slightly smaller diameter as the tube extender 29 so that the short stub can be received 32 of the tube extender 29 and thus there is a guide for the plate 27th Trained in the plate center hole 28 with internal thread for screwing the plate 27 onto the external thread 35 of the extension rod 3o, the yes protrudes slightly above the tube extender 29 upwards. Thus, a simple option to extend the light in a corresponding manner, if the ceiling height exceeds a standard measure of 2,5o m or 2,6o m. The extension of the lamp can be made by the customer himself. The tube extender 29 is supplied with the extension rod 3o by the luminaire manufacturer in various standard lengths, for example 1o cm, 2o cm etc.<tables id="tabl0001" num="0001"><table
