The invention relates to a sealed wall connection with raised floors for clean rooms or the like., Whose floor panels are laid on elevated footrests.
It is known to arrange on the footrests of double floors laid in Raster rectangular section tubes, which are disposed between the bottom plates and superposed with their corners on the footrests. On this square profile tubes, the respective lightweight wall are placed sealed for the purpose of Space. The wall mounting is cumbersome and requires drilling into the floor panels. In addition, the floor panels are difficult to take out in the wall area, when the need occurs. In addition, the numerous joints between the installed in the grid square section tubes and the floor plates which are visible in the area of the wall connection, for various reasons (eg due to dirt accumulation) are undesirable.
There are also already known double bottoms are those in which laid on the footrests in the grid rails arranged concealed and only remains a gap between adjacent floor panels. However, the profile rails are used here only the static reinforcement of the double bottom.
The invention has for its object to provide an easily manufactured, sealed wall connection with raised floors for clean rooms or the like., In which adjacent base plates limit only one groove that is covered in the area of the wall connection and further wherein in the range of a connected wall, the floor panels can be, if necessary disassembled easily and quickly, and also reinstalled.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that

a) the available wall at its bottom edge is connected to connector strips, whose width corresponds to a maximum of the wall thickness,

b) the sectional connector strips are supported on at least provided on the foot rests between the floor panels supporting body

c) the terminal-Profilschienen with its underside from the center in entgegengesetzten directions obliquely outwards and upwards and extend

d) elastically resilient seals are provided between both sides of the wall and the adjoining floor panels.

In this construction, advantageously, the floor panels with their corners can be supported on the foot rests, while the wall is superposed on the connecting profile rails on support bodies, which are provided at least on the foot rests. The installation of this backsplash is very simple and due to the special design of the underside of the connector strips, the double bond panels can be disassembled quickly and easily when needed and used again in the area of the connected wall. The elastically compliant seals between the two sides of the wall and the adjoining floor panels are required especially for under overpressure clean rooms and they can be deformed sufficiently elastically in the area of a connected wall upon removal of the floor panels, without losing its functionality. Of importance in this solution is also that all the plates of the double bottom, so also in the area of the wall connection, may have the same square plan and between adjacent floor panels only a gap exists which is covered by the attached wall.
Another solution to the above object is characterized in that

a) the available wall at its bottom edge is connected to connector strips, whose width corresponds to a maximum of the wall thickness.

b) the sectional connector strips are supported on at least provided at the footrest support body between the floor panels and

c) resting sealed with its two longitudinal edges on the adjacent floor panels, the connector strips and these longitudinal edges are elastically resilient formed. Instead of the side to be attached to the wall seals according to the first solution, the longitudinal edges of the terminal profile rails are advantageously designed as sealing elements in the second solution to produce the z. B. at under overpressure cleanrooms the required sealing between the wall and the raised floor. Therefore, this solution is characterized by a structural simplification, the connector strips perform two functions simultaneously.

Further embodiments of the invention are apparent from the subclaims. Thus, the support body from the foot supports co-axially consist screwed pins, which are connected to the connector strips by means of screws, wherein the pins extend through cavities upwards, which are formed by truncation of the corners of adjacent floor panels. The cavities with the unused pin-shaped support bodies can be easily closed by cover plates.
A further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that

a) the connector strips comprise a central, downwardly longitudinal web,

b) the Bodenplatten on both sides of anzuschließenden wall a gap for receiving the passenden Längssteges the terminal Profilschienen limit and

c) the connector strips are connected to their longitudinal web with Abstützkörpen that are formed by in a conventional manner in the grid on the footrests between the floorboards installed profiles. In this embodiment of the invention which acts as a support body profiles are laid face down in the double bottom, ie, they are completed by cross-cover plates to the floor panels upwards. Only the existing on both sides of the wall to be connected floorboards have against the other in a different format in order to form the gap for matching receiving the longitudinal web of the sectional connector strips can. D. h. That at these floor panels corresponding cross-sections of the cover plates are absent. The above-mentioned gap between adjacent floor slabs is covered by the connector strips or the wall upward and between the distal wall of the connected neighboring floor panels is advantageous only one joint present.

Another development of the invention is characterized in that the connector strips have a U-shaped longitudinal web, on its two upper longitudinal edges extending laterally spaced wall sections down, the lower longitudinal edges are bent outwardly and resiliently and sealingly on the adjacent floor panels rest, and that the available wall with a longitudinal rib or similar projections in the open top longitudinal web of the sectional connector strips can be inserted appropriately. This connector strips can z. B. be made of a suitable sheet material inexpensive.
The invention will be explained with reference to drawings of exemplary embodiments. Show it:

Figure 1 shows an oblique view of a cutout of a double bottom from above, partly with removed floor tiles and a slit for partially receiving a Connection profile rail, which is indicated with a portion of its associated wall above the double bottom.

2 is a sectional view of a portion of the raised floor shown in Figure 1 with a wall connected to the double bottom..;

Figure 3 is an enlarged sectional view of the wall connection at A in Fig. 2.

Figure 4 is an enlarged sectional view of detail B in FIG. 2.

Fig. 5 is a sectional view of a wall connection with a modified terminal-profile rail and

FIG. 6 a of FIG. 3 similar sectional view, but from a wall outlet, wherein the connector strips are superposed only on pin-shaped support body to the footrests.

In Fig. 1, a portion of a double floor for a clean room is shown, which is formed by a wall (10) to divide from a lightweight construction. The raised floor is composed of numerous base plates (11) in cantilever version, which are superposed with their corners on foot rests (12). The footrests (12) are positioned on the unfinished floor (13) of the clean room and can be adjusted for leveling the floor panels (11) in height. In the clean room can be a production space for z. B. Micro Components or a measurement, laboratory or the like. The base plates (11) consist in the embodiments of Figures 1 to 6 of a supporting grid made of welded-together square pipes (14) on which in each case a cover plate (15) and to this in turn a Gehbelag (16) are attached. The floor panels (11) can, as indicated in Fig. 4, with its foot rests (12) to be fixedly connected by screws.
In the embodiments of Figures 1 to 5 (17) are between the bottom panels (11) in the grid on the footrests (12) profiles laid in the form of rectangular tubes. These profiles (17) are covered between the cover sheets (15) and the Gehbelags (16) normally protruding portions (18) (Fig. 4). In the field of anzuschließenden wall (10), these at each Bodenplatte (11) on all sides überstehenden portions (18) but separated by a gap (19) to be formed, the purpose of which will be explained below.
At the bottom edge (20) for the connected wall (10) one or more connector strips (21) are fastened, adhered z. B.. The width of these terminal Profilschiene (21) corresponds to the Ausführungsbeispiel according to Fig. 3 of the width of the wall (10). The connecting-profile rail (21) has a centrally formed, downwardly projecting longitudinal web (22) which fits exactly into the gap (19) between adjacent floor panels (11). When connected to wall (10) supported this longitudinal web (22) of the connecting-rail (21) on the lying in alignment square tubes and profiles (17) from whose width corresponds approximately to the width of the longitudinal web (22). Therefore, these profiles (17) form which ablate the weight on the foot supports (12) supporting body for the wall (10). The port-profile rail (21) by screws (23) with the arranged in a line profiles (17). Depending on the length of connectable wall (10) one or more connector strips (21) may be provided, whose bottom (24) from the central longitudinal web (22) extends away in opposite directions obliquely outwards and upwards. Due to this measure, the adjacent floor panels can be (11) quickly and easily removed and reinserted with connected wall (10) in case of need. On both sides of the wall (10) resilient strip-shaped seals (25) as are further elastically mounted such. Adhered, which on the adjacent floor panels (11) rest resiliently and establish a seal between the wall (10) and the raised floor, the is required in clean rooms, in which usually prevails a slight overpressure.
In the embodiment of FIG. 5, the wall (10 ') via one or more modified connector strips (21') is connected to the double bottom. Otherwise, the same conditions are shown in FIG. 3 and like parts are therefore identified by the same reference numerals. The port-profile rail (21 ') can, for. Example, be made of galvanized steel and has a U-shaped longitudinal web (26), which when connected to the wall (10') to lying in a line profiles (17) is supported and bolted to this. From the upper longitudinal edges of the U-shaped longitudinal web (26) wall portions are curved (27) outwards and downwards, the lower outwardly bent longitudinal edges (28) rest resiliently and sealingly on the cover lining (16) of the adjacent floor plates (11), and engages under the influence of the weight of the wall (10 ') provided with a longitudinal rib (29) on its underside (20) fitting into the open top longitudinal web (26) of the connecting rail profile (21').
In embodiment of FIG. 6, the connection-profile rail (21˝) no central longitudinal ridge on, but its bottom is composed of a strip-shaped, central, planar longitudinal section (30) as well as in opposite directions obliquely outwards and upwards extending sections ( 24), similar to the embodiment according to Fig. 3. The connecting-profile rail (21˝) here is only supported on pins (31) and connected by a respective screw (32) with these. The pin (31) are screwed with a threaded portion (33) in a corresponding threaded hole in the footrests (12), said foot rests (12) are in alignment with the wall to be connected (10). But it is also possible to equip all the supports (12) of the double bottom with such a pin (31), to perform wall connections at any point of the double bottom can, in which case the unused pin (31) can be covered by unshown caps. The pin (31) extending through cavities (34) upwards, by blunting the corners of four on a footrest (12) abutting the bottom plates (11) are formed. These cavities (34) between the base plates (11) can therefore have a square plan and, as mentioned above, when not in use, the pin (31) are covered by caps.
